Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of the Cooperative Learning Model Type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) on the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Class V Students at UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. In this study using quantitative methods, the population of this study was class V students at UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan, totaling 30 students. The results of this research show that before being given treatment students had an average learning outcome of 47.33 and did not meet the KKTP and after being given treatment students had an average learning outcome of 83.66. With normality test results of 0.155, the conclusion is that the data is normally distributed. The correlation test result is 0.718, which means rcount (0.718) ≥ rtable (0.361), then Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a strong influence between the Cooperative Learning Model Type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) on the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Class V Students at UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan. It can be seen from the results of the t-test research where tcount ≥ ttable, namely 5.466 ≥ 2.042, so it can be stated that Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant positive influence from the use of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Cooperative Learning Model on the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Class V Students at UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. Keyword: Learning Outcomes; Cooperative Learning Model; STAD Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas V UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan yang berjumlah 30 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberikan perlakuan siswa memiliki rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 47,33 dan tidak memenuhi KKTP dan setelah diberikan perlakuan siswa memiliki rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 83,66. Dengan hasil uji normalitas 0,155 dengan kesimpulan bahwa data berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji korelasi sebesar 0,718 yang artinya rhitung (0,718) ≥ rtabel (0,361), maka Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas V UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan. Dapat dilihat dari hasil penelitian uji-t dimana thitung ≥ ttabel yaitu 5,466 ≥ 2,042, sehingga dapat dinyatakan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas V UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024. Abstract

This study seeks the effect of the discovery learning model based on Big Book media on student learning outcomes on theme 7 Technological developments in class III of Agia Sophia Private Elementary School in the academic year 2023/2024. This research used quantitative methods. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the sample used was 30 students in class III. The research results show that student learning outcomes using the Discovery Learning model based on Big Book media are in the excellent category with an average of 80.3 with a correlation test result of 0.846, which means rcount is 0.846 ≥ rtable is 0.367, so Ha is accepted. Therefore, there is a strong effect between the Discovery Learning model based on Big Book media and the student learning outcomes in theme 7 Technological developments in class III of Agia Sophia Private Elementary School in the academic year 2023/2024. It can be seen from the results of the T-test research where tcount 8.403 ≥ ttable 2.048 so Ha is accepted. This shows a significant positive effect from the Discovery Learning based on Big Book media on student learning outcomes in theme 7 Technological developments in class III of Agia Sophia Private Elementary School in the academic year 2023/2024.

Abstract

The present study discusses the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance in elementary schools. The research population of all teachers at public elementary school 047159 is 15. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, specifically saturated sampling for 15 teachers. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has 5 alternatives consisting of 110 items. The instrument validation test used the help of data processing results from SPSS version 25.0, while the instrument reliability used the Alpha Cronbach formula. Data analysis was conducted using simple regression analysis techniques. The research results indicate that the principal's leadership is high with a rate of 33% from the questionnaires filled out by the teachers, while performance is very high with a rate of 47%. Based on the research results, the principal's leadership influences the hypothesis test results, where the calculated value is 2.150 and the table value is 1.77. Thus, it influences the principal's leadership on the teachers' performance.

Abstract

Students who experience learning difficulties in natural science (science) lessons obtain unsatisfactory learning results and grades that do not fulfil the KKM. Quantitative research method is a research method based on positive philosophy which is used to examine research instruments and quantitative/statistical data analysis, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. In this research, researchers used experimental methods. The student's natural science (science) learning outcomes before being given treatment obtained an average score of 60.46. The normality test result is 0.150, so it can be concluded that the pre-test learning results are normally distributed. The student's natural science (science) learning outcomes after being given treatment obtained an average score of 82.46. The normality test result is 0.094, so it can be concluded that the post-test learning results are normally distributed. This can be proven with a correlation coefficient value of 0.960 which is a very strong interpenetration. The results of the T-test calculation to find out whether the hypothesis is accepted or rejected, the tcount 16,830 is greater than ttable 1,706, which means that there is an influence of Problem-Based Learning Based on Song Media on student learning outcomes. Thus, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

The present study discusses the effect of the realistic mathematics education learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade II students of State Elementary School 173472 Sijarango, Pakkat District, Humbang Hasundutan in the academic year 2023/2024. The independent variable is the realistic mathematics education learning model (X) and the dependent variable is the students' mathematics learning outcomes (Y). The research method used is an experimental method with a quantitative research type and the number of research samples was 27 students based on the purposive sample technique. The data for the realistic mathematics education learning model was obtained from a questionnaire distributed to students and the students' mathematics learning outcomes were obtained from the students' Pretest and Posttest scores in the academic year 2023/2024. The students' mathematics learning outcomes show that the average score of class II Pretest students is 58.51 while the average Posttest score is 88.33. Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis testing show that the t_count is 4.570 while the t_table is 2.052. It is proven that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Through the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the realistic mathematics education learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class II students.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of image media on student learning outcomes on the theme of the beauty of togetherness for class IV SD Negeri 101735 Sei Semayang for the 2022\2023 academic year. In this study, a quantitative method was used, the population of this study was class IV students at SD 101735 Sei Semayang, totaling 30 students. The results of this research show that before being given treatment students had an average learning outcome of 58 and did not meet the KKM and after being given treatment students had an average learning outcome of 88.6. With normality test results of 0.117, the conclusion is that the data is normally distributed. The correlation test result is 0.638, which means rcount (0.740)> rtable (0.361), so Ha is accepted. So there is a strong influence between the use of image media on student learning outcomes in class IV of SD Negeri 101735 Sei Semayang. It can be seen from the results of the t-test research where tcount>ttable is 5.816>2.042 so it can be stated that Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant positive influence from the use of image media on student learning outcomes on the theme of the Beauty of Togetherness for Class IV of SD Negeri 101735 Sei Semayang for the 2022\2023 academic year.
