Israiliyyat adalah istilah khusus yang digunakan oleh ulama Ilmu al-Qur’an dan tafsir untuk menunjukkan pemberitaan, cerita, tradisi serta doktrin-doktrin yang diidentikkan kepada Yahudi dari klan Bani Isra’il. Selanjutnya, cakupan maknanya berkembang menjadi apasaja yang berasimilasi ke dalam Tafsir al-Qur’an, baik dari aspek pemberitaan, cerita maupun hukum-hukum. Israiliyyat ini telah berdampak buruk terhadap Islam. Para ulama mengklasifi-kasikan Israiliyyat dalam tiga bagian. Pertama, Israiliyyat yang sejalan dengan Islam. Kedua, Israiliyyat yang tidak sejalan dengan Islam. Ketiga, Israiliyyat yang tidak masuk bagian pertama dan kedua. Sedangkan periwayatan Israiliyyat secara garis besar dapat dikategorikan dalam dua bagian: melarang dan membolehkan. Adapun Kitab-kitab Tafsir yang Memuat Israiliyyat di antaranya : Jami’ al-Bayan fi Tafsir al-Qur’an, Tafsir Muqatil, Tafsir al-Quran al-Azim, Tafsir al-Baghawi.

Tulisan ini hendak mengungkap nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam kegiatan tahlilan dan Ya>si>nan dalam takziah bagi umat Islam yang tertimpa musibah kematian. Secara lebih khusus, tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hukum pelaksanaan kegiatan tahlilan dan Ya>si>nan, dan juga untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam kegiatan tahlilan dan Ya>si>nan. Dari pembahasan ini diketahui bahwa kegiatan tahlilan dan Ya>si>nan ini merupakan tradisi yang terdapat dalam masyarakat Islam yang telah berkulturasi dengan budaya lokal sehingga terbentuklah kegiatan ini secara turun temurun. Tahlilan dan Ya>si>nan sebagaimana dipahami secara umum oleh masyarakat pada hakikatnya adalah suatu aktivitas ibadah yang pahalanya dikhususkan atau diperuntukkan kepada orang yang telah meninggal, baik dilakukan oleh individu atau kelompok. Interpretasi M. Qurais Shihab terhadap surah al-Hashr: 10 dan surah Muhammad: 19, mengatakan, bahwa di dalam palaksanaan tahlilan dan Ya>si>nan yang berisikan kalimat-kalimat thayyibah dan do’a merupakan suatu penghormatan kepada orang yang telah terlebih dahulu beriman dari mereka, dan hal tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa menghadiahkan pahala ibadah kepada orang lain boleh dan tidak menyalahi agama. Selain itu kegiatan tersebut akan dapat mengingat dan menyebut ke-Esaan Allah SWT. Dan akan memunculkan Akhlaqul karimah dalam diri pelaku. Kata Kunci: Tradisi, akaulturasi budaya, Ya>si>n Dan Tahlil

Abstract: Marriage is something sacred for the Pamekasan community, especially among the kiai. They are not arbitrary in choosing prospective wives or husbands for their children. There are many considerations made as an effort to find the best partner for their children. So that many of the kiai choose their sons and daughters also from the kiai, and this seems to have transformed into a tradition that is difficult to eliminate. So to answer questions about how the wedding tradition among the kiai of Pamekasan regency and the relationship of the Qur'an to the wedding tradition. So the research uses qualitative shorthand with descriptive data analysis method analysis-explanation. From the researcher's search of informants and existing documents (references). So the results of the study can be described as follows: marriage traditions among kiai Pamekasan regency by considering three things, namely (1) kafaah by prioritizing family, (2) kafaah by prioritizing social status, and (3) kafaah by prioritizing religion. However, based on existing reality, the concept of kafaah nasab or social which is the same in terms of nasab is still dominant among kiai today. The Qur'an does not contemplate kafaah nasab nor does it prohibit kafaah nasab. However, the Qur'an gives a strong message in marriage by emphasizing the importance of equality based on piety to Allah Almighty. al-Hujurat:13. This research aimed at proving that active learning strategy can improve the speaking skill of the year eight students of SMP Negeri 1 Sidrap. The researcher used pre-experimental design. The population of this research was the eighth grade students and the sample was class B consisting of 26 students. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through oral test. The pre-test and the post-test were used to measure the improvement of the students‟ speaking skill before and after the treatment. Based on the result of the pre-test and the post-test, it is obtained that the t-counted value is 6.920. By applying 0.05 level of significance and the 25 (26-1) degree of freedom, it was found that t-table value is 2.060. It shows that the t-counted value is greater than the t-table value. It means that the use of active learning strategy can improve speaking skill of the year eight students of SMP Negeri 1 Sidrap.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan paradigm budaya dan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam kajian tafsir al-qur'an pendekatan tematik. penelitian ini berjenis penelitian pustaka (libraryresearch) yang yang menggunakan data kualitatif berupa kata-kata, gambar, bukan angka-angka. Tafsir al-Qur'an yang akan digunakan sebagai sumber data adalah tafsir adabi-ijtima'i menggunakan metode mawdhu'i (tematik). Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis teks dengan pendekatan explanatory analysis, yaitu mendeskripsikan struktur kisah dalam kitab-kitab tafsir yang diteliti dan menganalisis hubungan struktur kisah dengan tujuan penelitian. Berdasar analisis sumber temua, maka disimpulkan bahwa nilai-nilai kearifan budaya local dalam kajian pendekatan tafsir tematik, antara lain; a) berbakti kepada orang tua yang terdapat dalam; QS Al- Baqarah:83, Al-Nisa':36, Al-An'am:151, dan Al-Isra':23. b) Menghormati yang lebih tua dan menyayangi yang lebih muda yang tertuang dalam surat al-isra ayat 23. c) saling memberi dan bersedekah yang tertuang dalam QS Al-Baqarah:261, d) tradisi silaturahmi sebagaimana QS Ali 'Imran:133-134. One of the topics that is frequently discussed is gender, particularly when it comes to Qur'anic interpretation. This study explores the issue of gender justice in the Qur'an with the perspective of reading Mubadala, especially related to verses often interpreted as gender bias and the form of women's resilience to the injustice that occurs. This study is a library research study with a qualitative approach; the data sources of this study consist of primary and secondary data sources. In comparison, the data collection technique used is documentation with the descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the method of reading Mubadala has a positive contribution to the role of women, and the form of women's resilience in dealing with gender injustice is carried out through three efforts: education, courage to speak up, and self-management.

