Abstract

Sepanjang perjalanan Rasulullah menyampaikan misi Ilahiyah sebagai pemegang tugas suci-Nya, dakwah Nabi telah menjadi motor penyampai pesan-pesan Ilahiyah kepada umatnya. Diantara tema-tema dakwah Rasulullah tidak terkecuali memuat ekonomi didalamnya; Penelitian dilakukan guna mendeksripsikan dan menjelaskan pemberdayaan ekonomi yang termuat dalam dakwah Nabi; menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan; Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesan-pesan ekonomi dalam dakwah nabi dilakukan guna mewujudkan masyarakat yang berdaya, yaitu masyarakat yang secara lahiriah terbebas dari kebodohan (jahiliyyah), kesewenang-wenangan, penindasan ekonomi, juga sebagai upaya mendorong terciptanya kemandirian ekonomi, kesejahteraan masyarakat serta kebahagiaan di hari akhir kelak. Sehingga pemberdayaan ekonomi dalam konteks ajaran Islam tidak hanya bersifat kekinian (duniawi) namun masa depan (ukhrawi); Bentuk pemberdayaan ekonomi tersebut terekam dalam pesan-pesan dakwah nabi yaitu, 1. Akidah-Ekonomi meliputi Ekonomi Ilahiyah dan Ekonomi Rabbaniyah), 2. Hukum Ekonomi, yang memuat halal, haram, dan syubhat , dan 3. Akhlak-Ekonomi meliputi akhlak dalam bisnis, akhlak dalam aktivitas produksi, akhlak dalam konsumsi dan akhlak dalam pemasaran

Abstract

Schumpeter is one of the 20th century economists who laid brilliant ideas about entrepreneurship. He placed innovation as the soul of entrepreneurship. An individual is considered an entrepreneur when they have made innovation through new combinations that include several things, such as new products, new production methods, new markets, new sources of supply, and more effective organizational management. This study aims to conduct a critical review and commentary on Schumpeter's ideas. In practice, Schumpeter's ideas about innovation have limitations. The author sees these limitations in several aspects: 1. The innovation Schumpeter referred to may only occur in established industries or those with strong economic capital, meaning that innovation only occurs among large-scale business players, but in practice, entrepreneurs do not necessarily have large-scale business operations from the beginning. 2. Schumpeter emphasizes the functions of innovation too much but overlooks the potential risks that business players may face when carrying out innovative functions. 3. Business players who manage their business, business products, production methods with traditional and outdated mindsets and methods may emerge, and these types of business players cannot be recognized based on Schumpeter's theory.

Abstract

Introduction: The large public interest in murabahah financing at Shariah Bank requires the bank to have a strategy for handling problematic financing. The research was conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia Cipto Cirebon Sub Branch Office to describe the strategy for handling problematic murabaha financing. Research Methods: The research method used was a qualitative method with a case study approach trough observation, structured interviews, and documentation techniques Results: The results obtained indicate that the causes of problematic murabahah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia Cipto Cirebon Sub Branch Office are not only due to internal factors of the bank but also external factors from the customers themselves, such as the customer's uncontrollable lifestyle, the customer's job loss, the customer's application for another financing, the customer's poor character, and the customer's employment in a less reputable company. The strategy for handling problematic murabahah financing at BSI KCP Cipto Cirebon is to use the prudential principle, which is by analyzing potential customers using the 5C principles, visiting customers' homes, sending warning letters, and the last sending collateral surrender letter. Meanwhile, efforts to prevent problematic business financing carried out by BSI KCP Cipto Cirebon are by forming a financing committee that aims to analyze and evaluate financing, discuss with all financing units, and avoid the causes of previous financing problems. Conclusion: The research findings are expected to serve as a basis for discussion to discover and formulate the best approach in handling problematic murabaha financing cases.

Abstract

The halal lifestyle is currently under scrutiny and experiencing massive growth not only in Indonesia but worldwide. It has evolved beyond being just a trend among contemporary societies to become a business and investment opportunity. The research is conducted through a qualitative approach, specifically a systematic literature review consisting of three stages: planning, conducting, and reporting. The research findings indicate that the halal lifestyle is not merely a modern way of living aligned with Islamic values but also has a futuristic dimension concerning the afterlife. It is expanding not only in Islamic countries or those with a Muslim majority but also in countries with Muslim minorities. The consumer base for the halal lifestyle is continuously growing, making it a promising investment and business opportunity. This growth is supported by seven key industries: halal food and beverage, Islamic fashion, Islamic media and recreation, Muslim-friendly tourism, halal pharmaceuticals, halal cosmetics, and the Islamic financial sector. However, the development of the halal lifestyle faces challenges, including: 1) Limited Islamic economic experts advising companies, 2) Not all products have halal labels, 3) Limited prevalence of halal certification, 4) Increasing Islamophobia in Europe and America, 5) Limited availability of halal raw materials, and 6) Narrow interpretation of halal, mainly focusing on food and beverages.

