Abstract

Clinics as one of the providers of public health services require an appropriate and reliable information system, as well as adequate to improve the quality of health services to patients. Drug inventory is an important part of a clinic's health service system. Ibnu Sina Medika Clinic is one of the clinics in Kendal that still implements a manual stock recording system using paper and pen. This study aims to design a drug inventory system at the clinic to assist in managing drug stock, the Economic Order Quantity method is applied to complete the system. An information system is created that can produce output for calculating safety stock, reorder point, and EOQ, then a restock notification will appear if the drug stock has reached the reorder point limit.

Abstract

Kue apem kesesi mak menis is a traditional food of Pekalongan. This UMKM has been producing apem cakes for approximately 30 years. Based on the interview results, many apem Kesesi cake MSME actors eventually went bankrupt due to a decline in public interest in consuming apem kesesi cakes. They tend to be more interested in buying and consuming contemporary snacks because they are more practical, more varied, more attractive, and more hygienic. This study aims to determine the right business development strategy using the SWOT analysis method. The research data was obtained through interviews with the owner of the Apem Kesesi Mak Menis UMKM, 2 employees, and 30 consumer samples. The sample selection method uses a purposive sampling technique. The research results obtained the right business development strategy, namely the WO strategy by minimizing existing weaknesses in an effort to take advantage of existing opportunities. From this strategy, UMKM Apem Kesesi Mak Menis needs to develop products, carry out digital marketing, and establish cooperation to expand business relations.

Abstract

Program PKM ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan adanya kebutuhan teknis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dasar pengukuran bagi kelompok masyarakat industri di Kota Kendal, khususnya bagi kalangan pekerja KIK dan sekitarnya. Program ini didesain dalam bentuk pelatihan untuk membekali mitra agar terampil dalam menggunakan alat ukur teknik yang banyak digunakan industri. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan yaitu konsep dasar pengukuran, alat-alat ukur dan penggunaannya, dan teknik pengukuran panjang dan waktu dengan metode berulang. Signifikansi praktis dari program PKM ini antara lain untuk memupuk wawasan mitra terkait dengan konsep dasar dan teknik-teknik pengukuran, mengisi kesenjangan antara kompetensi mitra saat ini dengan kebutuhan teknis dunia kerja, dan sebagai wadah kontribusi perguruan tinggi dalam menjalankan Tri dharma kepada masyarakat. Program PKM ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra terkait dengan konsep dasar dan teknik-teknik pengukuran. Program ini diharapkan bermanfaat dan dapat membekali kesiapan skill mitra agar lebih matang dalam menghadapi dunia kerja.

Abstract

Selecting discounted products is a crucial operational decision in retail businesses because it directly impacts sales and inventory management. This study attempts to develop a decision-making model for selecting discounted products using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in XYZ Subah Retail Store. Criteria considered include time, product type, product tenure, competition, inventory, and promotions. Products include food and beverages, home care, and fashion. The results show that home care products have the highest priority. Of the various criteria, time of sale and product characteristics are the primary factors in decision-making, with sub-criteria related to major holidays and product functionality. This model is expected to assist retail management in creating objective and organized discount policies.

Abstract

Indonesia's need for electrical energy is also increasing along with increasing industrial activity. One of the power generating units that plays a vital role in Indonesia is the PLTU. PT. Bhimasena Power Indonesia is a PLTU company located in Batang, Central Java. The main fuel for electrical energy in PLTUs is coal. The transportation is carried out using trucks. However, due to limited parking space and a long unloader system, there are queues for truck transportation. Manufacturing Cycle Effectiveness calculations were carried out to determine the effectiveness value of the unloader system and then elimination of non-value added activities was carried out. It was found that the effectiveness percentage which was previously 51.6% became 55.3% after elimination, it could optimize the effectiveness value of the ash loading system at PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia.. Abstract

