Compliance control treatment of patients with ODGJ is important in the healing process. Family assistance is very influential on ODGJ patients in the process of adherence to treatment control and the healing process. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between family mentoring and adherence to medication control in patients with ODGJ. The correlational research design uses a cross sectional approach. The population is 112 respondents, purposive sampling technique is 34 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire scale family assistance (mentoring) and the MMAS instrument for compliance control treatment. The results of the study obtained that almost all of the family assistance provided was in the good category (85.5%), and almost all of the patient's treatment control compliance was in the good category (88.2%). Spearman rank statistical test obtained p-value 0.000 (0.05) and correlation coefficient (r) of 0.879. The relationship of family assistance is related to medication control compliance with a positive and strong direction, so that the better the family assistance, the better the medication control compliance. Mentoring is closely related to compliance with treatment control because it will trigger the patient's spirit to recover, patients feel cared for and control treatment more regularly. It is recommended for families to continue to provide good assistance by providing physical and emotional support, so that it is hoped that ODGJ patients can carry out routine medical control.

Body shaming is an event experienced by a person when an individual is seen as something that is not good and has deficiencies by someone, especially in terms of body posture. Given the enormous impact it has generated, it is necessary to apply positive thinking as an effort to strengthen understanding of positive self-viewing behavior, one form of which is self-affirmation. The purpose of this community service is to provide health education about the importance of a positive mind through self-affirmation when experiencing body shaming. The population is 30 students, consisting of PMR cadres totaling 6 students, and 24 other student members. PMR cadres are selected students from PMR MAN 4 Kediri who will be empowered. The community service instrument uses an observation sheet. The results of the cadres before the intervention had the ability in the adequate category with a mean of 24. After the intervention was given they had the ability in the good category with a mean of 31.4. The results of PMR members before being given the intervention had abilities in the less category with a mean of 13.2. After being given the intervention, they had sufficient ability with a mean of 24. This means that cadres and other PMR members experienced an increase in the ability score to apply self-affirmation as an effort to avoid feelings of body shaming. The results of the analysis showed that there was an increase in scores before and after the intervention for PMR cadres and members. The application of positive thoughts through self-affirmation is able to help form an acceptance process in a person so that it is believed to be able to minimize negative thoughts as a result of the emergence of feelings of body shaming. We recommend that knowledge about the importance of applying self-affirmation in overcoming feelings of body shaming can be disseminated to all school members as an effort to foster positive thinking and maintain mental health.

Schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by decreased mental function and changes in cognitive, affective and psychomotor which can create obstacles in carrying out social functions for individuals. One of the factors that can improve social functioning in people with schizophrenia is family support. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and the social functioning of schizophrenics in the community at the Campurdarat Health Center in Tulungagung. The research design used is correlation with a cross sectional approach. The sample size is 31 respondents obtained using purposive sampling. The measuring tool used for independent variables is a closed model family support questionnaire and the dependent variable uses interviews and observations of the social functioning of schizophrenics. The data obtained were analyzed and tested with Spearman Rho. The results showed that almost half (45.2%) of the respondents had family support in the good category and almost half of the respondents (48.4%) had social functions in the good category. The results of the Spearman rho test obtained a value of p = 0.001 and r of 0.94. This shows that there is a relationship between family support and social functioning of schziophrenics with a very strong level of relationship in a positive direction. This means that the better the family support, the better the social function. This is because by getting family support, people with schizophrenia feel not alone, needed, there is hope, useful and various other positive feelings. It was concluded that family support is effective for improving the social functioning of schizophrenics. It is recommended that health workers improve the provision of mental health services by forming support groups, forming community groups concerned with mental health, and forming self-help groups.
