Abstract

This study aims to discuss the impact of digitalization of social media on four Arabic skills. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive methods. The results and discussion of this study show that digitization can be accepted and entered into various groups in Indonesia through its use in several applications. The impact of digitalization has also made Indonesians interested in social media. From this, social media can also be used to improve foreign language skills, including Arabic by using the features available in several of these applications, including Instagram. There are various features such as follow, direct message, photo upload, video upload, and others that can be used to hone the four Arabic language skills, namely Maharah al-Istima', al-Kalam, al-Qira'ah, and al-Kitabah. But for al-Kitabah (writing) in the application it can only be done by typing via the keyboard, while writing by hand is done offline. There are also accounts of other users who can provide education about Arabic. Therefore, this study recommends communities of Arabic language lovers or learners to develop shared language skills remotely both in Indonesia and abroad.

Abstract

This study explores the philosophical foundations of Islamic education as articulated in Muhammad Iqbal’s seminal work Asrar-i Khudi, focusing on ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions. The research aims to reconstruct Iqbal’s ideal concept of Islamic education and examine how his philosophical poetry provides a normative framework for spiritual and intellectual development. Adopting a qualitative, text-based hermeneutic approach, this study analyzes seven poems in Asrar-i Khudi that explicitly address educational values and concepts. The findings reveal that ontologically, Iqbal envisions education as a process of realizing the self (khudi) in harmony with divine reality; epistemologically, he emphasizes critical reasoning, dynamic ijtihad, and knowledge integration; and axiologically, he advocates ethical responsibility and moral autonomy as essential educational goals. These results suggest that Iqbal’s educational philosophy offers a transformative paradigm that bridges metaphysical depth with practical human development. This study contributes to the discourse on Islamic educational thought by providing a conceptual model grounded in classical philosophy yet responsive to contemporary challenges in Muslim societies.

Abstract

Divorce is heavily influenced by emotional and psychological factors of husband and wife in litigation. Before the process of determining a divorce decision, Islamic law regulates reconciliation which can be a solution to divorce cases by trying to re-establish an understanding of husband and wife togetherness to be re-established. This study aims to explain the context of reconciliation as a resolution to divorce from Sigmund Freud's perspective. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the decision to divorce between husband and wife is often present due to the presence of ego in either husband or wife who feels the need to be understood but does not get reciprocity as expected. In addition, the decision to divorce is also influenced by basic human instincts that want to satisfy their desires, either with or without careful consideration. Therefore, islah reconciliation as a resolution is a wise step in which the path of islah reconciliation is carried out by raising the awareness of the husband and wife about the main purpose of marriage

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep digital parenting Islami dalam konteks penguatan karakter anak usia dini, dengan merujuk pada hasil pemikiran Minhajul Abidin. Menggunakan metode studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai literatur terkait parenthood dalam Islam, serta penerapan nilai-nilai agama dalam penggunaan teknologi dalam mendidik anak. Digital parenting Islami menekankan pentingnya bimbingan orang tua dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dengan tetap berlandaskan pada ajaran Islam yang mengedepankan akhlak dan nilai-nilai positif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip Minhajul Abidin, seperti kasih sayang, pendidikan moral, dan pengawasan yang bijaksana, berperan signifikan dalam membentuk karakter anak usia dini. Selain itu, penggunaan media digital dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat pembelajaran yang mendukung pengembangan potensi anak dengan tetap menjaga nilai-nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar orang tua mengadopsi pendekatan digital parenting Islami, sehingga dapat menciptakan generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara teknologi, tetapi juga memiliki karakter yang kuat dan berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi dan digitalisasi telah memunculkan berbagai problematika dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), seperti krisis moral, degradasi spiritual, pendangkalan religiusitas, serta keterputusan antara ilmu dan amal pada peserta didik. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAI masih cenderung berorientasi kognitif dan belum mampu menyentuh dimensi afektif serta transformasi perilaku. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis relevansi dan kontribusi pemikiran Imām al-Ghazālī dalam Ar-Risālah al-Waʿdīyah terhadap pengembangan keilmuan dan praktik PAI kontemporer. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, melalui analisis teks risalah dan literatur ilmiah mutakhir terkait pendidikan Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Ar-Risālah al-Waʿdīyah mengandung prinsip fundamental pendidikan Islam, seperti tazkiyat al-nafs, integrasi ilmu dan amal, kesadaran eskatologis, pembinaan akhlak, serta keteladanan pendidik. Prinsip-prinsip tersebut memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam penguatan kurikulum PAI, pengembangan pedagogi reflektif dan spiritual, serta perluasan riset interdisipliner. Dengan demikian, pemikiran al-Ghazālī tetap relevan sebagai landasan konseptual untuk membangun PAI yang holistik, transformatif, dan kontekstual.
