Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan Bengkel Per Mobil Cahaya Fajar Magelang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 35 karyawan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, motivasi kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif dan motivasi kerja yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perusahaan perlu memperhatikan dan mengembangkan gaya kepemimpinan yang baik serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal

Abstract

General Background: Cooperatives play a crucial role in enhancing member welfare, with factors like member performance, work motivation, and financial systems directly influencing outcomes. Specific Background: In Sharia-based cooperatives, the financing system adheres to Islamic principles, providing a distinct framework for assessing its impact on welfare. However, research on the combined effect of these variables in such cooperatives remains limited. Knowledge Gap: Despite the significance of performance and motivation in driving cooperative success, the relationship between these factors and welfare, alongside the role of the Sharia financing system, is underexplored in the cooperative context. Aims: This study aims to analyze the influence of member performance, work motivation, and the Sharia financing system on member welfare in the BMT Anugrah Cooperative, Cirebon. Results: A survey-based quantitative method was employed, with data collected from cooperative members and analyzed using multiple regression. Findings reveal that member performance and work motivation significantly and positively impact welfare. Additionally, the Sharia financing system contributes positively to welfare improvement. Novelty: This study highlights the critical role of the Sharia financing system, alongside performance and motivation, as key drivers of welfare in Sharia-compliant cooperatives, an area that has received limited attention in prior research. Implications: The results suggest that enhancing member performance and motivation, coupled with optimizing Sharia-based financial services, can serve as effective strategies for improving welfare. These insights offer valuable guidance for cooperative management in formulating policies aimed at sustainable welfare improvement in Sharia cooperatives.

Abstract

Perekonomian saat ini berkembang sangat pesat, Seiring dengan pertumbuhan perekonomian usaha ritel semakin banyak daitemui sehingga konsumen lebih sering berbelanja di toko ritel untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya, Tidak hanya di kota-kota besar saja, usaha ritel modern sudah masuk ke tingkat Kecamatan-Kabupaten, termasuk di Kabupaten Majalengka Kecamatan Bantarujeg sudah banyak berdiri perusahaan-perusahaan ritel modern. Salah satunya Perusahaan ritel Toko Dimalsa yang berdiri sejak tahun 2018 di Jalan Talaga-Bantarujeg, Majalengka. Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loylitas Pelanggan pada toko Dimalsa, sebuah toko di Kabupaten Majalengka. Metode peneliti yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden dengan rentan usia 17-40 tahun, yang diperoleh menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Hrga memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan, namun tidak dengan Kualitas Pelayanan. Secara Simultan harga dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan demikian toko Dimalsa harus mempertimbangkan harga dan memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan dalam srateginya untuk meningkatkan loyalitas Pelanggan.   The economy at that time was growing very rapidly, along with the growth of the economy, more and more retail businesses were found so that consumers shopped more often at retail stores to meet their needs. Not only in big cities, modern retail businesses have entered the District level, including in Majalengka Regency, Bantarujeg District, many modern retail companies have been established. One of them is the Dimalsa Store retail company which was established in 2018 on Jalan Talaga-Bantarujeg, Majalengka. This researcher aims to determine how much influence Price and Service Quality have on Customer Loyalty at the Dimalsa store, a shop in Majalengka Regency. The research method used is quantitative. The sample used in this study was 96 respondents with an age range of 17-40 years, which was obtained using accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that Price has a partial influence on Customer Loyalty but not on Service Quality. Simultaneously, price and service quality have an influence on customer loyalty.  Thus, Dumalsa Dimala store must consider price and improve service quality in its strategy to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam manajemen keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Cirebon serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaannya. Transparansi dan akuntabilitas merupakan prinsip utama dalam tata kelola keuangan publik yang baik, yang berdampak langsung terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pejabat di Badan Keuangan Daerah (BKD), analisis dokumen APBD, serta observasi terhadap proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan anggaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Cirebon telah menerapkan beberapa mekanisme transparansi seperti publikasi laporan keuangan secara daring, namun masih terdapat kendala dalam aksesibilitas dan pemahaman publik terhadap informasi yang disediakan. Dari sisi akuntabilitas, meskipun proses audit rutin dilakukan oleh BPK, implementasi tindak lanjut atas temuan audit masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas SDM, penggunaan sistem informasi keuangan yang lebih interaktif, serta pelibatan masyarakat dalam proses penganggaran untuk memperkuat transparansi dan akuntabilitas secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Manajemen Keuangan, Pemerintah Daerah, Kota Cirebon

Abstract

In the digital era, the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized various functions of Human Resource Management, especially in the recruitment process. Companies are increasingly leveraging AI for tasks such as automatic CV screening and initial video interviews to enhance efficiency and manage the large volume of applicants. However, behind the promise of efficiency, critical questions arise regarding its impact on candidates' perceptions and experiences, as well as whether the use of AI truly improves accuracy and effectiveness in finding the right candidates.Research Objective: This study aims to empirically analyze the impact of utilizing AI at the CV screening and initial interview stages on (1) candidate experience, measured through perceptions of fairness, transparency, and communication; and (2) selection effectiveness, assessed in terms of speed, screening accuracy, and quality of candidates who advance to the next stage. Methodology: This research employs a mixed-methods approach. Quantitative data was collected through a questionnaire survey distributed to 250 job applicants who had undergone AI-based recruitment processes in Indonesia. The data were analyzed using regression analysis to test the hypotheses. Furthermore, qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 15 recruitment managers from various companies to understand the organizational perspective on the effectiveness and challenges of AI implementation.Results: The results of the study indicate that the utilization of AI has a dual impact. From the selection effectiveness side, AI significantly speeds up the time-to-screen and improves accuracy in matching candidates' technical qualifications with job requirements. However, from the candidate experience perspective, it was found that the use of AI without personal and transparent feedback negatively correlates with perceptions of fairness and applicant satisfaction. The lack of "human touch" has become a major complaint that could potentially damage the company’s image (employer branding). Implications and Contributions: This research concludes that AI is a powerful tool for optimizing the recruitment process, but its implementation must be balanced with human-centric strategies. The practical implication for companies is the need to design a hybrid recruitment system that integrates the efficiency of AI with empathetic human interactions to maintain a positive candidate experience. Theoretically, this research contributes to the literature on digital human resource management by highlighting the trade-off between technological efficiency and psychological aspects in the modern recruitment process

