Abstract

Perencanaan keuangan Islam adalah pendekatan pengelolaan keuangan yang berlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip syariah, yang tidak hanya bertujuan untuk mencapai kesejahteraan finansial, tetapi juga untuk memastikan keadilan sosial dan moralitas dalam transaksi keuangan. Meskipun literasi keuangan merupakan aspek penting dalam pendidikan dasar, perencanaan keuangan Islam masih jarang diajarkan di sekolah-sekolah, meskipun memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai pengelolaan keuangan yang bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi literatur yang ada mengenai integrasi perencanaan keuangan Islam dalam kurikulum pendidikan dasar. Melalui pendekatan literature review, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi prinsip-prinsip dasar dalam perencanaan keuangan Islam, relevansinya dalam pendidikan, serta tantangan dan peluang dalam mengintegrasikannya ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan dasar. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam penerapan materi perencanaan keuangan Islam di sekolah, integrasi materi ini berpotensi besar untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan siswa dan membentuk karakter siswa yang bertanggung jawab secara sosial. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pelatihan untuk guru dan pengembangan materi ajar yang sesuai untuk memastikan keberhasilan integrasi perencanaan keuangan Islam dalam pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

The implementation of teaching factories in Vocational High Schools (SMKN) in Indonesia is a strategic approach to prepare students for industry demands. However, in the context of Islamic-based education, the teaching factory aims not only to enhance technical skills but also to integrate Islamic values to shape student character. This study aims to explore the role of transformational leadership of school principals in the development of Islamic-based teaching factories in the mechanical engineering departments of SMKN. Using a literature review method, this study analyzes various academic sources related to transformational leadership, teaching factories, and the integration of Islamic values in vocational education. The results show that the transformational leadership of school principals based on Islamic values significantly contributes to building an ethical, collaborative school culture that promotes the Islamic character of students. The integration of Islamic values in the teaching factory creates a balance between technical skills and morality and establishes connections with ethically oriented industries. This study contributes new insights by emphasizing the importance of Islamic-based leadership in vocational education, which builds not only technical competencies but also character.

Abstract

Digital transformation has brought fundamental changes to public relations practices in Indonesia. The role of public relations is no longer merely as a conveyor of information, but has evolved into a reputation manager and guardian of public trust in the dynamic era of digital communication. This study aims to analyze the transformation of public relations strategies in facing the challenges and opportunities of digital communication, as well as how these innovations contribute to the formation of a credible and adaptive institutional image. This study uses a literature review method, examining various research results and scientific publications from 2019 to 2024 that are relevant to the themes of digital public relations strategies, public communication, and reputation management. The results of the study show that the transformation of public relations strategies includes changes in the aspects of role, technology, and ethical orientation. Public relations practitioners are required to master digital literacy, public data analysis, and the ability to manage issues and crises in the online space. In addition, the use of artificial intelligence (AI), chatbots, and social listened strengthens the effectiveness of communication, although it needs to be balanced with the principles of transparency and social responsibility. The conclusion of this study confirms that the success of public relations in the digital era depends on the ability to integrate technology, creativity, and human values to build a sustainable institutional reputation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation and Organizational Commitment on the effectiveness of Teaching Factory implementation in Vocational High Schools (SMK) across Bandar Lampung City. The research employed a quantitative method with a sample of 75 respondents. Data were collected using standardized instruments and analyzed using SPSS 25 through descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression tests. The findings indicate that the implementation of Total Quality Management is in the good category, with a mean score of 15.61 and a standard deviation of 1.793, and the data distribution shows a tendency toward normality. The results also reveal that Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Teaching Factory effectiveness, with a significance value of 0.01, where the normative commitment dimension shows the highest correlation at 0.924. Furthermore, the multiple regression analysis demonstrates that Total Quality Management and Organizational Commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of Teaching Factory implementation, as shown by an R value of 0.690 and an R Square value of 0.515, indicating that both variables collectively explain 51.5% of the variance in Teaching Factory effectiveness.
