Abstract

Quantum Learning is a learning model that brings students to activities. Technological advancement is known as the 21st century era. The demands of global progress have changed the paradigm of teacher-centered learning into new student-centered learning. The four basic competencies that must be possessed in the 21st century are Critical thinking, Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration. The method used in this research is qualitative with an interview and documentation approach, using oral questions and oral answers, plus documentation that serves as supporting data so that the results can be considered valid. The results showed that in phase A, phase B, and phase C, quantum learning had been applied which included giving awards and praise to students. In phase A, contextual learning was done through concrete media. While in phases B and C, teachers try to relate the subject matter to students’ real experiences. For competency-related learning, the school provides worship facilities for all religions, so that students gain an understanding of tolerance. This is certainly in line with some of the skills needed in the 21st century, such as critical thinking, collaboration, creativity and communication. In this way, it is hoped that there will be an improvement in learning innovation at the primary school level.

Abstract

Classroom governance is the process of planning, organizing, and managing the learning environment within the classroom with the aim of creating a conducive and comfortable atmosphere for students, thereby enabling the achievement of learning objectives. The arrangement of physical space, behavior management, and the optimal use of resources can enhance students’ concentration and learning outcomes.This article discusses the improvement of learning effectiveness through optimal classroom management while also providing an understanding of the importance of effective classroom governance in the learning process. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to understand the effectiveness and role of classroom governance in education. Data collection was conducted using a single primary technique, namely literature review or theoretical study. The findings reveal that classroom governance significantly influences the effectiveness of learning and student performance.

Abstract

Differentiated learning is an instructional approach aimed at tailoring the teaching and learning process to match the readiness, interests, and learning profiles of each student. This article seeks to analyze the role of differentiated learning in the intellectual development of students. Through a qualitative approach based on literature review, it was found that differentiated learning not only enhances student engagement and motivation but also significantly contributes to their cognitive abilities. Implementing differentiation strategies in content, process, product, and learning environment creates an adaptive and inclusive learning space. However, the approach also faces challenges such as time constraints, teacher readiness, and perceptions of unfairness among students. Therefore, support in the form of teacher training, effective classroom management, and flexible curricula is essential. In this way, differentiated learning becomes a strategic solution for creating meaningful and balanced learning experiences for all students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pemahaman konseptual peserta didik sekolah dasar terhadap sifat-sifat bangun datar, dengan menekankan peran strategi pembelajaran, teori perkembangan kognitif, serta penggunaan media konkret. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, didukung oleh data wawancara dan angket untuk memperoleh informasi kontekstual dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman terhadap bangun datar tidak hanya mencakup pengenalan bentuk, tetapi juga pemahaman terhadap sifat-sifat seperti sisi, sudut, luas, dan keliling. Teori Van Hiele yang menjelaskan lima tahap berpikir geometri terbukti membantu dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tahap berpikir siswa. Media konkret berperan penting dalam membantu visualisasi dan pembedaan sifat-sifat bangun. Selain itu, faktor internal seperti kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah juga memengaruhi keberhasilan belajar geometri. Pemahaman konseptual ini penting untuk mendukung kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi dan penalaran matematis. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis teori dan berpusat pada siswa dalam pendidikan geometri

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a recent educational reform initiative in Indonesia aimed at granting greater autonomy to schools and teachers in designing learning processes that align with students’ needs and contextual realities. This curriculum emphasizes student-centered learning, flexibility, and character development through the Profil Pelajar Pancasila (Pancasila Student Profile). This article analyzes the core concepts of the Merdeka Curriculum, its key components such as Contextual Learning, and the crucial role of teachers in its implementation. The study finds that the success of the Merdeka Curriculum heavily depends on teachers’ understanding, school infrastructure readiness, and collaboration among stakeholders. Despite facing challenges—particularly in resource-limited areas—the curriculum has strong potential to foster meaningful and relevant learning suited to 21st-century demands.
