Abstract

Learning from Home (BDR) in network (online) and offline (offline) is indeed a challenge for teachers in its application. Inaccurate and non-varied learning methods are problems that teachers often face, especially in online learning. Teachers also have to learn to be more creative in choosing learning media so that their students don't feel bored. Online learning can run well, be effective and fun it requires motivation and also creativity in these learning activities. Creativity is important because creativity is one of the factors that influence success in learning. If teachers are motivated and creative, they will improve their pedagogic ability well to achieve learning goals. The activity, which is carried out in the form of a webinar and workshop online for elementary and middle school teachers, increases the role of teachers professionally in intellectual, pedagogical, and creativity which can help develop the learning process given. The results of this activity are increasing teachers’ pedagogic competences in the selection and use of creative, varieties, and interactive. So, applying online interactive quizzes become solutions in increasing teachers’ pedagogic competence in learning and assessment, project or performance.

Abstract

Pengembangan pedagogi kreatif menjadi tantangan bagi guru dalam penerapannya. Kreativitas guru dalam mengembangkan pedagogi yang beragam dapat memenuhi kriteria merdeka belajar dan mengajar dalam mengolah potensi belajar peserta didik sehingga menghasilkan pembelajar yang kreatif dan inovatif. Namun, cara konvensional dan kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran merupakan masalah yang sering dihadapi para guru PAUD yang tergabung dalam Komunitas Guru Belajar (KGB) Depok sebagai forum belajar guru di wilayah Depok, terutama dalam pembelajaran daring. Agar guru dapat mengembangkan pedagogi kreatif dengan baik, efektif dan menyenangkan, maka diperlukan kemampuan guru memahami keterampilan fungsional e-literasi, yaitu kemampuan menalar bacaan materi pelajaran (reading), menggunakan logika (arithmetic) dan teknologi informasi (ITC) (Supriana, 2020) dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Jika para guru termotivasi, kreatif dan mampu memanfaatkan keterampilan e-literasi mereka, maka mereka pun dapat mengembangkan kemampuan pedagogi kreatif sebagai metode pembelajaran yang berbeda di kelas. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 25 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan kompetensi pedagogi melalui pilihan dan penerapan e-literasi sebagai media pembelajaran yang kreatif, variatif dan interaktif dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi interaktif online. Selain itu, penerapan e-literasi mampu mengembangan kompetensi pedagogi kreatif guru dalam proses pembelajaran maupun penilaian, baik dalam bentuk proyek atau kinerja, serta mampu memberikan inovasi pembelajaran yang kreatif, inovatif dan efektif

Abstract

Kegiatan ini berjudul PKM Pemberdayaan Perempuan melalui Peningkatan Keterampilan Literasi Digital dan Entrepreneurship. Mitra dari kegiatan ini adalah Yayasan Rumpun Bambu dengan sasarannya adalah kelompok ibu rumah tangga yang tidak berpenghasilan khususnya dari kalangan menengah kebawah. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang literasi digital dan kewirausahaan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup mereka. Kegiatan dikemas dalam bentuk KULWAP (kuliah whatsapp) sehingga kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan secara daring melalui grup whatsapp. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini diharapkan peserta mempunyai wawasan baru mengenai literasi digital dan entrepreneurship dan dapat memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup.

Abstract

Specific phobias such as COVID-19 are new and are believed to have developed rapidly since the beginning of the Pandemic established by the WHO in March 2020. Unfortunately, the development of psychological measurement tools related to COVID-19 Phobia is still inadequate in Indonesia. This study aims to validate the Indonesian version of the Phobia scale against COVID-19 (C19P-S). It was recorded that 220 respondents from various groups were involved in this study. The data collected were analyzed by means of the Rasch Model to determine the accuracy of the validated psychometric properties of the scale. The study findings show that the Indonesian version of C19P-S has sufficient psychometric properties and can measure phobia against COVID-19 in the sample group tested. Of the 20 items of the C19P-S, we recommend 18 items that are suitable for use by users of this scale.