Every customer or consumer has different wants and needs, but the way they behave to fulfill these needs remains the same, namely they want to maximize their satisfaction by purchasing the goods or services they need. By looking at consumer purchasing patterns, sellers can find out customer purchasing behavior patterns. This pattern can help sellers in developing sales strategies. The aim of this research is to analyze the purchasing patterns of Indomaret Student Army consumers by applying the Association Rule - Market Basket Analysis (AR-MBA) method. This shopping cart analysis helps find out how the goods or services purchased by customers relate to each other. The results obtained from the Rapidminer software show that there are 6 combinations of purchasing patterns from department 1 mineral water, department 4 snacks, department 11 bread, and department 23 biscuits. Abstract

Abstract: Industrial waste has had a negative impact on the environment and human health. Industrial waste pollution can occur due to improperly managed waste disposal. Managing industrial waste can be one way to reduce the impact of environmental pollution. Checking industrial waste can be a solution for implementing oversight of waste management, but it will be difficult to implement if done in a large industrial area. Waste classification based on organic and non-organic waste categories. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and MobileNet can be applied to automatically detect organic and non-organic industrial waste systems. Researchers have conducted a comparative study between the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and MobileNet models, which is useful for obtaining the best model. The results of the analysis concluded that MobileNet has better accuracy, precision, and recall compared to the CNN model. The accuracy, precision, and recall generated by MobileNet are 99.5%, 99.4%, and 100%. Therefore, MobileNet is very suitable for implementation in an automatic industrial waste detection system in real-time applications.   Keyword: computer vision;  convolutional neural network (CNN); deep learning; industrial waste; mobilenet.  Abstrak: Limbah industri telah mengakibatkan dampak buruk bagi lingkungan dan kesehatan manusia. Pencemaran limbah industri dapat terjadi akibat pembuangan limbah yang tidak terkelola dengan baik. Pengelolaan limbah industri dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengurangi dampak pencemaran lingkungan. Pengecekan limbah industri dapat menjadi solusi untuk menerapkan pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan limbah, namun akan sulit diterapkan jika dilakukan pada area industri yang luas. Klasifikasi limbah berdasarkan kategori limbah organik dan limbah non organik. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dan MobileNet dapat diterapkan untuk sistem pendeteksi limbah industri organik dan non organik secara otomatis. Peneliti telah melakukan studi komparatif antara model Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dan MobileNet yang berguna untuk memperoleh model terbaik. Hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan menyimpulkan bahwasanya MobileNet mempunyai akurasi, precision dan recall yang lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan model CNN. Akurasi, precision dan recall yang dihasilkan oleh MobileNet sebesar 99,5% 99,4% dan 100%. Oleh karena itu, MobileNet sangat cocok untuk diterapkan pada sistem deteksi limbah industri secara otomatis pada aplikasi real-time.Kata kunci: computer vision; convolutional neural network (CNN); limbah industri; mobilenet; pembelajaran mendalam.

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi sangat penting untuk membekali seorang individu untuk menciptakan peluang dan pengembangan profesional. Untuk memastikan para mahasiswa baru bersemangat dan siap dalam melaksanakan perkuliahan, maka perlu adanya sebuah kegiatan untuk mengenalkan dunia kampus kepada mahasiswa. Universitas dapat mengelola banyak aspek pendidikan dengan bantuan strategis teknologi informasi, salah satunya adalah Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD). Kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu sosialisasi SIAKAD yang bertujuan untuk memberikan petunjuk teknis penggunaan SIAKAD dan memberikan wawasan bahwa alur informasi juga termasuk kedalam lingkup ilmu logistik rantai pasok. Kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai SIAKAD ini melibatkan mahasiswa baru angkatan 2025 program studi teknik industri yang berjumlah 35 orang dan didampingi 4 dosen program studi teknik industri. Berdasarkan hasil dan evaluasi, menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan sosialisasi, menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai SIAKAD yang signifikan yaitu dari 23% meningkat menjadi 91%. Hasil program mendukung klaim bahwa penerapan teknologi digital dan manajemen rantai pasokan dalam pendidikan dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi, khususnya dalam hal aliran informasi yang ditujukan untuk pengguna akhir.
