Abstract

The Vertical Axis Wind Turbines are very suitable for use in areas with very low wind speeds. This research makes a prototype of the Savonius wind turbine to produce electrical energy as an energy source to 2 x 3.7 Volt dry battery. The Savonius turbine has four blades made of PVC. The controller circuit consists of a Boost Converter circuit and an astable multivibrator. At a speed of 2.7 m/s, the wind turbine starts to rotate and produces a no-load voltage of 0.3 V. At a speed of 3.7 m/s a voltage of 2 V is generated and can charge the battery. By using an LED (Light Emitting Diode) in the controller circuit, the charged battery can be a source of voltage in the controller circuit and the LED indicator light can be lit.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to explore the strategies and challenges in implementing sharia entrepreneurship education in nature-based senior high schools (SMA Alam) across Lampung Province, aiming to develop students who are both entrepreneurially skilled and grounded in Islamic economic values. Methodology: This study employed a qualitative approach, beginning with a literature review and needs analysis involving students, educators, and stakeholders. Data were collected through field observations and industry collaboration. The program's development followed a continuous cycle of monitoring and evaluation to refine implementation strategies based on feedback and outcomes. Results: The research found that the implementation of a holistic sharia entrepreneurship education strategy—covering curriculum development, industry involvement, active learning, extracurricular activities, and ongoing evaluation—effectively promotes entrepreneurial competence and Islamic character among students. Despite facing challenges such as limited understanding, resource constraints, and resistance to change, these can be addressed through targeted training, improved infrastructure, and stakeholder collaboration.

Abstract

The This research aims to analyze the role of the Subject Teachers' Conference (MGMP) in supporting the professional and career development of teachers, especially in Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan. Using an interpretive qualitative approach with a case study design, data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies, then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The research results show that MGMP functions as a collaborative space that strengthens pedagogical reflection, professional solidarity, and growth in teacher competence, but its effectiveness is still limited by geographic, institutional constraints, and the lack of expert facilitators. These findings indicate that the implementation of the MGMP has reflected some of the principles of the Professional Learning Community (PLC) and Continuous Professional Development (CPD), although it has not been structured systematically. This research advocates a MGMP strengthening model based on three main dimensions—reflective collaboration, participative leadership, and systemic support—as a conceptual framework for professional teacher development in rural areas. With the support of multi-level policies and digital innovation, MGMP has the potential to transform into an adaptive, inclusive and sustainable professional learning ecosystem to improve the equality and quality of national education
