Abstract

Banjir merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang sering terjadi di Indonesia, termasuk di Kecamatan Pasar Kemis, Kabupaten Tangerang. Faktor utama penyebab banjir di wilayah ini adalah tingginya curah hujan, buruknya sistem drainase, serta meluapnya sungai yang melewati daerah tersebut, seperti Sungai Cirarab dan Saluran Pembuang Gelam. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, diperlukan suatu sistem pengelolaan banjir yang efektif, salah satunya melalui pembangunan kolam retensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan volume kolam retensi sebagai sistem pengelolaan banjir di Kecamatan Pasar Kemis serta menentukan efektivitasnya dalam mereduksi debit banjir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kombinasi kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis hidrologi dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Hydrognomon untuk memperoleh debit banjir rencana dengan metode HSS Snyder-Alexeyev. Selanjutnya, pemodelan hidrolika dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak HEC-RAS untuk menganalisis volume genangan serta efektivitas kolam retensi dalam mengurangi banjir. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa debit banjir rencana di Saluran Pembuang Gelam untuk periode ulang 2 hingga 100 tahun berkisar antara 5,56 m³/det hingga 17,40 m³/det. Alternatif terbaik untuk volume kolam retensi yang dirancang adalah Alternatif 6, yaitu kolam dengan kapasitas 30.000 m³ serta dilengkapi dengan tiga pompa. Alternatif ini mampu mengurangi luas genangan dari 1.795,7 m² menjadi 831,8 m². Hasil pemodelan dengan HEC-RAS menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan kolam retensi dapat mengurangi volume banjir hingga 53,68%.

Abstract

Climate change, driven by rising greenhouse gas emissions, significantly impacts our planet. The construction sector, a major contributor to these emissions, demands a shift towards sustainable building practices. Green infrastructure (GI) offers a promising solution by integrating environmental principles into design and construction. This research investigates the understanding, challenges, and readiness of civil engineering graduates in implementing GI. Utilizing a survey-based approach with master's students at Sangga Buana University, the study analyzed the perceptions of students from different backgrounds: Civil Engineering, Other Engineering, and Non-Engineering. Results indicate that Civil Engineering students demonstrate a higher level of awareness and understanding of GI, influenced by their curriculum's focus on sustainable infrastructure development. However, challenges such as cost constraints and limited managerial support persist. Despite these challenges, civil engineering graduates exhibit a greater readiness to embrace and implement GI concepts.

Abstract

Sektor konstruksi perumahan sering menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan biaya dan waktu, yang dapat berdampak signifikan pada keberhasilan proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja biaya dan waktu pada Proyek Perumahan X di Desa Padasuka, Kecamatan Maja, Kabupaten Lebak, Banten menggunakan metode Earned Value Analysis (EVA). EVA dipilih karena kemampuannya mengintegrasikan aspek biaya dan jadwal, memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang status proyek. Penelitian berfokus pada pembangunan perumahan subsidi tipe 30/60 dengan nilai RAB Rp85.936.759 per unit dan durasi pelaksanaan 12 minggu. Data yang dianalisis meliputi Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP), dan Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada rumah tipe A1 dan A2, nilai Schedule Performance Index (SPI) menunjukkan keterlambatan di awal proyek (minggu 1-3) dan minggu ke-11, namun Cost Performance Index (CPI) konsisten di atas 1, menandakan efisiensi biaya. Proyeksi penyelesaian proyek melalui Estimate at Completion (EAC) sebesar Rp80.210.974 untuk kedua tipe rumah, lebih rendah dari anggaran, dan Estimate at Schedule (EAS) menunjukkan proyek akan selesai sesuai jadwal. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa metode EVA efektif dalam memberikan evaluasi komprehensif terhadap kinerja proyek perumahan.

