Abstract

UD. Putra Tunggal is a trading business that sells people's basic needs such as rice, cooking oil, sugar and other basic needs of the community. This trading business requires forecasting in an effort to process data and produce accurate reports. This is done because UD. Putra Tunggal to determine the demand for rice is unpredictable, so he often experiences a lack of supply of rice to be purchased in serving the demand for rice needed by customers. In designing this system, the author uses the Double Moving Average (DMA) forecasting method for the decision support process in determining the amount of rice stock to be sold for the next month, using the calculation method. Forecasting application is made using visual basic net 2010 programming language with Microsoft Access for data base. From making the system an application can be produced that can control demand optimally and economically and with a high level of accuracy and can predict the amount of rice demand at UD. Putra Tunggal so that the forecast results can help trading businesses to avoid running out of rice demand stocks at UD. Putra Tunggal. Abstract

Abstract: Employees are a key element in the success of a company, because they play a role in determining the success of the company as a whole. Therefore, employee appraisal has a significant impact on many aspects of human resource (HR) management in the company. In this context, an objective and accurate employee appraisal system is needed so that companies can determine the best employees appropriately. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System that uses the AHP-WASPAS combination method. This system is designed to assist companies in evaluating and selecting the best employees for promotions, salary increases, and career development. The results showed that the developed Decision Support System was able to increase objectivity in employee assessment compared to manual methods. By using the AHP-WASPAS combination method, companies can be more effective and accurate in determining employee assessment, thus helping in better decision making in HR management.Keywords: Employee; AHP method; WASPAS method; Performance Appraisal; Ranking; Objectivity; Decision Support System Abstrak: Karyawan merupakan elemen kunci dalam kesuksesan sebuah perusahaan, karena mereka berperan dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, penilaian karyawan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap banyak aspek pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di perusahaan. Dalam konteks ini, diperlukan sistem penilaian karyawan yang objektif dan akurat agar perusahaan dapat menentukan karyawan terbaik dengan tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang menggunakan metode kombinasi AHP-WASPAS. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu perusahaan dalam mengevaluasi dan memilih karyawan terbaik untuk promosi, kenaikan gaji, dan pengembangan karir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan objektivitas dalam penilaian karyawan dibandingkan dengan metode manual. Dengan menggunakan metode kombinasi AHP-WASPAS, perusahaan dapat lebih efektif dan akurat dalam menentukan penilaian karyawan, sehingga membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dalam manajemen SDM.Kata kunci: Karyawan; Metode AHP; Metode WASPAS; Penilaian Kinerja; Rangking; Objektivitas; Sistem Pendukung Keputusan

