Abstract

In general, this research was conducted to serve as material for analyzing innovation culture, entrepreneurial leadership, brand image, and competitive advantage as intervening variables affecting the performance of PT XX, which is part of a national company group located in the Tangerang area with 200 permanent workers. The data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3.0, with hypothesis testing conducted on 110 samples. The results of the study show that innovation culture, entrepreneurial leadership, and brand image associated with high-quality products can influence competitive advantage as intervening variables, so that they can be assessed as having an effect on improving the Performance of PT XX. However, this impact requires a management strategy characterized by commitment and consistency to achieve the desired outcomes.

Abstract

This research investigates the extent to which Product Quality Image (X1) and Price Perception (X2) shape Indonesian consumers’ decisions to purchase ANTAM gold (Y), while also assessing the mediating contribution of Green Consumer Behaviour (Z). Data were gathered through a quantitative survey of 204 individuals who had previously bought ANTAM gold, using a five-point Likert-scale instrument. The hypothesized relationships were tested with PLS-SEM supported by bootstrapping procedures. The results indicate that a stronger quality image and a more favorable perception of price both increase the likelihood of purchase. In addition, Green Consumer Behaviour contributes directly to purchase decisions and functions as a meaningful partial mediator, suggesting that environmentally oriented values reinforce—rather than substitute—the influence of quality and price evaluation in this context. From a managerial perspective, the findings imply that ANTAM can strengthen consumer decisions by maintaining clear and price fairness while communicating sustainability commitments in ways that align with the expectations of green-minded consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of location, promotion, and price perception on the interest in buying subsidized houses with green awareness as a mediating variable. This research is motivated by the high public need for subsidized housing in the midst of limited purchasing power and various problems related to environmental quality, accessibility, and housing facilities. The research uses a quantitative approach with a causal design. The research population is people who are interested in buying subsidized houses in Medan City and Deli Serdang Regency. Primary data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire to 153 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study showed that location and promotion did not have a positive and significant effect on interest in buying subsidized houses. On the contrary, price perception and green awareness had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Location and promotion have a positive and significant effect on green awareness, while price perception does not have a positive and significant effect on green awareness. In testing indirect influences, green awareness does not mediate the influence of location and price perception on buying interest, but has been proven to mediate positively and significantly the influence of promotion on interest in buying subsidized houses. The results of the study show that price perception and green awareness are important factors in increasing interest in buying subsidized houses. Therefore, developers need to increase the effectiveness of promotions and integrate sustainability and environmental aspects in marketing communication.
