Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of the Inventory and Use of  Goods management at the West Sulawesi General Bureau and Equipment. The number of informants is 5 people. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research showed that there are several problems that make its implementation  not optimal namely in the management of State Property is that there is still poor communication of policies for the management of State Property lack of apparatus resources, there are still unscrupulous users os state property who do not have a posstive attitude. Which do not good in managing state property and the bureaucratic structure that still needs to be improved needs to be rearranged in order to optimize the performance and division managing state property at the Office of the General and Equipment Bureau of West Sulawesi.Keywords : Implementation,  inventory of management.

Abstract

Education aims to increase the quantity and quality of students. In the learning process, the selection of the right learning method greatly affects the high and low learning outcomes of students. The learning method is a way that can be done by educators so that the teaching and learning process runs effectively. The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of students in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. because the learning methods used are still not varied enough. To overcome this problem, the researcher applied the Index Card Match method with the aim of improving Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes in class V students of V UPTD SDN 05 Suliki. This study uses the type of classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were 10 students in grade V of UPTD SDN 05 Suliki consisting of 4 male students and 6 female students. Classroom action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of one meeting. In this study there are four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection was carried out using observation and written tests. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the average learning outcomes of students had increased. It is known that the KKM value that has been determined by the school is 75. In the pre- study, it was known that 3 students had not completed it with a percentage of 30% and 7 students had completed it with a percentage of 70%. In cycle I, there was an increase of 6 students who completed it with a percentage of 60% and 4 students who had not completed it with a percentage of 40%. Furthermore, in cycle II, there was an increase of 9 students with a percentage of 90% and 1 student who had not completed it with a percentage of 10%. Thus, the Index Card Match method can improve students' learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at UPTD SDN 05 Suliki

Abstract

Data collection was carried out using observation and written tests. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the average learning outcomes of students increased. Abstract

This research was motivated by the low ability of children to read the Al-Quran in class V at UPTD SDN 03 Suayan. One solution to this problem is to implement activities using the Card Short method. This research aims to improve the Al-Quran reading ability of children in Class V UPTD SDN 03 Suayan. The method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. This classroom action research was carried out in 2 cycles, in each cycle there were 2 meetings. Data collection techniques used were observation and documentation. The results of this study show an increase in children's scores from pre-action, cycle I and cycle II which can clearly be described as follows: the BB score at pre-action was 11 children or 55%, then in cycle 1 it became 5 children or 30%, then in cycle II it became 0 children or 0% MB value in pre-action 2 children or 10%, then in cycle 1 it becomes 2 children or 10% In cycle II it becomes 0 children or 0%, BSH value in the action there are 2 children or 10%, then in cycle 1 became 2 children or 10%, for cycle II 2 children 10%, the BSB value in pre-action was 5 children or 25% then in cycle 1 it became 5 children or 25% and in the end cycle II increased to 17 children or 85%. Based on the results of the research above, the researcher suggested to teachers to use the card short method as an alternative activity to improve children's ability to read the Al-Quran.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of UPTD SDN 04 Taeh Baruah students. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes at UPTD SDN 04 Taeh Baruah through the Coopeartive Learning method The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The method used in the research is two cycles, namely the Coopeartive Learning method. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation/action, observation, and reflection. Each cycle consists of one meeting (3 lesson hours). The total population used was 10 people. The data collection techniques used were observation, tests and interviews. The results of this study showed an increase in student learning outcomes from pre-action, cycle I and cycle II. The learning outcomes of students in the pre-action stage were 42%, in cycle I (first) increased to 67%, in cycle II (second) also increased to 92%. Thus, a recommendation can be made that the application of the Cooperative Learning method can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education material for the 2024/2025 school year.
