Abstract

Illegal drug trafficking in Indonesia is growing rapidly, supported by the progress and development of information and technology. Drug abuse in Indonesia is increasingly worrying. This statement is reinforced by the results of a national survey on the prevalence of drug abuse in 2023 conducted by the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) in collaboration with the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) which showed that the prevalence of drug abuse reached 1.73 percent or equivalent to 3.3 million people from the total population aged 15-64 years. This figure also shows an increase in drug abuse at the age of 15-24 years, which is the zillennial generation (Gen Z). Gen Z or teenagers are the main target of drug dealers because Gen Z is considered a very vulnerable and impressionable group to use and abuse drugs. Drug abuse by Gen Z causes addiction, physical, mental and social health problems in the community, including disruptions in education, crime and death. Drug abuse among Gen Z teenagers certainly has an impact on Indonesia's national resilience, because it can endanger the life of the Indonesian people in the future. For this reason, the team feels need to conduct legal education about drugs in the form of legal counseling for students of SMA 1 Perhentian Raja with the aim that students realize the dangers and legal consequences of drug abuse and have a high commitment to say no to drugs as well as to realize to realize a gen Z that has legal awareness and anti-drug character.

Abstract

This study examines the litigation trajectory of the gold sales dispute between PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) and Budi Said across four judicial levels in Indonesia: the Surabaya District Court, the Surabaya High Court, the Supreme Court at the cassation stage, and two rounds of judicial review (Peninjauan Kembali). Employing a normative legal research design, the analysis draws on statutory provisions, court decisions, and scholarly literature to assess the application of tort elements in sale contracts. Findings reveal divergent interpretations of tort elements (unlawful act, loss, causation, and fault) at each judicial tier: the District Court and the Supreme Court (cassation and first judicial review) affirmed the presence of tort, obligating Antam to deliver 1.136 tons of gold or pay compensation; the High Court rejected the claim entirely; and the second judicial review reversed Antam’s obligation based on new criminal findings against Budi Said. These oscillating verdicts generate legal uncertainty, blur the line between breach of contract and tort, and underscore the need for harmonization between civil and criminal proceedings and the standardization of tort evidentiary rules. Recommended measures include issuing consistent Supreme Court jurisprudential guidelines, clarifying corporate authority in contractual engagements, and strengthening internal corporate oversight.

Abstract

Archives are a collection of letters or documents that contain meaning and are useful for both organizational and individual interests which are stored in such a way that they can be easily found again when needed. If the archives owned are not managed properly, it can result in difficulties in retrieving the necessary archives, which can hinder further work. The aim of the research is to find out how it is implemented and the obstacles faced in implementing Archives Management at PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru. The author's writing method is: The data type consists of primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used were interviews and observation. Descriptive data analysis, namely describing an object as it is at a certain time. Implementation of Archives Management at PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru uses an Alphabetical System, Number or Code System and Date System, as well as a series of activities for organizing, storing and maintaining archives. obstacles faced in the implementation of Archives Management at PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru is the lack of adequate facilities for managing archives, the absence of special staff to manage archives and the absence of a special room for storing archives. Based on the results of the writing that the author has done, it can be concluded that in the implementation of Archives Management at PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera Pekanbaru is not yet running optimally. This is evidenced by the lack of order in archival storage due to the lack of a special place for archival storage. The advice that the author can give is to add adequate facilities related to archiving activities so that archive management runs well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan meneliti Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bangkinang, Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan bantuan Softrware SPSS 22. Jumlah sampel yang di gunakan sebanyak 72 Responden PNS RSUD Bankinang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja PNS RSUD Bankinang dan Iklim Organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja PNS RSUD Bankinang. Sedangkan Secara Simultan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Iklim Organisasi memiliki pengaruh Terhadap Kinerja PNS RSUD Bankinang. Nilai R Square sebesar 0.329 atau sebesar 32,9% yang berarti variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Iklim Organisasi secara keseluruhan memberikan pengaruh Terhadap Kinerja PNS sementara sisanya 60,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh soft skill, hard skill dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 Alumni S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Ilmu Sosial UIN SUSKA Riau Angkatan 2020 dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh soft skill, hard skill dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 Alumni S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Ilmu Sosial UIN SUSKA Riau Angkatan 2020. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 632 orang, sementara sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 87 responden, hasil penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik rumus Slovin. Teknik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner, untuk pengolahan data menggunakan software statistik SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa soft skill berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Selain itu, hard skill juga berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja, diikuti oleh motivasi kerja yang turut berkontribusi pada kesiapan kerja. dan secara simultan soft skill, hard skill dan motivasi kerja secara serempak mempengaruhi terhadap kesiapan kerja. Hasil ini sejalan dengan penelitian oleh Deswarta et al. (2023) yang menyimpulkan bahwa soft skill, hard skill, dan motivasi kerja secara simultan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Ketiganya membentuk fondasi kompetensi kerja yang komprehensif dan saling melengkapi. Hasil ini konsisten dengan temuan dalam penelitian ini bahwa kombinasi ketiganya menjadi prediktor kuat kesiapan kerja di era Society 5.0.