This study examines the effectiveness of Nearpod-based learning media in enhancing the biology learning outcomes of 11th-grade students at UPT SMA Negeri 10 Sidenreng Rappang. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest format. The sample consisted of 45 students who participated in the study. Data were collected using pretests and posttests to assess the students' understanding of the biology concepts, particularly in the topic of respiratory systems. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes, as evidenced by an increase in average test scores from 43.12 in the pretest to 81.75 in the posttest. This indicates that Nearpod, as an interactive learning platform, has a positive effect on students' engagement and comprehension, making it a valuable tool in modern educational settings. The study recommends integrating technology-based media, such as Nearpod, in the teaching and learning process to foster better learning experiences and outcomes for students.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Visme platform as a learning media to improve the learning outcomes of Cultural Arts for 8th-grade students at MTs Negeri 1 Sidenreng Rappang. This research is an experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study consists of all 8th-grade students at MTs Negeri 1 Sidenreng Rappang, totaling 263 students. The sample was determined using a random sampling technique. The research sample is class VIII.C, consisting of 30 students, and data was collected through multiple-choice tests and questionnaires to measure student learning outcomes, including mastery of learning and the timeliness in receiving the material. The results of the study show that the use of the Visme learning media is effective in improving the learning outcomes of Cultural Arts for students in class VIII.C at MTs Negeri 1 Sidenreng Rappang. This is indicated by the paired sample T-test results, comparing pretest and posttest data, which show a significant value. Based on the analysis of the data, the average pretest score was 37.17, while the posttest score was 86.00. The N-gain test showed an average N-gain value of 76.35%. From the results of the average scores and the N-gain test, it can be concluded that learning Cultural Arts using Visme is effective in improving the learning outcomes of students in class VIII.C at MTs Negeri 1 Sidenreng Rappang.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Prezi learning media on the learning outcomes of eighth-grade students in the Informatics subject at MTs Negeri 2 Sidrap. The background of this study is based on the importance of using interactive and engaging learning media to enhance students' understanding in technology-based learning. The method used is a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design of the one-group pretest-posttest type. The sample in this study consists of 33 students from class VIII.A. Data collection techniques include tests and questionnaires. The results of the study show an increase in the average score from a pretest of 68.93 to a posttest of 88.90. Additionally, the questionnaire results indicate that the majority of students gave positive responses to the use of Prezi media, both in terms of learning mastery and time efficiency in the learning process. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of Prezi learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes in the Informatics subject.

Sebagai bagian dari perwujudan reformasi birokrasi serta mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik, pemerintah melalui Kementerian PAN-RB telah mengeluarkan Peraturan Menteri PAN-RB No.15 Tahun 2019 tentang pengisian Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi (JPT) secara terbuka dan kompetitif di instansi pemerintahan. Peraturan tersebut mengharuskan agar pelaksanaan seleksi dan pengisian JPT di instansi pemerintahan harus sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip good governance, di antaranya adalah terkait keterbukaan dan partisipasi masyarakat. Secara teoritis, peraturan tersebut telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip good governance dan teori lainnuya seperti reformasi birokrasi dan organisasi pemerintahan. Namun, secara implementasi pengaturan tersebut belum berjalan dengan optimal dikarenakan masih minimnya keterbukaan dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam proses seleksi tersebut. Hal ini kemudian mengakibatkan masih terdapatnya kasus dan praktik KKN dalam pengisian jabatan di lingkungan pemerintahan. Untuk itu, penelitian ini akan mengkaji implementasi penerapan aspek keterbukaan dan partisipasi publik tersebut sebagai bagian dari sistem merit dalam proses pengisian JPT di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian dengan metode deskriptif kualitaitif menunjukan bahwa minimnya partisipasi publik mengakibatkan impelemntasi sistem merit di Indonesia belum berjalan dengan optimal. Untuk itu, diperlukan perbaikan mekanisme partisipasi publik dan juga peningkatan sistem pengawasan oleh Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara (KASN)
