Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of teacher pedagogical competence in increasing students' active participation in learning. With the challenges of the digital era, teachers need to optimize technology and innovative learning methods such as the student-centered learning approach and local cultural integration. This descriptive qualitative study was conducted at UPT SMP Negeri 10 Medan, using observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results show that interactive learning methods and the use of digital media can increase student participation. However, teachers face challenges such as differences in student understanding and lack of self-confidence. Teachers need to act as facilitators and motivators to create a supportive learning environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran. Dengan tantangan era digital, guru perlu mengoptimalkan teknologi dan metode pembelajaran inovatif seperti pendekatan student-centered learning dan integrasi budaya lokal. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini dilakukan di UPT SMP Negeri 10 Medan, menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran interaktif dan pemanfaatan media digital dapat meningkatkan partisipasi siswa. Namun, guru menghadapi tantangan seperti perbedaan pemahaman siswa dan kurangnya kepercayaan diri. Guru perlu berperan sebagai fasilitator dan motivator untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung.

Abstract

The digital era has a significant impact on the preservation of the Indonesian language, both in the form of challenges and opportunities. Technological developments facilitate access to information and communication, but also encourage the increased use of slang, abbreviations, and a mixture of foreign languages ​​that can threaten the sustainability of the Indonesian language as a national identity. This study aims to analyze the impact of the digital era on the use of the Indonesian language and formulate strategies to maintain its existence. Using quantitative descriptive methods, data were collected through a survey of 30 respondents. The results of the study show that although the digital era opens up opportunities for strengthening Indonesian language literacy through various digital platforms, challenges such as the degradation of formal language and the increasing use of foreign languages ​​​​are still a threat. Therefore, the active role of the government, educational institutions, and the community is needed to encourage the use of good and correct Indonesian in the digital space. Utilization of technology for the development of digital dictionaries, language learning applications, and language literacy campaigns are the main strategies in preserving the Indonesian language in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian yang penulis angkat berjudul BANTUAN SOSIAL DALAM MENCIPTAKAN KEADILAN SOSIAL MELALUI PROGRAM PEMERINTAH DI KOTA MEDAN. Keadilan sosial adalah konsep yang mendasar dalam masyarakat yang adil dan seimbang. Keadilan sosial merupakan prinsip dasar dalam Pembangunan berkelanjutan, di mana setidap individu berhak mendapatkan akses terhadap sumber daya ekonomi dan perlindungan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan motedo kualitatif dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Program bantuan sosial (bansos) di Kota Medan telah memberikan dampak positif dalam upaya mewujudkan keadilan sosial bagi masyarakat miskin. Program bantuan sosial (bansos) dia Kota Medan telah memberikan dampak positif dalam upaya mewujudkan keadilan sosial bagi masyarakat miskin. Program bansos di Kota Medan telah berupaya mengurangi kesenjangan ekonomi melalui redistribusi sumber daya. Namun, tantangan struktural seperti birokrasi yang rumit dan kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengawasan menghambat optimalisasi program.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the legal protection of property brought into marriage that is mixed with joint property as a result of joint management in a marriage. In many cases, this mixing causes unclear legal status of the assets, especially during divorce or inheritance division. This study uses empirical normative legal methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data obtained were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. This study shows that legal regulations in Indonesia related to the protection of property brought into marriage that is mixed with joint property due to joint management in marriage, and highlights the inconsistency of court decisions in such disputes and their impact on household economic stability. Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law have distinguished between property brought into marriage and joint property, practice in the field shows that mixing of property due to joint management often causes conflict during divorce. Inconsistency in court decisions arises due to the unclear norms in Article 37 of the Marriage Law which provide room for different interpretations by judges. This has an impact on legal uncertainty and potential injustice, especially for parties who are socially or economically weaker. Mixed property disputes also affect household economic stability, exacerbate social inequality, and cause psychological burdens for family members, including children. This study recommends the need for more detailed regulatory updates, the issuance of technical guidelines by the Supreme Court to unify decision standards, and increased legal education for the community to prevent conflicts through marriage agreements.
