Abstract

Apem kesesi is a traditional wet cake food in Pekalongan district. Apem kesesi cake has the problem of not being long-lasting, the packaging and appearance of the product is less attractive, less hygienic, impractical and the taste is not suitable for the younger generation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop apem kesesi products according to needs to improve product quality. Apem kesesi product development uses the quality faction deployment (QFD) method and the green product concept. Based on survey results, consumers want apem kesesi products that are hygienic, practical, unique, have attractive packaging and are durable. The main ingredient for making apem cake is rice flour. Add tapioca flour to give the apem cake a chewy texture, palm sugar to produce a distinctive taste and aroma, then vanilla to strengthen the taste, and sodium benzoate as a preservative. The product packaging design consists of primary packaging and secondary packaging. Based on validation tests and different tests, the results showed that the product design developed met consumer needs and was better than existing products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence students towards Behavioral Intention or adoption of EV technology. Poor air quality caused by high transportation activities and exhaust emissions is an environmental problem faced by D.I Yogyakarta. The reason is the increase in educational potential which resulted in the number of students increasing by 0.97% from the previous year. Electric Vehicles (EVs) represent one of the solutions to this issue. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents at a confidence level of 95% using a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique. The model and theory approach used is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology2 (UTAUT2). The analysis results indicate that out of the 7 variables examined, several play a significant role in influencing students' behavioral intentions toward using electric vehicles, there are 4 significant variables, namely Performance Expectancy, Facilitating conditions, Hedonic motivation and Habits.

Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat literasi di Indonesia, terutama pada jenjang pendidikan dasar, dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah keterbatasan fasilitas serta kurangnya minat baca siswa. Kondisi ini juga terjadi di SD Negeri 2 Kaligelang, di mana berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara dengan beberapa guru kelas, ditemukan bahwa masih terdapat siswa kelas 5 dan kelas 6 yang belum mampu membaca dan menulis dengan lancar. Selain itu, minat baca siswa masih rendah, dan sekolah belum memiliki fasilitas serta ketersediaan buku bacaan yang menarik untuk menunjang kegiatan literasi. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca dan kemampuan literasi siswa melalui pojok baca dan bimbingan belajar. Sasaran program ini adalah siswa kelas 5 dan kelas 6, dengan pelaksanaan yang melibatkan kerja sama antara tim pengabdian dan guru kelas. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu observasi, sosialisasi, pembuatan pojok baca, pembelajaran, serta evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan kepada 20 siswa. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode Wilcoxon matched pairs test menunjukkan nilai z = 0 (p < 0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test siswa. Sebanyak 18 siswa mengalami peningkatan nilai post-test dengan rata-rata kenaikan 9,50 poin. Dengan demikian, program pojok baca dan bimbingan belajar terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan literasi siswa kelas 5 dan kelas 6 di SD Negeri 2 Kaligelang. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penyediaan fasilitas membaca dan pendampingan belajar dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan literasi siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Fisheries are a superior commodity and are still a favorite on the world market. Processed seafood that is quite interesting to discuss is smoked fish. The smoking activity itself provides several benefits, including: providing a preservation effect on fish meat, improving the taste of fish, and utilizing excess catches during the abundant fishing season. In the journey of Smoked Fish UMKM, of course there are various obstacles faced, including decreased turnover, lack of technological capabilities and marketing networks. Porter's Five Forces can be used to identify industry-specific competitive strategies for businesses. For Jrakahpayung smoked fish MSMEs to overcome the challenging competitive environment, competitive strategy planning is very helpful. Based on the analysis, Jrakahpayung smoked fish MSMEs are not too affected by the threats posed by business competitors because there are only a few comparable MSMEs. However, because the quality of the raw materials used must always be maintained so that consumers are loyal to Jrakahpayung smoked fish products, the threat to buyers and suppliers is quite high. On the other hand, consumer purchasing power automatically decreases if suppliers do not provide high quality raw materials. The total value of the threat of new entrants is 2.4 medium, the bargaining power of buyers is 3.5 high, the threat of substitutes is 1.9 low, the bargaining power of suppliers is 4.8 high, competition between existing competitors is 2.4 medium.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in supporting economic growth in various countries, including Indonesia. One form of MSME that is developing in Indonesia is welding workshops which are classified as light manufacturing industries. This type of work environment has the potential to cause fatigue, stress, and decreased concentration, which can ultimately increase the risk of work accidents. This study aims to measure the level of mental workload of mechanics using the NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index) method, which assesses six main aspects: mental demands, physical demands, time demands, personal performance, effort, and frustration levels. The results of the study showed that operators with the highest mental workload obtained a NASA-TLX score of 88.667, while the lowest was 68.667. This shows that the average workshop operator experiences a high mental workload. The main factors causing this high workload include high time pressure, where the operator must complete the work in a limited time with a limited workforce of only 6 people. To reduce mental burden, workshops can take corrective measures such as providing supporting facilities, simplifying work systems, limiting last-minute orders, implementing re-inspections, and providing incentives for employees who work overtime to increase job satisfaction.

