Abstract

Pada penelitian kali ini penulis akan membuat sistem yang berkaitan dengan pemilihan guru terbaik di SMA Negeri 108 Jakarta, penulis berkeinginan untuk meganalisa dan memberikan solusi atas masalah yang ada di sekolah SMA Negeri 108 Jakarta seperti Rekap yang dilakukan sering terjadinya kesalahan dalam peroses perhitungan,dll dengan cara menggunakan metode AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang ada pada SMA Negeri 108 Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode wawancara kepada kepala sekolah selaku penilai pemilihan guru terbaik sebelum nya. Metode yang dipakai pada kesempatan kali ini adalah menggunakan AHP(Analiytical Hierarchy Process) dan PHP yang berbasis web dikarenakan saat ini aplikasi yang berbasis web sangat efisien ketika menggunakan nya. Hasil penelitian kali ini akan memutuskan siapa guru terbaik yang ada di SMA Negeri 108 Jakarta yang data nya bersumber langsung dari dokumen asli pada sekolahan tersebut. Abstract

Dalam penulisan jurnal ini, peneliti melakukan analisa tentang sebuah proses penjualan dan penitipan pada Petshop Jaya Giri yang merupakan instansi yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan binatang. Untuk metode-metode yang di gunaka, seperti:Observasi, Wawancara, studi pustaka,dan dokumentasi kepada pelaku proses bisnis dengan model waterfall. Dengan metode berorientasi obyek dengan alat bantu UML (Unified Modeling Language), dan metode normalisasi, relasi table dan ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) untuk perancangan basis data. Petshop Jaya Giri berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta informasi sehingga dapat memuaskan pelanggan.Proses yang berjalan pada saat ini mempunyai beberapa masalah seperti sulit mengetahui binatang atau barang yang di retur, dokumen dan penyimpanan data yang sulit dicari karena kurang tersusun ,stok terbaru tidak di update, kesulitan dalam pencarian dan penambahan catatan di rangkap kwitansi penitipan kucing,Pembuatan laporan yang lebih menghabiskan banyak waktu.Dari hasil analisa, penulis ingin memberikan solusi pemecahan masalah dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dengan menggunakan sistem yang dibuat dengan program Visual Studio 2008 dan MySQL sebagai database. Melalui analisa dan penelitian ini bisa membantu permasalahan yang ada pada Petshop Jaya Giri dan meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih baik.

Abstract

FTI-UBL developed as a faculty-based learning by studying both the market and ICT in the world. The problem that arises is it necessary FTI-UBL become a learning organization and building a learning organization criteria in its application, so that standards can be built, if the learning organization is formed in the FTI-UBL. As individual faculty and staff, then they should be encourage to do what is in demand now is learning and learning will occur through practice, such as inclusion as a member of the ICT community or discussion with experts abroad through the internet. Result of discussion and learning should be shared with other lecturers. So it came to pass in the FTI-UBL a mechanism called knowledge sharing. All of that must also be documented, so that in case of regeneration of the lecturer or FTI-UBL structural changes can be tracked what happens in the FTI-UBL, so that the knowledge of every lecturer or experts on the FTI may be knowledge of the FTI-UBL as an institution. Knowledge simultaneously a high sophistication (both tacit and explicit) and spread on the hands and minds of many people who are not easily produced or captured from within the institution. Abstract

In the political world, decisions made by the media can be a measuring instrument of the image of a character. In a news created by a news site, it can be categorized as positive and negative news. Currently there are only a few applications that can see and record the news of a character on a news site. Percentage count can be representative of news sites, it can show positive and negative results from rticle on those sites. To classify a news site, need sentiment analysis of each article on the news site. The sentiment analysis results of each article will affect the percentage count. In general, the analysis is done using preprocessing text which is compared with the word sentiment. However, the preprocessing process and the sentiment word are not appropriate if used to analyze the sentiments of an article with using bahasa. Named Entitity Recognition (NER) is part of the word extracted from a collection of texts. NER can be used to extract positive and negative words. In this study, each article from a news site will be analyzed using Named Entity Recognation (NER). The results of sentiment analysis are validated by users. In this study, from 10 test data (articles), the accuracy of sentiment analysis with NER was 90%. While the sentiment analysis using sentiment word and Preprocessing is only 80%.

