Abstract: Each student is essence able to speak but is constrained when they are to speak in public such as presentations and speakers. One of guidance and counseling services are effective to improve the ability to speak in public is a Content Mastery service. This research to find out about the Effectivity of Content Mastery Service to Improve Public Speaking Skills in Students SMKN 1 Gunungputri. This research using quantitative research method with experimental research design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data analysis was done by inferential statistical test by using the formula Paired Sample Test and Independent Samples Test. The conclusion is the content mastery service is equally effective to enhance the public speaking ability. It can be seen clearly that the probability figure Asmyp. Sig. (2-tailed) public speaking ability in experimental group and control group is 0,000. It showed the probability under alpha of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05).Â Keywords: Content Mastery Service, Public Speaking, StudentSkills.

Counseling skills are one of the component skills that should be possessed by the prospective counselor who studied in college. It requires learning skills sufficient for students to succeed in mastering the skills of counseling. This research aims to look at the description of the learning skills of the students in laboratory techniques and associated counseling. This research using a sample survey method in this research as much as 61 students and active learning in the semester V and took an engineering laboratory course counseling. The analysis of the data using simple statistical analysis. The results showed that the picture quality of students learning skills is at a high of 90.16% category.

This study aimed to perform relationship between students perceptions on counselling practice with motivational student’s in to individual counselling process. Data collection was conducted against 288 students in Al Hidayah 1 Vocational School - Jakarta. Data analysis used the correlation coefficient test Gamma and Somers'D. The research findings showed coefficient Gamma and Somers'D test reached 0496 with Zhitung > Ztable or 6,523 > 1.96. It means there is a significant relationship and positive direction between the perceptions of students towards counselling and motivation of students followed individual counselling service

This research aimed to (1) perform inventory career planning of students, and (2) measuring students career planning based on gender. Data analysis used Rasch model for 45 students with actual power measurement 0.9272652. The research findings showed (1) inventory career planning has been fit with the theoretic model, and (2) female student have a tendency to a higher career planning rather than male student. In the future, to measurement of studentâ€™s career planning by using this inventory can only produce a high measurement information for students who have a mediocre ability. Further, the researcher need to consider to eliminate item No. 12 in this inventory due to the biased towards the male gender.

This study collates the current state of knowledge regarding the sense of humor attitude in the social interactions among children with special needs, which aims to explore the current state of knowledge and quality of empirical evidence relating to humor among children with special needs. In the study there were involved 78 students of Emerald School of Cinere in South Jakarta. There were more over 20% students in normal condition and students with special needs were 80%. Research had assessed humor in the classroom and humor expression in different groups including those with autism, down syndrome, and other special needs. This study was designed by using the descriptive qualitative method to analyze, describe, and explain the data. The procedure of data collection was done by observation and filled the questionnaire of the Richmond Humor Assessment Instrument (RHAI). The result of the study showed that there were 47, 08% of favorable criteria, and 52, 92% of unfavorable ones. Based on gender, more boys answered favorable criteria compared to girls. Moreover, boys were dare to express their senses of humor than the girls. The girls showed their shynesses to express their sense of humor. The results of the study showed that the children with special needs in Emerald school had less sense of humor. Furthermore, the role of humor in communication development, social facilitation, creativity, and stigma had all received some limited attention among children with special needs in Emerald School, South Jakarta.

This research is aimed at describing the condition of both male and female students self-efficacy and identifying the difference. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive-comparative. The samples included 221 students. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics normal curve by determining the mean (average); calculating the percentage that exists in a particular category and analyzing t-test. The findings of the research showed 42.7% of male students self-efficacy are at moderate category of and 47.2% of female students are at high category. This research also revealed a significant difference of both female and male students self-efficacy. The implication of the research is it is expected that counselors provide guidance and counseling services to improve and develop self-efficacy, especially towards male students as self-efficacy of male students is lower than female students.

Counseling skills is one component of the expertise that must be possessed by prospective counselors who study in university. It requires adequate student learning skills to succeed in mastering counseling skills. This study aimed to improve students' learning skills through content services over the course of counseling techniques. The study involved 61 students used the one group pretest-posttest design. The result from the research showed that there is influenced of delivering masterycontent service to student's learning skill in a course of counseling technique.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok untuk membina self-efficacy siswa di sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) Budhi Warman II Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian Quasi Eksperimen. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukan angka probabilitas Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) self-efficacy siswa sebesar 0,000 atau probabilitas di bawah alpha 0, 05 (0,000 < 0, 05) dari hasil tersebut H0 diterima H1 ditolak. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok efektif untuk membina self-efficacy siswa di sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) Budhi Warman II Jakarta Timur

Learning from Home (BDR) in network (online) and offline (offline) is indeed a challenge for teachers in its application. Inaccurate and non-varied learning methods are problems that teachers often face, especially in online learning. Teachers also have to learn to be more creative in choosing learning media so that their students don't feel bored. Online learning can run well, be effective and fun it requires motivation and also creativity in these learning activities. Creativity is important because creativity is one of the factors that influence success in learning. If teachers are motivated and creative, they will improve their pedagogic ability well to achieve learning goals. The activity, which is carried out in the form of a webinar and workshop online for elementary and middle school teachers, increases the role of teachers professionally in intellectual, pedagogical, and creativity which can help develop the learning process given. The results of this activity are increasing teachers’ pedagogic competences in the selection and use of creative, varieties, and interactive. So, applying online interactive quizzes become solutions in increasing teachers’ pedagogic competence in learning and assessment, project or performance.
