Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji strategi dan tantangan dalam mengekspor produk Bespoke Project ke Malaysia. Tujuannya adalah memahami bagaimana usaha kecil bisa melakukan ekspor secara langsung dengan cara digital, serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan ekspor dalam bisnis internasional. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Data didapat dari praktik langsung terhadap cara ekspor, serta analisis teori dari berbagai artikel, buku, dan jurnal yang relevan. Fokus utamanya adalah strategi ekspor langsung dan cara berinteraksi secara digital dengan pembeli di Malaysia. Penekanan utama terletak pada strategi ekspor langsung dan metode berinteraksi secara digital dengan pembeli di Malaysia. Strategi ekspor langsung terbukti berhasil bagi pelaku usaha mikro. Keberhasilan dipengaruhi oleh keterampilan komunikasi, pemahaman pasar, fleksibilitas produk, dan dukungan teknologi digital. Tantangan utama mencakup membangun kepercayaan, pengaturan logistik, dan batasan legalitas usaha. Interaksi individu menjadi faktor utama dalam membangun relasi perdagangan global. Strategi ekspor digital secara langsung memungkinkan pelaku usaha mikro bersaing di pasar global. Dianjurkan bagi pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi lintas budaya serta penguasaan teknologi. Studi tambahan dibutuhkan dengan lingkup produk, negara tujuan, dan aktor yang lebih luas agar hasilnya lebih representatif.

Abstract

Exporting snacks based on traditional recipes, such as "Resep Cau" (made from bananas), has significant potential to penetrate the Malaysian market, which shares similar tastes with Indonesia. This study aims to examine effective strategies and key challenges in exporting Resep Cau snacks to Malaysia within an international business context. The methods used were a desk study and qualitative analysis of relevant trade data, regulations, and export practices. The results indicate that prioritized strategies include product adaptation to local preferences, halal certification from a recognized Malaysian body, and optimization of distribution through digital platforms. Significant challenges include strict food import regulations, competition from local and Chinese products, and other non-tariff barriers

Abstract

Stunting remains a serious health problem in Indonesia, particularly in Sumedang Regency, which has a high prevalence rate of 27.6% according to the 2022 SSGI. One of the factors contributing to stunting is low appetite in children, which leads to inadequate nutrient intake. Through the Community Service Program (KKN) of Muhammadiyah University of Bandung, an innovation was developed to create healthy snacks in the form of gummies made from natural ingredients such as ginger, turmeric, citrus, honey, and gelatin. This program was packaged in the form of socialization and workshops with the women of the Bongkok Village PKK, with the aim of providing education and practical skills in processing spices into functional products. The results of the activity showed high enthusiasm from the participants, active involvement in the manufacturing process, and positive acceptance of the gummy as a healthy snack to increase children's appetite. This innovation is expected to support stunting prevention efforts while opening up opportunities for community economic empowerment.

Abstract

The issue of household waste management remains a significant challenge in society, including in Bongkok Village, Paseh Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency. Low awareness and limited utilization of waste often lead to environmental pollution and potential health problems. Through the Community Service Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) of Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung, Group 27 conducted educational and training activities for the community, especially housewives, on managing used cooking oil (minyak jelantah) and organic waste by applying the 3R concept (reduce, reuse, recycle). The innovation introduced includes processing household waste into aromatherapy candles made from used cooking oil, providing economic value while being environmentally friendly. Meanwhile, organic waste is processed into compost and liquid fertilizer using the stacked bucket method (ember tumpuk). This program aims to improve the community’s knowledge, skills, and awareness of responsible waste management while offering practical solutions to reduce environmental pollution. The results show an increase in community enthusiasm and understanding of the importance of proper household waste management. It is expected that, through this activity, the community will become more independent and actively contribute to creating a cleaner, healthier, and more productive environment.
