Abstract

Pollution due to industrial waste occurs mostly in coastal ecosystems as well as on sea water conditions. Meanwhile, when looking at the damage that occurred in coastal areas and oceans, the damage that occurred in the form of damage to coastal ecosystems such as mangroves and coral reefs due to reclamation and pollution. This condition occurs when Batam is held by the Batam Authority. Associated with environmental pollution problems caused by the industry bring tremendous impact on peoples lives, because it can cause environmental damage. Therefore, it needs serious handling to overcome them. So that between government, society and the environment needed a reciprocal relationship that must always be developed to stay in a harmonious and dynamic state. Keywords: The role of government in handling Pollution in coastal area of Batam City   Pencemaran akibat limbah industri banyak terjadi pada ekosistem pesisir serta pada kondisi air laut. Sedangkan bila melihat kerusakan yang terjadi di wilayah pesisir dan lautan, kerusakan yang terjadi berupa rusaknya ekosistem pesisir seperti mangrove dan terumbu karang akibat reklamasi dan pencemaran. Kondisi ini banyak terjadi ketika Batam dipegang Otorita Batam. Terkait dengan permasalahan pencemaran lingkungan akibat industri membawa dampak yang luar biasa terhadap kehidupan masyarakat, karena bisa menimbulkan kerusakan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, perlu penanganan yang serius untuk mengatasinya. Sehingga antara pemerintah, masyarakat dan lingkungan dibutuhkan hubungan timbal balik yang selalu harus dikembangkan agar tetap dalam keadaan yang serasi dan dinamis. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the 2013 curriculum by Islamic religious education teachers in elementary schools (SD) in Samarinda. This research is qualitative research and the point of research is in the second semester of Elementary School (SD) in Samarinda City academic year 2013/2014. The data sources used are the Islamic religious teachers  in elementary school in Samarinda. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques used is observation, interviews, and documentation. Testing the validity of the data include a test of credibility, transferability, dependability, and conformability. Data analysis techniques used is data reduction, data presentation, and verification.The result of the study shows that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum by Islamic religious teachers in elementary schools in Samarinda, Some of them is still not implementing the standardized processes optimally. Particularly, in the form of teaching planning administration. The problem is the lack of training 2013 curriculum, the lack of technology mastery, too much students, evaluation, and describing value for report cards, lack of cooperation between parents and teachers, the limitations of PAI books in 2013 curriculum.The results of this study concluded that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum by Islamic religious teachers in elementary schools (SD) in Samarinda is not done well and there are too much less optimal in practice.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah ini adalah 1) adakah pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah dasar, 2) adakah pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah dasar, 3) adakah pengaruh yang signifikan disiplin kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah dasar. 4) adakah pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah,motivasi kerja dan disiplin guru secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitianaya adalah korelasional.Penggalian data menggunakan kuesioner.Uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas,uji linieritas, uji heteroksidasitas, uji homogenitas. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian 1) ada pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Karangawen Kabupaten Demak. Berdasarkan nilai Fhitung 274,907 > Ftabel 3,90 dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05 Kekuatan hubungan yang dimiliki antara supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah ada pada kategori sangat kuat dengan kontribusi sebesar 64,7%; 2) ada pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Karangawen Kabupaten Demak. Berdasarkan nilai Fhitung 193,423 > Ftabel 3,90 dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05. Kekuatan hubungan yang dimiliki antara motivasi kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah ada pada kategori kuat dengan kontribusi sebesar 56,3%; 3) Ada pengaruh disiplin kerja guru terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Karangawen Kabupaten Demak. Berdasarkan nilai Fhitung 267,445> Ftabel 3,90 dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05. Kekuatan hubungan yang dimiliki antara disiplin kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah ada pada kategori sangat kuat dengan kontribusi sebesar 64,1%; 4) Ada pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja guru terhadap mutu Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Karangawen Kabupaten Demak. Berdasarkan nilai Fhitung 133,091 > Ftabel 2,67 dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05. Kekuatan hubungan yang dimiliki antara supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah ada pada kategori sangat kuat dengan kontribusi 72,4% mutu Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Karangawen Kabupaten Demak dipengaruhi oleh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja guru. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi membuat manusia dapat mengakses informasi tentang fenomena di dunia menjadi lebih mudah. Akan tetapi tidak bisa dipungkiri, perkembangan teknologi memiliki dampak negatif, antara lain remaja belum bisa menyaring konten-konten di media sosial yang bertentangan dengan syariat Islam. Oleh karena itu, pendakwah harus mengembangkan metode atau strategi dalam menyampaikan dakwah dengan memperhatikan mitra dakwah di era 5.0, agar dakwah tidak terkesan membosankan dan monoton. Peran pendakwah sangatlah penting dalam mengawal perubahan mitra dakwah dengan menginovasi metode dakwahnya, sehingga pendakwah memiliki daya tarik dalam berinterkatif dengan mitra dakwah. Salah satunya Ning Umi Laila yang terus mengembangkan metode dengan inovasi dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwahnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data primer dan sekunder didapat dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan analisis beberapa artikel dan konten di media sosial dengan perspektif prinsip dakwah Syaikh Jum’ah Amin. Adapun hasil dari analisis penelitian ini adalah metode dakwah Ning Umi Laila menjadi daya tarik untuk mitra dakwah dengan menyelipkan humor dan nasyid sebagai sarana dakwah dalam mempermudah mitra dakwah untuk menerima pesan dakwahnya. Penelitian ini juga menemukan enam prinsip yang sudah ada di dalam pribadi Ning Umi Laila dari sepuluh prinsip dakwah Syaikh Jum’ah amin, yaitu a) Bertahap dalam pembebanan, b) Memudahkan bukan menyulitkan, c) Masalah yang pokok bukan yang kecil, d) Membesarkan hati sebelum memberikan peringatan, e) Memberikan pemahaman bukan mendikte, f) Muridnya guru bukan muridnya buku.