Abstract

Kue apem kesesi mak menis is a traditional food of Pekalongan. This UMKM has been producing apem cakes for approximately 30 years. Based on the interview results, many apem Kesesi cake MSME actors eventually went bankrupt due to a decline in public interest in consuming apem kesesi cakes. They tend to be more interested in buying and consuming contemporary snacks because they are more practical, more varied, more attractive, and more hygienic. This study aims to determine the right business development strategy using the SWOT analysis method. The research data was obtained through interviews with the owner of the Apem Kesesi Mak Menis UMKM, 2 employees, and 30 consumer samples. The sample selection method uses a purposive sampling technique. The research results obtained the right business development strategy, namely the WO strategy by minimizing existing weaknesses in an effort to take advantage of existing opportunities. From this strategy, UMKM Apem Kesesi Mak Menis needs to develop products, carry out digital marketing, and establish cooperation to expand business relations.

Abstract

UMKM memang mempunyai potensi pasar yang sangat besar di dunia global, karena masih belum banyak diketahui pelanggan sehingga pendapatan terbuka di UMKM masih rendah. Mengacu penelitian bertajuk digital 2022: Indonesia, data reportal mengatakan sesungguhnya user layanan daring menjangkau 68,9% dari total masyarakat Indonesia 277,7 juta sampai Januari 2022. Penguatan pemasaran secara terkomputerisasi memberikan peluang terbuka bagi UMKM untuk memulai bisnis dengan memanfaatkan platform online di bursa aplikasi seperti gofood, grabfood, shopee, lazada, atau melalui hiburan virtual facebook, instagram, dan twitter. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatan kapasitas UMKM dalam memanfaatkan media sosial dan e-commerce untuk kegiatan pemasaran produk. Dalam hal ini UMKM gula aren bisa bertumbuh karena metode RACE mayoritas sudah memanfaatkan media digital. Teknik yang dipakai dalam melakukan aksi ini adalah dengan strategi peragaan, dengan memberikan contoh pada setiap persiapannya sehingga memudahkan pelaku usaha menyerap informasi yang diutarakan. Kerangka perencanaan digital RACE (Reach, Act, Convert, Engage) digunakan untuk menyoroti alternatif media sosial paling populer di setiap kategori kerangka. Berbekal pengetahuan tentang berbagai alternatif yang tersedia, pengusaha dapat merencanakan untuk membuat dan melaksanakan kampanye peluncuran merek produk gula aren dari UMKM Desa Kalipancur. Abstract

To achieve normal quality, organizations must be able to be aware of and check factors that can affect product quality. Quality control aims to reduce the number of defective or damaged goods, ensure the final results provided comply with company quality guidelines. PT Lohdjinawi Widjaya is a company that produces paper in Indonesia, one of its products is test liner paper. This can be seen from production data for the last 4 days of August with total production of 953,625 kg and total defects of 35,084 kg. From the results of research and data processing using the Six Sigma DMAIC method, it can be concluded that the biggest defect in test liner paper products at PT. Lohdjinawi Widjaya total broken edge defects 18,400 kg or 52%, damaged cross-section 12,406 kg or %. The research results showed that the lowest Six Sigma level results were 3,55 on the fourth day and the highest on the first day was 4,08. Four factors influence product quality including materials, people, methods, and machine.
