Abstract

Industri startup di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Namun, tantangan besar yang dihadapi adalah tingginya tingkat turnover karyawan, sehingga retensi karyawan menjadi faktor krusial bagi keberlangsungan bisnis startup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja dan work-life balance terhadap retensi karyawan di perusahaan startup. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, yang melibatkan 100 karyawan startup di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25, dengan teknik regresi linier berganda, uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta uji signifikansi (uji t dan uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan, sedangkan work-life balance memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Secara simultan, budaya kerja dan work-life balance memberikan pengaruh sebesar 21,1% terhadap retensi karyawan, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor lain yang juga mempengaruhi retensi karyawan di perusahaan startup. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perusahaan startup lebih memperhatikan keseimbangan kerja dan kehidupan karyawan, dengan memberikan fleksibilitas serta dukungan terhadap kesejahteraan tenaga kerja guna meningkatkan loyalitas dan menekan angka turnover

Abstract

The digital era has opened up great opportunities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to expand their markets through digital platforms such as e-commerce and social media. However, this transformation also presents challenges in maintaining business integrity and ethics amidst fierce competition and increasing consumer awareness. This study aims to analyze the application of business ethics in MSME digital practices and its impact on increasing sales. With a literature approach and secondary data analysis from national reports, this study found that the application of ethical principles such as transparency, honesty, and social responsibility has a positive impact on consumer reputation and loyalty, which ultimately improves sales performance. The results of this study are expected to be a strategic reference for MSME actors in developing sustainable and ethical digital businesses.

Abstract

Strategic management plays a crucial role in the development of co-working spaces and virtual offices, especially in navigating an increasingly competitive market. This study aims to examine the implementation of strategic management in the context of Jofter Group as a provider of co-working and virtual office services. The research method used is a literature review, analyzing strategic management theories, success factors in service-based businesses, and relevant case studies. The findings indicate that the success of strategic management implementation in Jofter Group depends on strategy formulation, operational implementation, as well as evaluation and adaptation to market changes. The implications of this study can serve as recommendations for co-working and virtual office managers in optimizing their business strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy and learning styles on students' academic achievement in the era of technology-based learning. The study used a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique on 110 student respondents who had experience attending online lectures. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that both digital literacy and learning styles had a positive and significant influence on students' academic achievement, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that students' ability to access, understand, and use digital technology, as well as awareness of their personal learning styles, greatly determines academic success in the modern learning era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan UMKM di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang pernah melakukan transaksi menggunakan QRIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik penggunaan QRIS maupun kepercayaan konsumen secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan konsumen memiliki pengaruh lebih dominan dibanding penggunaan QRIS. Namun demikian, koefisien determinasi sebesar 41,6% menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat variabel lain di luar model ini yang juga memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi UMKM dalam mengoptimalkan sistem pembayaran digital serta membangun kepercayaan pelanggan sebagai strategi peningkatan loyalitas dan penjualan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and content marketing on consumer loyalty, both directly and indirectly through brand engagement on the TikTok Shop platform. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires from 211 TikTok Shop user respondents. Data processing was carried out using SmartPLS 3.0 software with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques. The results of the study indicate that brand image and content marketing have a significant effect on brand engagement. Meanwhile, brand engagement has a significant effect on consumer loyalty and mediates the relationship between brand image and content marketing on consumer loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of emotional engagement and active consumer interaction with brands through creative content and positive images in forming long-term loyalty. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of digital marketing as well as practical recommendations for business actors in utilizing TikTok Shop as a strategic marketing platform.