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and village employee performance on community satisfaction in Dayeuhwangi Village, Lemahsugih District, Majalengka Regency. This research employed a quantitative method with a sample of 60 respondents collected through questionnaires. The t-test results show that service quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction (Y), with a t-value of 2.388 > t-table 1.671. Furthermore, village employee performance (X2) also has a significant effect on community satisfaction with a t-value of 3.009 > t-table 1.671. The simultaneous F-test indicates that service quality and village employee performance together significantly influence community satisfaction, with an F-value of 16.798 > F-table 3.159. These findings highlight the importance of improving public service quality and village employee performance to enhance overall community satisfaction in Dayeuhwangi Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh promosi dan kualitas produk secara parsial dan simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk bata ringan, di PT Jaya Abadi Kabupaten Cirebon. Menurut Griffin (2015) loyalitas pelanggan adalah orang yang melakukan pembelian berulang secara teratur, membeli lintas lini produk, merujuk orang lain dan menunjukkan kekebalan terhadap tarikan persaingan. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari konsumen yang membeli untuk kebutuhan pembangunan dari produk bata ringan PT Jaya Abadi Kabupaten Cirebon, dengan sampel sebanyak 83 orang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket dengan kuesioner, yaitu dengan menyebarkan pernyataan kepada responden. Dan teknis analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda melalui program SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persamaan regresi yang diproleh adalah Y1 = 0,1846 + 0,306 X1 + 0,628 X2 secara parsial, masing – masing variabel ( promosi penjualan dan kualitas produk ) berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Terbukti dari t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel dan nilai signifikansi yang kurang dari 0,1 secara simultan, variabel promosi penjualan dan kualitas produk juga berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan nilai f-hitung sebesar 779,480 yang lebih besar t-tabel 3.109. serta nilai signifikansi 0,000. Berdasarkan uji koefisen determinasi R-square secara parsial pengaruh promosi penjualan dan kualitas produk sebesar 93,9% dan sisanya 16% dan kualitas produk dipengaruhi sebesar 95,1% dan siasanya 0,49%. Dan berdasarkan uji koefisen daterminasi niali adjusted R-square diperoleh sebesar 87,7% sementara sisanya sebesar 12,3% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa promosi penjualan mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup besar dibandingkan dengan kualitas produk. Untuk itu perusahaan perlu memperhatikan lagi mengenai kualitas produk bata ringan PT Jaya Abadi. Contohnya, mendapatkan sertifikasi kualitas dari badan penguji yang diakui untuk meningkatkan kredibilitas produk dipasar.

Abstract

 This study aims to measure the effect of product quality and price partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Sari Roti products, with a case study of consumers in Kampung Cisadaria. The results showed that the regression equation obtained was Y = 0.5613 + 0.511 X1 + 0.300 X2. Partially, each variable (product quality and price) influences purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the t-count which is greater than the t-table and a significance value of less than 0.1. Simultaneously, the product quality and price variables also influence purchasing decisions, with an F-count value of 218.145 which is greater than the F-table of 3.108 and a significance value of 0.000. Based on the determination coefficient test, the R-square value partially influences product quality by 79.2% and price influences by 60.5% partially. And based on the determination coefficient test, the adjusted R-square value obtained was 83.8%, while the remaining 16.2% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that product quality has a fairly large influence compared to price. Therefore, companies need to pay more attention to determining the price of Sari Roti products. For example, by conducting a survey of the average economic conditions of the community before determining the price of Sari Roti products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the effectiveness of incentive schemes based on their type (monetary vs. non-monetary) and timing of distribution (monthly vs. quarterly) in enhancing employee performance. The research is motivated by the recurring challenge that poorly designed incentive systems often fail to motivate employees and may even trigger dissatisfaction and turnover. Using a quantitative approach, the study employed a Likert-scale questionnaire that was validated and proven reliable (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.872). The sample comprised 50 employees of Company X in Jakarta selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple linear regression to identify the relative effects of each factor. The results show that monetary incentives are perceived as significantly more effective than non-monetary ones in improving motivation and productivity (β = 0.440; p < 0.001). Likewise, the timeliness of incentive distribution—particularly when provided within one month after achieving the target—has a positive and significant impact on performance (β = 0.325; p = 0.005). The regression model demonstrates that the combination of monetary incentives and monthly distribution yields the strongest performance enhancement, explaining 51.5% of performance variation (R² = 0.515). These findings confirm that both the form and timing of rewards act as complementary drivers of employee commitment and effort. Practically, the study underscores the importance of integrated incentive design that balances financial and non-financial elements, ensures timely delivery, and maintains transparency to reinforce perceptions of fairness and trust. Theoretically, it contributes to strategic human resource management by contextualizing expectancy theory and equity theory within the Indonesian corporate setting. The originality of this study lies in its dual-dimensional analysis of incentive type and timing, a combination rarely examined simultaneously in prior HRM research in Indonesia.