Abstract

Abstract: The advancement of information technology has significantly influenced all aspects of life, particularly in the field of education. In educational settings, the service sector plays a crucial role for institutions to ensure that all stakeholders benefit from its offerings and adapt to the digital world. One example is the implementation of SPP (Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan) applications, which provide numerous advantages for both schools and parents. The utilization of SPP applications enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of school financial management. These applications are designed based on specific school requirements using the web-based CodeIgniter framework, enabling online access. SPP streamlines the SPP payment process for schools, saving time and effort. Additionally, SPP applications facilitate the tracking of students' SPP payment history, allowing for easier monitoring and evaluation of payment transparency. SPP applications serve as a viable solution to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of school financial management, while also promoting convenience and transparency in the SPP payment process. Therefore, schools and parents are encouraged to adopt SPP applications to enhance the quality of education, particularly in the service sector. Keyword: application;school financial management;parents of students.  Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat mempengaruhi segala aspek, terutama pada aspek pendidikan. Dalam lingkungan pendidikaan, bidang pelayanan merupakan peran penting bagi penyelenggara agar seluruh sumber daya terkait merasakan manfaatnya dan beradaptasi dengan dunia digital. Salah satu contohnya adalah penggunaan aplikasi SPP (Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan) yang menawarkan berbagai manfaat bagi sekolah dan orang tua murid. Pemanfaatan aplikasi SPP dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan sekolah. Aplikasi yang dirancang berdasarkan kebutuhan sekolah dengan framework codeigniter berbasis web yang hasilnya dapat diakses secara online. SPP dapat membantu sekolah dalam mengotomatisasi proses pembayaran SPP, sehingga menghemat waktu dan tenaga. Selain itu, aplikasi SPP juga dapat membantu sekolah dalam melacak riwayat pembayaran SPP siswa, sehingga memudahkan dalam monitoring dan evaluasi terkait transparansi dalam proses pembayaran SPP. Pemanfaatan aplikasi SPP merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan sekolah, serta memberikan kemudahan dan transparansi dalam proses pembayaran SPP. Oleh karena itu, sekolah dan orang tua murid didorong untuk menggunakan aplikasi SPP dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan terutama dibidang pelayanan. Kata kunci: aplikasi SPP;keuangan sekolah;orang tua murid.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of information technology in digital marketing in urban farming, especially in improving hydroponic vegetable marketing in Asahan Regency. The development of information technology has opened up new opportunities for urban farming actors to expand market reach through digital marketing strategies. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews and observations of urban farming actors as well as analysis of the use of digital platforms such as social media, e-commerce, and websites. The results of the study show that the implementation of digital marketing has proven effective in increasing sales and expanding the market, as well as supporting the sustainability of urban farming businesses by increasing product visibility, ease of transactions, and interaction with consumers. However, there are challenges such as limited technological knowledge for some business actors and uneven digital infrastructure. Therefore, training and technological support are needed for hydroponic farmers in order to maximize the potential of digital marketing in improving economic welfare in the urban agricultural sector.Keywords: digital marketing; hydroponics; information technology; urban farming. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi teknologi informasi dalam digital marketing pada urban farming, khususnya dalam meningkatkan pemasaran sayur hidroponik di Kabupaten Asahan. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membuka peluang baru bagi pelaku urban farming untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui strategi pemasaran digital. Masalah yang terjadi di Sigit Hidroponik memerlukan pemanfaatan teknologi dibidang pemasaran produk agar produk dapat terjual dengan baik dan terus mengalami peningkatan agar siklus atau perputaran penamaan dan panen dapat berjalan lebih efekti dan efisien dengan waktu yang lebih produktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap pelaku urban farming serta analisis penggunaan platform digital seperti media sosial, e-commerce, dan website. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan digital marketing terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas pasar, serta mendukung keberlanjutan usaha urban farming melalui peningkatan visibilitas produk, kemudahan transaksi, dan interaksi dengan konsumen. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan teknologi bagi sebagian pelaku usaha dan infrastruktur digital yang belum merata. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pelatihan dan dukungan teknologi bagi petani hidroponik agar dapat memaksimalkan potensi digital marketing dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi di sektor pertanian perkotaan.Kata kunci: digital marketing; hidroponik; teknologi informasi; urban farming.

Abstract

In the digital era, digital learning platforms have become an essential tool in the educational process. However, the success of a platform is not only determined by the availability of content but also by a satisfying user experience. To achieve this, developers often adopt the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) strategy, which allows them to release a product with minimal features to quickly obtain user feedback. Meanwhile, the Design Thinking approach provides a framework for deeply understanding user needs. This paper combines these two approaches to designing the UI/UX for the digital learning platform "Mentor on Demand", focusing on an optimized user experience where the usability testing results are obtained with scores for Students = 6 and Mentors = 5.9 both getting Pass Results.

