Abstract

This study examines the influence of compensation factors, training programs, and work environment conditions on employee productivity levels at the Department of Industry and Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province. The research method employs an explanatory quantitative approach with proportionate stratified sampling technique involving 135 respondents. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of structured questionnaires, which were then analyzed using multiple regression statistical techniques. The analysis results reveal that: (1) the compensation system has a significant effect on improving work productivity (β=0.774; p<0.001); (2) training implementation contributes significantly to enhancing employee performance (β=0.566; p<0.001); (3) work environment quality also affects productivity achievement (β=0.367; p<0.001). Multivariate analysis shows that collectively, these three independent variables can explain 80% of work productivity variation (R²=0.800). The research implications emphasize the importance of developing competitive compensation packages, designing needs-based training programs, and creating ergonomic work environments. These findings align with various previous studies on human resource management in the public sector. Abstract

This study aims to identify marketing strategies to increase Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) through advertising on TVRI North Sumatra. This study adopts a qualitative descriptive method involving five respondents as study subjects. The collected data were analyzed using the SWOT approach to identify strategic factors that examine environmental elements both from within and outside the organization identified in the realm of capabilities, deficiencies, opportunities, and challenges faced by TVRI North Sumatra. The research data shows that in the internal context, the strengths of TVRI North Sumatra are slightly greater than its weaknesses, with an IFAS score of 6.076923077 and a positive difference of 0.076923077. Meanwhile, from the external side, threats are more dominant than opportunities, with an EFAS score of 5.946153846 and a negative difference of -0.25. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, TVRI North Sumatra's position is in Quadrant II, which indicates that despite facing various obstacles, this institution still has internal strength. Internal strengths should be used optimally to explore long-term opportunities with a product diversification strategy.

Abstract

This research was carried out in the village tourism Kota Pari Serdang Bedagai where this study was conducted to determine how the influence of the service marketing mix consists of Green Products (X1), Green Price (X2), Green Promotion (X3), Green Place (X4) and green satisfaction (Z) as mediated variable and green loyalty (Y). The population in this study was consumers with 240 samples taken. The research was conducted from October to December 2023. This study used quantitative data which was processed using SEM-PLS analysis model with Smart PLS 3.0. application. Data sources used primary data taken directly from respondents and secondary one was obtained from interviews with travelers visiting Kota Pari village. The results of the research show that green products, green prices, green promotions, and green places, have a positive and significant effect on green loyalty to visiting Kota Pari village. Meanwhile, green satisfaction in this research can mediate the influence of green products, green prices, green promotions, green places, and travelers visiting Kota Pari Village.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Work Discipline, Performance Allowances and Education Levels on Employee Work Productivity at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Langkat Regency. Where there are Bound Variables, namely Work Productivity and there are three independent variables, namely Work Discipline, Performance Allowance and Education Level. This study uses primary data by searching for data through the Office of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Lalat Regency. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the variables of work discipline, work allowance and education level had a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Langkat Regency.

Abstract

The research analysis aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and competence on the performance of employees of the Sinembah Tanjung Muda Hulu Sub-district Office. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 37 respondents. Primary data collection uses questionnaires. The results of the study showed that thetest results for the organizational culture variable showed a t-value of 2.964 > a t-table of 2.03 with a significant value of 0.005 < 0.05, then the H1 hypothesis was accepted and H0 was rejected, meaning that organizational culture had a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of employees of the Sinembah Tanjung Muda Hulu Sub-district Office. The test results for the competency variable showed at-value of 5.161 > a t-table of 2.03 with a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05, then the H2 hypothesis was accepted and H0 was rejected, meaning that competence had a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of employees of the Sinembah Tanjung Muda Hulu Sub-district Office. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test or F test prove that the value of F is calculated as 71.841 which is greater than 3.28 and the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 so that it can be concluded that H3 is accepted and H0 is rejected so that it can be concluded that organizational culture and compensation have a significant effect simultaneously on the performance of employees of the Sinembah Tanjung Muda Hulu Sub-district Office.
