Abstract

AbstrakPelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital guru di SD Inpres Armopa IV Kabupaten Sarmi melalui penggunaan Canva sebagai media pembelajaran. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode partisipatif, mencakup sesi intensif mengenai penggunaan fitur Canva untuk pembuatan media ajar yang interaktif dan visual. Tahapan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan intensif, pendampingan, serta evaluasi dampak di kelas. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam desain digital, menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang menarik, dan meningkatkan partisipasi serta pemahaman siswa.  Hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan teknologi digital dapat membantu mengurangi kesenjangan teknologi, khususnya di wilayah terpencil, dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui media digital. Kata kunci: literasi digital; media pembelajaran; canva; pendidikan digital. Abstract This training aims to enhance the digital literacy of teachers at SD Inpres Armopa IV in Sarmi Regency through the use of Canva as a learning medium. The training was conducted using a participatory approach, including intensive sessions on utilizing Canva features to create interactive and visually appealing teaching materials. The stages included needs analysis, intensive training, mentoring, and impact evaluation in the classroom. This training successfully improved teachers' digital design skills, resulting in engaging teaching materials and increasing student participation and comprehension. The results of service activities have demonstrated that digital technology training can help bridge the technology gap, especially in remote areas, and improve education quality through digital media. Keywords: digital literacy; learning media; canva; digital education.

Abstract

Abstrak Mental atlet diyakini sebagai dimensi yang sangat menentukan prestasi atlet di lapangan. Namun sayangnya, belum banyak yang memahami bagaimana cara mengukur mental atlet. Oleh karena itu, tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan tentang cara mengukur mental toughness pada guru olahraga di Jayapura. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu: edukasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Sebanyak 21 guru olahraga mengikuti kegiatan ini. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 90.5% menjawab tidak mengetahui instrumen terstandar dalam mengungkap mental atlet dan hanya 9.5% yang menjawab mengetahui. Melalui kegiatan ini, guru olahraga di kota Jayapura mengetahui beberapa instrumen terstandar dalam mengungkap mental toughness pada atlet. Selain itu, guru olahraga juga melakukan pengukuran aspek mental toughness pada atletnya dengan baik. Kata kunci: instrument mental atlet; mental toughness; guru olahraga. Abstract An athlete's mentality is believed to be a dimension that determines an athlete's performance on the field. But unfortunately, not many people understand how to measure an athlete's mentality. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide education and training on how to measure mental toughness in physical education teachers in Jayapura. This service activity is carried out through four stages, namely: education, training, mentoring, and evaluation. A total of 21 physical education teachers participated in this activity. The results of the activity showed that as many as 90.5% answered that they did not know about standardized instruments for revealing athletes' mental health and only 9.5% answered that they knew. Through this activity, physical education teachers in the city of Jayapura learned about several standardized instruments for revealing mental toughness in athletes. Apart from that, the teachers also measured aspects of mental toughness in their athletes well. Keywords: athlete's mental instrument; mental toughness; physical education teacher.