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the application of the Just In Time (JIT) method and web-based raw material management at PT Sumber Nelayan Indonesia, a company engaged in shrimp paste production. The main problem faced by the company is the instability of raw material inventory, which leads to stock buildup, increased storage costs, and inefficiencies in the production process. The JIT method is integrated into a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to improve inventory management efficiency by minimizing the amount of raw materials that are not needed, reducing waste, and ensuring the availability of raw materials according to actual needs. The results show that the implementation of web-based JIT and SCM improves real-time stock monitoring, which improves inventory-related planning and decision-making. Additionally, the system strengthens communication between companies and suppliers, speeds up response to changes in demand, and ensures timely delivery of raw materials, reducing potential delays in the production process. Thus, the implementation of the JIT method in web-based raw material management at PT Sumber Nelayan Indonesia has succeeded in improving operational efficiency and reducing inventory costs.        Keywords:. just in time (jit); inventory management; supply chain management (scm); stock management; shrimp paste production Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas penerapan metode Just In Time (JIT) dan manajemen bahan baku berbasis web di PT. Sumber Nelayan Indonesia, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi terasi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah ketidakstabilan persediaan bahan baku, yang menyebabkan penumpukan stok, peningkatan biaya penyimpanan, dan inefisiensi dalam proses produksi. Metode JIT diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem Supply Chain Management (SCM) berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan dengan meminimalkan jumlah bahan baku yang tidak diperlukan, mengurangi pemborosan, dan memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan JIT dan SCM berbasis web meningkatkan pemantauan stok secara real-time, yang memperbaiki perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan terkait persediaan. Selain itu, sistem ini memperkuat komunikasi antara perusahaan dan pemasok, mempercepat respons terhadap perubahan permintaan, dan memastikan pengiriman bahan baku tepat waktu, sehingga mengurangi potensi keterlambatan dalam proses produksi. Dengan demikian, implementasi metode JIT dalam manajemen bahan baku berbasis web di PT. Abstract

Penelitian ilmiah dalam bentuk skripsi merupakan mata kuliah yang wajib bagi mahasiswa yang harus diselesaikan sebagai salah satu syarat dalam proses penentuan kelulusan. Perancangan Aplikasi E-Skripsi yang menerapkan arsitektur Model View Controller ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Aplikasi dengan konsep MVC yang memisahkan pengolahan data (Model) dengan antar muka yang ditampilkan oleh aplikasi (View) dan bagaimana mengatur data untuk ditampilkan (Controller) dapat memudahkan programmer dalam pengembangan aplikasi dengan menyesuaikan kebutuhan perguruan tinggi. Sehingga pada penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi E-Skripsi dengan arsitektur MVC  berbasis web yang memberi kemudahan bagi mahasiswa dan pihak perguruan tinggi dalam proses pengajuan skripsi sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan perguruan tinggi. Kata Kunci : Arsitektur MVC, E-Skripsi, Skripsi

Abstract

Metode TOPSIS digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk memilih lahan pertanian yang paling sesuai untuk berbagai kriteria seperti harga, kesuburan tanah, ketersediaan air, aksesibilitas dan iklim. Data ini diperoleh dari survei lapangan, analisis laboratorium tanah dan data sekunder dari badan pertanian lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode TOPSIS efektif dalam menemukan lahan yang memenuhi kriteria pertanian optimal. Proses penilaian melibatkan pengumpulan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan metode TOPSIS untuk menentukan peringkat lahan berdasarkan kedekatannya dengan solusi ideal. Metode ini juga menyediakan pendekatan pengambilan keputusan sistematis dan obyektif yang membantu petani dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has enabled the utilization of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in various fields, including healthcare services. This study aims to implement Web GIS for visualizing the mapping of certified pharmacies in the Kisaran area to provide easy access to information for the public and relevant stakeholders. The system is developed using web-based technology with PHP and MySQL to manage spatial data and pharmacy attributes. The results show that the developed Web GIS system can display location information, certification status, and pharmacy details interactively through a digital map. With this system, the public can easily identify certified pharmacies, thereby enhancing the safety and quality of healthcare services. Additionally, the implementation of this Web GIS assists the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (DPM PTSP) in monitoring and managing pharmacy data more efficiently and transparently. The system also features a user-friendly interface that supports search and filter functionalities to improve user interaction. Data presented in real-time further improves the reliability of information accessed by users. Furthermore, this Web GIS solution contributes to spatial-based decision making, enabling authorities to conduct targeted inspections, identify underserved areas, and plan the development of new pharmacies based on geographic distribution. The integration of spatial data with pharmacy certification records also supports transparency and accountability in public health service management. In conclusion, this research demonstrates the potential of Web GIS as an effective tool for improving access to reliable health service information and enhancing the operational performance of relevant governmental institutions.