Abstract

The objectives of this research include: 1) To determine the effectiveness of using videos in increasing student learning motivation through guidance and counseling for class VIII students at SMPN 1 Tragah, and 2) To determine the effectiveness of using videos in increasing student achievement through guidance and counseling for class students. viii SMPN 1 Tragah. Researchers conducted trials on the use of videos in providing guidance and counseling services to increase student motivation and achievement. These researchers are included in the type of experimental research. Experimental research is research that uses a quantitative research approach where data is produced in the form of numbers and analyzed using statistical analysis techniques. Nonequivalent Control Group Design is the experimental research design chosen and is one of the quasi experimental design research designs. The research samples were 30 students from class VIII-C as the control class and 30 students from class VIII-D as the experimental class. Researchers developed an instrument in the form of a questionnaire on learning motivation and career planning. The data obtained were analyzed using the independent sample t test analysis technique. Research conclusions include: 1) The use of videos is effective in increasing student learning motivation through guidance and counseling for class VIII students at SMPN 1 Tragah., 2) The use of videos is effective in improving student achievement through guidance and counseling for class VIII students at SMPN 1 Tragah.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of Nearpod-based learning media in enhancing the biology learning outcomes of 11th-grade students at UPT SMA Negeri 10 Sidenreng Rappang. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest format. The sample consisted of 45 students who participated in the study. Data were collected using pretests and posttests to assess the students' understanding of the biology concepts, particularly in the topic of respiratory systems. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes, as evidenced by an increase in average test scores from 43.12 in the pretest to 81.75 in the posttest. This indicates that Nearpod, as an interactive learning platform, has a positive effect on students' engagement and comprehension, making it a valuable tool in modern educational settings. The study recommends integrating technology-based media, such as Nearpod, in the teaching and learning process to foster better learning experiences and outcomes for students.

Abstract

ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) is a time series analysis method used to evaluate data based on temporal patterns. The number of ship departure inspections conducted by the Probolinggo Class I Health Quarantine Center has shown fluctuations over time. These inspections are part of disease prevention efforts as regulated in the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No. 10 of 2023 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the Quarantine Technical Implementation Unit. This study aims to forecast the number of ship departure inspections at the Probolinggo Class I Health Quarantine Center. This research employed a non-reactive design using secondary data from 2020 to 2023, sourced from the Health Quarantine Information System (SINKARKES). The ARIMA (2,0,2) model provided the best fit, with good accuracy (MSE 685,277; MAPE 7.311). Forecasting results show an upward trend in ship departure inspections throughout 2024. This increase is highly relevant for public health, as stronger inspection activity supports quarantine surveillance, helps detect potential disease risks early, and improves preparedness against cross-border health threats.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebijakan redistribusi tanah objek reforma agraria (TORA) yang berlaku umum di Indonesia dan implementasi kebijakan pendistribusian tanah di Kabupaten Kendal, Metode analisis data menggunakan model secara kualitatif. Pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peraturan Presiden Nomor 86 tahun 2018 tentang Reforma Agraria adalah aturan kebijakan redistribusi tanah yang dipakai saat ini. Peraturan Presiden 86/2018 perihal reforma agraria ini mengatur kaitannya penataan kembali pada struktur penguasaan, penggunaan, kepemilikan serta pemanfaatan tanah (P4T) yang berkeadilan dengan penataan aset serta akses yang memberikan manfaat untuk tujuan kesejahteraan rakyat di Indonesia. Implementasi kebijakan Redistribusi Tanah di Kabupaten Kendal bahwa berdasarkan pada prinsip pelaksanaannya telah berjalan dengan baik serta berkesesuaian dengan petunjuk teknis pada pelaksanaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan redistribusi Tanah Obyak Landreform (TOL) di tahun 2018 dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang diberlakukan, dimana pada tahun 2018 salahsatu penerimaan redistribusi tanah di Kendal dilakukan pada desa Ngargosari, kecamatan sukorejo sebesar ±24Ha. Apakah Reforma agraria dalam redistribusi tanah kepada masyarakat dapat mengatasi ketimpangan sosial ekonomi yang ada, Penelitian ini juga membahas tentang bagaimana secara normatif-empiris dapat mengungkapkan permasalahan pengaturan hukum, sudah berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan dan melihat bagaimana kebijakan kedepan dapat menghadapi tantangan dan kendala yang ada. Selain itu, kebijakan politik hukum harus dapat memberikan perlindungan hak atas tanah yang lebih adil dan dapat mengatasi masalah kemiskinan, meningkatkan kesejahteraan, memberikan pengakuan hak atas tanah yang lebih baik yang dibarengi dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi yang berkesinambungan
