Abstract

According to government regulations explaining that the Principal's work responsibilities in carrying out the main tasks include managerial tasks, entrepreneurship development tasks, and supervisory tasks for teachers and education personnel. As a leader who has managerial responsibilities, the principal plays a role as the vanguard for various efforts to improve the quality of learning in a school. The researcher will analyze the principal's managerial role on the school's quality at SMP Negeri 03 Colomadu, so this study aims to analyze the principal's role in improving the school's quality. The method in this study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. This study concludes that the Principal has carried out managerial tasks well and professionally because he is able to translate the school's vision and mission into real policies and practices. The vision and mission of the school are to form students who are noble, high-achieving, skilled, and environmentally aware.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Turnover intention mencerminkan niat karyawan untuk berpindah kerja yang meningkatkan beban biaya perusahaan, sedangkan stres kerja sebagai hasil interaksi individu dengan pekerjaannya dapat menurunkan motivasi, konsentrasi, dan kinerja sehingga berdampak negatif pada produktivitas dan kesehatan kerja; Tujuan Studi: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa berpengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan di perusahaan PT Royal Abadi Sejahtera Kabupaten Bandung Barat; Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif pada karyawan PT Royal Abadi Sejahtera Kabupaten Bandung Barat dengan sampel 88 orang dari populasi 698 orang melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear sederhana; Hasil: Hasil regresi menunjukkan konstanta sebesar 29,573 dan koefisien regresi 0,532, yang berarti setiap peningkatan 1% stres kerja meningkatkan turnover intention sebesar 0,532. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,317 menunjukkan bahwa 31,7% turnover intention dipengaruhi oleh stres kerja, sementara 68,3% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian. Uji t membuktikan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dengan t hitung 6,320 > t tabel 0,1663, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention; dan Kesimpulan: Stres kerja meningkatkan turnover intention, sehingga perlu pengelolaan kerja, komunikasi efektif, dan komitmen karyawan.
