Abstract

The growing emphasis on creativity in education has led to the exploration of various teaching methodologies that can enhance students’ creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience-based learning, which focuses on learning through real-world experiences, has been recognized as an effective model for fostering creativity. This approach emphasizes active engagement, reflection, and application of knowledge, allowing students to connect theory with practice. However, the impact of experience-based learning on student creativity remains underexplored. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the experience-based learning model in increasing student creativity, particularly in higher education contexts. A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. The study included 200 students from various disciplines who participated in experience-based learning activities. Data was collected through pre- and post-creativity assessments, student surveys, and interviews with educators. The results indicate that students who participated in experience-based learning activities showed a significant increase in creativity, particularly in areas such as problem-solving, idea generation, and innovative thinking. Students reported that hands-on experiences allowed them to approach challenges more creatively and with a deeper understanding of the subject matter. This study concludes that the experience-based learning model can significantly enhance student creativity, providing a more effective approach to fostering critical and creative thinking in education.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of language in the digital age has led to significant lexical changes in contemporary Indonesian, particularly in online mass media. The rise of digital platforms, social media, and internet-based communication has contributed to the rapid development of new vocabulary, slang, and expressions. This study aims to analyze these lexical changes over time, focusing on their manifestation in Indonesian online mass media. By using computer-based corpus analysis, the research investigates how language evolves within this digital context, identifying the frequency, usage, and context of newly coined terms and shifting meanings. The research employs a diachronic approach, analyzing a corpus of Indonesian online news articles and social media posts from the last two decades. The study focuses on lexical items that have emerged or significantly changed in meaning during this period. Through computational tools such as natural language processing (NLP), the study tracks these lexical shifts and examines their social and cultural implications. The findings show a marked increase in the adoption of digital and globalized terms, as well as the reshaping of traditional Indonesian vocabulary to reflect contemporary issues and technological advances. The study concludes that online mass media plays a critical role in shaping contemporary language and accelerating lexical change in Indonesian.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the importance of character education in this digital era for the future. This research is qualitative, descriptive and internet searching research. Basically, education is an effort to improve human resource capabilities so that they have character and can live better independently. Character education is a process of applying moral and religious values ??to students through knowledge, applying these values ??both to oneself, to fellow friends, to educators, and to God Almighty. The demand for education to produce quality students continues to be raised so that the whole community is aware that education is important in this digital era. Basically, all the problems that occur at the educational level include religious, national, mutual cooperation, integrity and independence for students. Looking at current developments, many children in society use technology as entertainment, lack morals and have bad social behavior. Therefore it is necessary to develop a sense of responsibility. So as to form a competent generation. The digital era not only has positive impacts but also negative impacts, and the task of educators, parents and adults is to guide and monitor children's behavior in using digital media, so that children can make maximum use of digital media and obtain the maximum benefits. Good for himself and his life.

Abstract

The background of this research focuses on the challenges of remote communication security in the ever-evolving digital era. Satellite-based Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) was chosen as a solution to address security concerns by utilizing the principles of quantum mechanics. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of satellite-based QKD in dealing with atmospheric disturbances and to identify factors that affect the performance of the system under varying weather conditions. The method used is a field experiment by transmitting quantum photons through satellites under various weather conditions and measuring the success rate of signal transmission. The results show that the influence of weather, especially rain and thick clouds, can reduce the success of signal transmission by up to 50%. However, in sunny weather conditions, the success rate reaches 95%. The conclusion of this study is that although satellite-based QKD promises secure communication solutions, atmospheric challenges are still a major obstacle, requiring further development in protocols and technologies to overcome such interference. This research makes an important contribution to the development of satellite-based QKD for safer global communication.

Abstract

The rapid growth of blockchain technology has raised significant interest across various sectors, including intellectual property (IP) management. In the creative industries, where intellectual property rights (IPRs) are pivotal, blockchain offers a promising solution for ensuring the protection, tracking, and transfer of creative works. With the increasing prevalence of digital content, creativepreneurs face complex challenges related to the ownership and distribution of their creations. Blockchain’s decentralized, transparent, and immutable features make it a potential game-changer in addressing these challenges. This research aims to examine the implications of blockchain technology on intellectual property rights for creativepreneurs. It explores how blockchain can facilitate better protection, enforcement, and monetization of IP assets in the creative industries. A qualitative research approach is employed, utilizing case studies of creativepreneurs who have implemented blockchain solutions in their IP management practices. Interviews with industry experts and stakeholders are also conducted to gather insights into the practical application and effectiveness of blockchain for IP protection. The study reveals that blockchain can enhance IP protection by providing verifiable records of ownership and transactions, reducing the risk of counterfeiting and infringement. Creativepreneurs also report improved trust and efficiency in licensing agreements, ensuring fair compensation for their work.

The digital age has prompted organizations to develop a training approach that focuses not only on technical skills, but also soft skills such as communication, collaboration, and leadership. Virtual Reality (VR) is emerging as a promising training medium due to its ability to create immersive and realistic learning experiences. Purpose. This study aims to analyze the influence of Virtual Reality-based training on improving employees' soft skills in a digital work environment. Method. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the non-equivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 60 employees who were divided into two groups, namely experimental (VR) and control (conventional training). Data collection was carried out through pretest and posttest using standardized interpersonal skills instruments. Results. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant improvement in the experimental group compared to the control group. Interactive simulations through VR have succeeded in improving the aspects of communication, leadership, and teamwork more evenly and in-depth. Conclusion. VR-based training has proven to be effective as a medium for developing employees' soft skills. This technology is able to provide a learning environment that is relevant to the needs of today's world of work and contributes to the transformation of human resource training methods.