Abstract

The success of a construction project is not only measured by the achievement of technical aspects such as cost, quality, and time, but is also greatly influenced by stakeholder engagement. This is increasingly relevant for irrigation network rehabilitation projects that have a strategic role in supporting food security. This study aims to analyze the influence of stakeholder involvement consisting of project owners (owner/promoters), planning consultants (designer/defender), regulators and regional authorities (latent), as well as the end-user community or the Water User Farmers Association (P3A/apathetic) on the success of the irrigation network rehabilitation project of D.I. Buloila Kanan, Gorontalo. The research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting primary data through questionnaires to respondents who are directly involved in the project, both from elements of the government, consultants, contractors, and the community. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential tests to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of stakeholder involvement on the success of the project. The results show that the involvement of each stakeholder has a significant effect on the success of the project. The project owner plays a role in the provision of budgets, operating policies, and maintenance (O&M). The planning consultant determines the technical quality of the design according to local hydrological and socio-economic conditions. Regulators and regional authorities facilitate the administrative process and synchronization of spatial planning. Meanwhile, P3A contributes to the sustainability of irrigation functions through active participation in operations and maintenance. Simultaneously, the involvement of all stakeholders strengthens the success of the project, both in terms of physical output and long-term benefits. The conclusion of this study confirms that synergy between stakeholders is the main determinant of the success of irrigation network rehabilitation projects.

Abstract

Proyek rehabilitasi jaringan irigasi merupakan bagian penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan sistem irigasi guna mendukung sektor pertanian. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, proyek ini menghadapi berbagai risiko yang dapat mempengaruhi biaya, waktu, dan mutu pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran rehabilitasi dalam mitigasi risiko pada proyek rehabilitasi jaringan irigasi D.I. Cikaduwen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis risiko yang melibatkan identifikasi, penilaian, dan pemetaan risiko. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan kuesioner serta studi literatur yang relevan. Risiko dikategorikan berdasarkan aspek teknis, finansial, operasional, dan lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko teknis, seperti kesalahan perencanaan dan penggunaan material yang tidak sesuai, merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan proyek. Selain itu, faktor operasional, seperti keterlambatan pengadaan material dan tenaga kerja, juga memberikan dampak signifikan. Pemetaan risiko menggunakan matriks probabilitas dan dampak menunjukkan bahwa beberapa risiko memiliki tingkat keparahan tinggi yang memerlukan strategi mitigasi lebih efektif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa strategi mitigasi risiko yang terintegrasi sangat diperlukan dalam proyek rehabilitasi jaringan irigasi untuk mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap pelaksanaan proyek. Rekomendasi yang diberikan mencakup peningkatan manajemen proyek, perencanaan yang lebih matang, serta pemantauan risiko secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Construction projects in DIY have high complexity because they are located in disaster-prone areas such as earthquakes, floods, and landslides, so they require structured risk management. This research aims to analyze the influence of cost, quality, time, and accident risk identification on disaster risk management of construction projects. The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents consist of contractors, consultants, and project supervisors. Data were analyzed using statistical test multiple linear regression to examine the influence of each aspect on disaster risk management. The findings indicate that cost risk identification has a significant effect on risk management effectiveness, particularly in preventing budget overruns caused by external conditions such as material inflation and supply uncertainty. The quality aspect contributes substantially to improving construction resilience against disasters, in line with the application of quality standards based on SNI and ISO. The time aspect shows a clear influence on successful risk mitigation, as project delays increase vulnerability to disaster impacts. Meanwhile, accident risk identification is strongly related to the contractors’ readiness in implementing occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures to reduce potential human and material losses. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of integrating risk identification into the construction project management system in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. The findings provide practical implications for contractors, local governments, and other stakeholders in developing adaptive, measurable, and responsive risk management strategies in disaster-prone regions

Abstract

Rapid urbanization has led to an increased demand for land, often at the expense of the environment. In response, rain gardens have emerged as a popular and sustainable solution for managing stormwater. This study focuses on evaluating how rain gardens in Kota Baru Parahyangan (KBP), Bandung, contribute to improving community satisfaction and enhancing environmental quality.Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research gathered data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that rain gardens in KBP effectively manage stormwater runoff, reduce flood risks, and improve air quality. Beyond these benefits, they also enhance biodiversity, beautify the surroundings, and support efforts toward achieving carbon neutrality, the environmental impact assessment (AMDAL) data for the KBP area indicates a reduction of 1°C in the local temperature. The community has expressed high satisfaction with the presence of rain gardens, recognizing their significant environmental benefits and positive impact on quality of life. However, the study also highlights challenges, such as the need for more regular maintenance. Overall, the adoption of rain gardens in KBP is a significant step toward building a sustainable urban environment. Integrating rain gardens into urban planning is strongly recommended to improve the quality of life in cities. The study also suggests expanding this initiative to other areas and emphasizes the importance of involving the community in planning and managing rain gardens to ensure their long-term success.
