Abstract

The transformation of learning systems is a crucial component in shaping excellent generations capable of competing at the global level, particularly amid the dynamics of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the demands of 21st-century education. This study aims to identify the driving factors behind changes in learning systems and analyze their impact on educational quality and students’ future readiness. Using a literature review method, this research explores the integration of educational technology, competency-based approaches, 21st-century skills curricula, and the evolving role of teachers. The findings indicate that technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and interactive learning applications enhance accessibility, active student participation, and the effectiveness of self-directed learning. Curricula emphasizing skills such as communication, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving are deemed essential to meet the challenges of an increasingly complex professional world. Moreover, competency-based assessments and the shift in the teacher’s role to facilitator contribute significantly to creating an inclusive and flexible learning environment. Thus, learning system transformation serves as a critical foundation for building adaptive and sustainable education

Abstract

This study investigates the use of reflective discussion strategies to improve students’ understanding of forgetting and learning transfer. Conducted as Classroom Action Research on second-semester students of the Islamic Education Management Program at Zainul Hasan University, the study followed the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data from observations, interviews, and documentation were analyzed through data condensation. Results show that reflective discussions enhanced students’ grasp of forgetting theories and learning transfer types, while increasing their metacognitive awareness. The strategy proved effective in deepening conceptual understanding within the context of higher education learning.

Abstract

Menanggapi berbagai tantangan yang terjadi di lembaga pendidikan memerlukan strategi untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Branding yang dilaksanakan paling tidak mempunyai daya mahnet untuk menarik siswa untuk sekolah ditempatnya. Pemasaran ini memerlukan strategi dalam melaksanakan dengan melihat kondisi sekitar dan kebutuhan serta branding yang bisa di jual. Apabila tidak mengikuti perkembangan kebutuhan masyarakat maka tidak akan ada respon positif dari masyarakat sekitar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan tehnik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian kualitatif lebih beriorientasi dengan hasil dilapangan sesuai realitas yang terjadi. Bahwa dengan memberikan stimulus terhadap masyarakat sekitar memiliki daya tarik tersendiri. Pemasaran berjalan dengan baik dengan respon masyarakat sekitar untuk memasukkan anaknya di SMPIT Ar-Rahmah Pacitan. Branding hafalan serta pelajaran jurumiyah memiliki daya tarik tersendiri.