Abstract

Digitalisasi menyentuh banyak aspek tidak terkecuali pendidikan, di lain pihak guru-guru IPS di Madrasah Tsanawiyah di lingkungan yayasan pendidikan Islam ataupun dibawah pondok pesantren kurang memiliki dukungan dan akses pembelajaran digital dibanding guru-guru SMP. Sementara kebutuhan atas pembelajaran digital mendesak untuk diimplementasikan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan participatory action research dimana penelitian dipadu padankan dengan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh tim. Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian adalah melakukan identifikasi terkait potensi dan kebutuhan guru-guru IPS di MTs dan melakukan pendampingan dan pelatihan pada guru-guru IPS. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu penelaahan kembali dokumen penelitian yang pernah dilakukan oleh tim sebagai bahan awal pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya diskusi tim untuk melakukan pemetaan MTs yang akan dikunjungi di wilayah Kabupaten dan Kota Cirebon, tahapan berikutnya pelaksanaan kunjungan, hiring dan wawancara untuk mengetahui respon serta masalah yang muncul terkait dengan pelaksanaan   digitalisasi   pembelajaran   sekaligus   melakukan   perencanaan   pemecahaan masalah dalam bentuk melaksanakan pelatihan dan workshop digitalisasi pembelajaran dan pendampingan pembuatan bahan ajar digital berbasis power point dan video yang diunggah kedalam youtube serta pendampingan penerapan digitalisasi pembelajaran. Dari hasil pengabdian didapatkan perubahan signifikan dimana derajat kemampuan guru-guru dalam memanfaatkan, mengaplikasikan, serta memproduksi video dan power point dengan menggunakan canva serta mengunggahnya ke dalam akun youtube ada pada derajat keberhasilan sebesar 90% atau ada pada kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

The development of the digital technology has changed many things, including crime, which is based on social media. Criminals easily use digital access to commit violence against children, including child grooming. The study was conducted to find preventive measures to prevent the occurrence of child grooming crimes by collecting reference materials for analysis using a library research approach. Based on the results of the analysis, parents can take preventive actions at home and teachers at school by instilling assertive behavior in children, so that children can openly convey what they want, feel, experience, or think. Also parents and teachers will find it easier to provide education about body parts that should not be touched on children.

Abstract

UMKM kerupuk melarat dan perangkai bunga melati di Desa Gesik, Kabupaten Cirebon, merupakan bagian penting dari perekonomian lokal namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam aspek pemasaran, terutama terkait pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui tingkat pemahaman dan penerapan teknologi digital oleh pelaku UMKM, (2) menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi penjualan, (3) mengevaluasi peran pemerintah daerah dan stakeholder dalam pengembangan pemasaran digital, dan (4) merumuskan strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif bagi UMKM di Desa Gesik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap pemasaran digital masih rendah, meskipun terdapat kesadaran awal akan pentingnya media sosial dan marketplace, (2) faktor internal seperti keterbatasan modal dan kapasitas SDM serta faktor eksternal seperti persaingan digital sangat memengaruhi penjualan produk (3) dukungan pemerintah dan stakeholder sudah ada, namun, masih belum optimal meskipun sangat dibutuhkan untuk membangun infrastruktur dan pelatihan, dan (4) strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif dapat diterapkan melalui pemanfaatan media sosial, marketplace, branding, serta kolaborasi dengan sektor pariwisata lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the opportunities and challenges of crackers entrepreneurs in increasing business productivity at UD Mekarsari, Benda Village, Karangampel District, Indramayu Regency. This cracker business has been established for more than 15 years and involves local communities in its production process. The research method used is qualitative with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s model through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that business opportunities lie in high market demand, availability of raw materials, local labor, and product variations. Meanwhile, the challenges include limited capital, weather conditions, rising raw material prices, competition, and limited digital marketing. In conclusion, UD Mekarsari still has great opportunities to grow by maintaining product quality, innovating, and utilizing digital technology in marketing.
