Abstract

Abstract: This qualitative study explores the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance in public elementary school (SDN) Warungdowo 1. By interviewing 15 employees from a variety of positions, including teachers, administrative staff, and janitors, we analyzed the factors that influenced their perceptions of job satisfaction and performance. The results showed that there is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and employee performance. Factors that affect job satisfaction include the work environment, support from leadership, recognition of contributions, and career development opportunities. Respondents who feel satisfied with their work tend to show better performance, such as high commitment to tasks, initiative in solving problems, and active participation in achieving school goals. This study provides a deep understanding of the importance of job satisfaction management in improving employee performance in educational institutions. Practical implications include the need for organizational policies that support employee well-being and strategies to improve job satisfaction in the educational work environment. This study contributes to the human resource management literature by revealing an important relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance at SDN Warungdowo 1. Abstract

This study aims to explore the internal mechanisms, aptitude, intelligence, motivation, and cognitive style that influence second language (L2) acquisition among early childhood learners. Grounded in psycholinguistic and developmental perspectives, this research addresses the lack of contextualized strategies for foreign language instruction at the early childhood education (ECE) level in Indonesia. This qualitative study employed a library research design, using thematic analysis of selected scholarly works from 1959 to 2025. Sources were classified into three thematic clusters: (1) internal processing mechanisms (e.g., phonological memory, LAD function), (2) aptitude and intelligence (e.g., MLAT, linguistic universals), and (3) motivation and cognitive style (e.g., intrinsic-affective-social motivation, field-dependence). Data synthesis was conducted to classify key constructs and pedagogical implications. The results revealed that young learners acquire L2 more effectively through emotionally engaging, context-rich, and multisensory exposure rather than formal grammatical instruction. Children benefit from environments that support referential learning, phonological sensitivity, and social-linguistic modeling. Formal instruction was found to be less effective due to developmental mismatches. A classification model was constructed to visually present the findings. This study offers a comprehensive synthesis that bridges second language acquisition theories with early childhood development. It presents an original classification framework linking cognitive-affective variables with instructional strategies suitable for L2 exposure in early childhood. This research provides critical insights for curriculum developers, early childhood educators, and policymakers aiming to implement developmentally appropriate foreign language instruction. The findings support the need for translanguaging, play-based, and emotionally supportive environments for optimal early language acquisition.

Abstract

Sektor UMKM mempunyai peran strategis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Kontribusi yang signifikan tersebut membuat UMKM mampu menyerap tenaga kerja dalam jumlah besar. Strategi tersebut dapat diterapkan oleh Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) dalam melaksanakan perjanjian kerjasama pinjaman usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Tujuan utama penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi efektif untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan UMKM melalui pembiayaan yang diberikan oleh BMT. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan dokumen terhadap BMT yang berhasil membiayai UMKM. Analisis menemukan bahwa BMT telah menerapkan beberapa strategi, antara lain diversifikasi produk pinjaman, pendekatan berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Dengan kerja sama pembiayaan BMT ini, UMKM akhirnya bisa lebih memahami manajemen produksi dan pemasaran, serta pendapatan UMKM akan terus meningkat

Abstract

Pencemaran laut adalah masalah serius bagi banyak kota pesisir, termasuk Kota Pasuruan, yang berdampak negatif pada lingkungan laut, kesehatan manusia, dan ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas program lingkungan hijau untuk mengurangi pencemaran laut di Pasuruan. Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Informan kunci adalah pejabat pemerintah, anggota komunitas, dan aktivis lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program lingkungan hijau, seperti kampanye pengelolaan sampah, penanaman mangrove, rehabilitasi sungai, dan promosi gaya hidup ramah lingkungan, berhasil mengurangi pencemaran laut dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya anggaran, partisipasi masyarakat, dan pemahaman tentang konservasi lingkungan masih ada. Rekomendasi untuk keberlanjutan program mencakup peningkatan pendanaan, pelibatan aktif masyarakat, dan pendidikan lingkungan. Secara keseluruhan, program lingkungan hijau berpotensi besar mengurangi pencemaran laut di Pasuruan, tetapi diperlukan kerjasama dari pemerintah, masyarakat, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk memastikan keberhasilan jangka panjangnya.

Abstract

Melalui program kegiatan pengabdian berjudul Rangkul Desa yang diadakan oleh Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi PPKn Uniwara, kegiatan ini tidak lain untuk memberikan pemahaman dan menumbuhkan kesadaran kepada mahasiswa akan kepekaan sosialnya dalam mewujudkan harmonisasi desa dan desa sejahtera terutama dalam upaya peranan remaja desa Klampisrejo, Kecamatan Kraton, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Oleh karena itu, dipilihlah desa Klampisrejo sebagai sasaran pengabdian. Subjek pengabdian pada kegiatan rangkul desa sendiri sebenarnya adalah pemuda karang taruna desa Klampisrejo, ibu ibu PKK desa Klampisrejo dan anak-anak TK serta siswa-siswi kelas 4,5 dan 6 SDN Klampisrejo. Karena fokus pembahasan disini lebih ditekankan pada analisis peran remaja dalam mewujudkan harmonisasi dan kesejahteraan Masyarakat desa Klampisrejo melalui peran Karang taruna dengan model diskusi dengan pemateri didua kegiatan berbeda dengan sasaran yang dituju yaitu remaja. Sehingga subyek pengabdiannya dikhususkan pada generasi remaja. 1. Baik Mahasiswa dari HMPS PPKn ataupun warga setempat, lebih peka dan peduli terhadap isu penanaman tumbuhnya rasa kesadaran diri terutama kaum remaja dalam mewujudkan desa yang harmonis dan Sejahtera di desa Klampisrejo. 2. Meningkatkan taraf pemahaman terkait study parenting terutama peran orangtua dalam mengawasi tumbuh kembang anak, difokuskan pada cara pemamahi perasaan remaja dan mendorong untuk terus berperan aktif dalam Masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract This article discusses the important role of Indigenous leadership in debt settlement in Gunung Malang Hamlet, Pasuruan Regency. Buwuhan debt, which is based on local indigenous traditions, has become a serious problem in the region, creating significant economic and social pressure. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to identify the role of Indigenous leadership, strategies used, and community responses to debt settlement efforts. The results showed that adat leadership plays an important role as a mediator and facilitator in debt settlement Buhuhan. They use a deliberative and mutual aid approach to find a fair solution for all parties involved. Although faced with obstacles and challenges, Buwuhan debt settlement efforts led by Indigenous leadership are considered effective by the community in general. The community's positive response to the role of Indigenous leadership reflects recognition of the moral authority and influence that Indigenous leadership has in mediating and resolving conflicts related to the Buhuhan debt. This research has important implications both academically and practically. Theoretically, this study enriches the understanding of the role of Indigenous leadership in debt settlement Buwuhan, while in practical terms, the implications can help in the development of debt settlement strategies Buwuhan more effective in Pasuruan and other regions facing similar problems.
