Abstract

This study's objectives are to assess the level of soft skill mastery among students, identify any issues that arise, and develop effective growth strategies. Soft skills are a crucial component in today's increasingly digital and dynamic workplace. This study assesses the mastery of soft skills as well as the strategy and tactics for developing them. A mixed-method approach was used to gather information: questionnaires were sent to 200 students, 50 students were given soft skill tests based on case studies, 10 students, 5 students, and 5 employees were interviewed, and the curriculum and report were analyzed. The study's findings indicate that the student has excellent communication skills (3.7) and teamwork (3.9), but is somewhat lacking in flexibility (2.9) and leadership (3.1). These soft skills emphasize that, while a student can solve problems in a straightforward manner, they struggle to deal with complex situations that require innovation and multidisciplinary teamwork. Interview and document analysis indicate that curriculum adherence and practical experience are crucial for developing soft skills. This study highlights the need for curriculum revision based on student feedback, increased access to learning, and the use of digital technology in education. It comes from combined research that looks at competency, what that means for the Chinese education system, and how to build soft skills through long-term experience. It is believed that this will serve as a foundation for educational institutions to implement more effective policies to increase student engagement

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on a number of previous studies as a spring to water the arguments built so that they look fertile and sparkling compared to previous studies. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from 300 KFC employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data used in this article were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the assumptions accompanied by strong arguments and presented in the Research Hypothesis are concluded to have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance. This is because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.015. These results are because the Human Resource Information System can make employee work easier, can increase work creativity, and can increase work productivity.. In line with the results above, in the next hypothesis, namely the Work Motivation variable can strengthen the influence of the Human Resource Information System variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct tester 0..015. Thus the data is concluded, the first and second hypotheses in the article can be accepted.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used in this study use primary data that researchers obtained from 500 MDP Store employees spread throughout Indonesia obtained by means of an online questionnaire and sent via the respondents' WhatsApp accounts. The questionnaire contains 5 statements, namely strongly agree statements, agree statements, normal/so-so statements, disagree statements, and strongly disagree statements on the 10 questionnaires submitted. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that each hypothesis used in this article can be accepted and proven, namely that the Job Saturation variable can affect Employee Performance and the Workload variable can strengthen the influence of the Job Satisfaction variable on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the third table of the Path Coefficient above, it shows that the Burn Out variable can have an influence on Employee Performance, but it is negative because the T-Statistic value is above 1,960 but negative, namely -6,782 and the P-Values are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.036. From these results, it can be concluded that the more bored employees are at work, the more employee performance will decrease or erode.. In addition, in the next row, the Workload variable can strengthen the influence of Job Saturation on Employee Performance in a negative direction because the T-Statistic value is above 1.960, which is -10.232 and the P-Values are below the significance level of 0.05, which is 0.000. This means that the more Employee Workload can make employees more bored in working so that Employee Performance can decrease. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Burnout, Employee Performance. Workload