Abstract

In the process of making ceramic tiles, there is a combustion process using a kiln manufacture or oven. To ensure the combustion process goes well, 39 parameters are monitored on the kiln engine which must be monitored manually based on the data generated by the image on the kiln engine. The process of monitoring these parameters is ineffective due to human error or negligence and other human traits that result in losses for the company. Therefore, a system is needed to store the parameter data of the ceramic tile combustion engine which can be stored in a database. After analyzing the kiln, the sensor recorder that displays parameter data can be accessed via a LAN (Local Area Network), but the data generated is in the form of an image, not in the form of alphanumeric digital data. The image data obtained need to be translated into alphanumeric data as a data source. Through the introduction of optical character recognition (OCR) with the template matching method, the image is converted into alphanumeric data so that it can be stored in a database. From the results of this study, the prototype system made obtained an accuracy of 100.00% for the conversion of image data to alphanumeric data.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the government issued various policies to tackle the spread of COVID-19. One way to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus is to vaccinate simultaneously and evenly and provide education about the importance of vaccination. Budi Luhur University takes an active role in carrying out vaccinations to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus, namely by holding a vaccination center. On one occasion, together with the Association of Indonesian Sharia Banks (ASBISINDO) Jabodetabek and the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Budi Luhur University was supported by the Pesanggrahan Hospital which acted as medical personnel to consult participants before administering the vaccine and the vaccinator provided 1000 doses, preferably for employees and their families. ASBISINDO and the general public. To prevent crowds, registration is done online through a system that has been prepared. Only participants who have registered online are entitled to get the vaccine. The implementing team did not forget to provide education about the importance of vaccines and remind participants that vaccines are not immune to viruses, but vaccines are a form of our efforts to fortify ourselves against virus attacks. The implementation of the vaccination went in an orderly and smooth manner, of the 1000 doses provided, almost all were used. Remaining unused doses because participants who have registered are unable to attend or have registered elsewhere.Keyword : pandemic, vaccination, virus, covid-19, collaboration

Abstract

A document is a written or printed letter used as evidence. Along with the development of technology, currently documents are not only published in physical or printed form, but also in digital form. Digital documents have the same function as physical documents, but have a weakness that is very vulnerable to the possibility of modification, being transferred by anyone and challenging to prove the document authenticity. One way to prevent this is to make a special mark to ensure that the document is genuine. This particular signature is a digital signature. This study uses the hash function SHA-512 to find the hash value, while the public key encryption uses the RSA algorithm. The test results show that a digital signature system using the RSA and SHA-512 algorithms can secure essential documents from changes by irresponsible people. The process of giving digital signatures does not take long, which is less than one second.

Abstract

Gaya belajar dapat diartikan sebagai cara seorang siswa dalam menangkap berbagai informasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Model gaya belajar yang paling popular adalah model Visual, Auditori dan Kinestetik (VAK). Walaupun setiap siswa pada dasarnya dapat menerima materi dalam berbagai bentuk, namun pembelajaran akan lebih efektif jika materi disajikan sesuai gaya belajar siswa. Untuk mengetahui gaya belajar, dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan serangkaian asesmen menggunakan instrumen yang terdiri dari sejumlah pertanyaan. Asesmen tersebut memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama untuk memperoleh kesimpulan gaya belajar yang dominan. Pada penelitian ini, diusulkan metode identifikasi gaya belajar berdasarkan pola garis tangan (palmistry). Citra telapak tangan yang diperoleh dari 40 responden dianalisis memanfaatkan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) untuk mendapatkan klasifikasi gaya belajar. Hasil pengujian terhadap model CNN diperoleh akurasi sebesar 70%, presisi 72%, dan recall 70%. Dengan demikian, identifikasi gaya belajar berbasis citra telapak tangan memiliki potensi yang besar dalam pengembangan sistem identifikasi gaya belajar yang lebih cepat dan akurat.

Abstract

This research explores the effectiveness of AI-powered assistive technologies in enhancing accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The study combines qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the usability, efficiency, and user satisfaction of AI-integrated solutions compared to traditional assistive technologies. Findings indicate significant improvements in these areas, with AI-powered technologies reducing task completion times and increasing user satisfaction and communication efficiency. Case studies highlight diverse applications, such as AI-driven speech recognition and emotion recognition systems, demonstrating substantial benefits. Despite the promising results, the study acknowledges limitations such as small sample size and short-term focus, suggesting future research to explore long-term impacts, cost-effectiveness, and broader accessibility. This research contributes to the field of accessibility by providing empirical evidence of AI transformative potential, emphasizing the importance of personalized and adaptive support. Future developments should ensure sustainable and equitable implementation to maximize the benefits of AI-powered assistive technologies.

Abstract

Insurance is a financial protection contract between a customer and an insurance company which is stated in the form of an insurance policy. Prediction of insurance claim reserve funds is necessary because the claim amount varies and the claim time can be the same. If at any time there is a claim that is so large that it exceeds the available claim reserve fund plus the claim occurs at the same time, it can cause the company to fail to pay the claim. This will certainly make the company's conduct decline, customer trust will be lost, and can cause the company to go bankrupt. The problem can be solved if the insurance company has sufficient claim fund reserves. Claim fund reserves are an important issue in insurance companies. This study aims to predict the claim fund reserves in insurance companies to anticipate varying claim amounts. Historical analysis of the value of claims with the ARIMA model approach is used to predict future claim values. We use claim value data that has been scaled in millions. 2020 to 2022 as training data and 2023 as test data. The Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) metric obtained is IDR 25,780.71; Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) of IDR 14,421.89, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of IDR 5,967.27; while the total actual claim value in 2023 is IDR 161,700.51 and the total predicted claim value is IDR 166,227.36; which means that an accuracy of 97% is obtained. The result of claim prediction value in one periodic year can give a favor to the management to make a decision, how much the claim funds should be prepared.
