Abstract

This study aims to describe the steady and stable personality of educators in MAN 1 Medan. This research is a field research and the research approach used is a descriptive qualitative research approach. In this study, the research background chosen was personality competence in MAN I Medan. Personality competency research focuses on a stable and stable personality. The background of this research is natural. To obtain valid data on the topic being researched, observation, interviews, and documentation are used. The credibility or validity of the data in this study uses triangulation techniques. The triangulation technique in this study used source triangulation and technique triangulation as a way to determine the credibility of the data. The results showed that educators at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Medan had steady and stable personalities, as evidenced by their respect for differences in ethnicity, gender, responsibility for their duties, pride in being teachers, and continuous self-development, close to God, work ethic. Based on the intention of ukhrawi not solely to be enjoyed, educators act in accordance with religious, legal, social and cultural norms. It is proven that educators at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Medan carry out the principles contained in the Pancasila ideology as a basis for acting and thinking for all Indonesian citizens with a sense of unity and unity.

Abstract

This paper aims to reveal the meaning of the word ad-dīn according to Muhammad Asad in The Message of the Quran. This paper is the result of qualitative research using Hans-Georg Gadamer's hermeneutic approach. The word ad-dīn is often known in general only to mean religion and refer to Islam. However, the word ad-dīn has a wide variety of meanings and meanings. The result of this study, the word ad-dīn in the Qur'an according to Muhammad Asad means, namely, Law, Faith, Judgment, Obedience, Moral Law, Dependent, Worship, Pay, Under the King's Law, and Religion. Its contemporary relevance, for Asad, is to understand a word in the Qur'an; First, it must pay attention to the meaning of the word as a whole, comprehensively and deeply. This will give birth to a view of the concept in a unified whole, both the doctrinal aspects and the practical implications of religious practice that will give birth to moderate understanding and action. Second, religions have their own truths. In a sense, each shows the nature of obedience, submission, and belief in the oneness of Allah swt in a religious life that is beneficial and sustainable.

Abstract

Pendidikan di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran sains. Minat yang rendah berkontribusi pada prestasi akademik yang kurang memuaskan, sehingga pendekatan inovatif diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada topik Pertumbuhan dan Perkembangan Tanaman dengan menggunakan metode Project-Based Learning (PjBL). PjBL memungkinkan siswa terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran melalui proyek nyata, seperti penanaman microgreen. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuasi-eksperimental dengan dua kelompok: eksperimen yang menerapkan PjBL dan kontrol dengan metode konvensional. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam minat belajar siswa di kelompok eksperimen, dengan skor rata-rata pre-test meningkat dari 60,09 menjadi 74,09 setelah intervensi. Uji statistik menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara kedua kelompok, yang menegaskan efektivitas PjBL dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi sains. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan PjBL sebagai strategi inovatif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, yang penting untuk mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi tantangan masa depan.

Abstract

Situ di Kota Tangerang Selatan memiliki kondisi memprihatinkan sehingga mempengaruhi kondisi biologis fitoplankton. Fitoplankton menjadi bioindikator kualitas akuatik karena sensitif terhadap perubahan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui kimia-fisik perairan dan kelimpahan komunitas fitoplankton. Penelitian ini dilakukan di tiga Situ Tangerang Selatan yaitu Situ Gintung, Situ Kuru, dan Situ Bungur pada bulan Juni-Agustus 2016. Pengambilan sampel mengacu pada Bellinger dan Sigee (2010) yang modifikasi. Hasil kualitas ketiga situ tersebut berkategori  baik, walaupun nilai WQI cenderung menurun pada tiap periode. Nilai keanekaragaman di ketiga berada direntang  0,5409–1,982 yaitu sedangkan nilai keseragaman berada direntang 0,3357 – 0,7901, dan untuk nilai dominansi berada diangka 0,2078 – 0,733 dengan masing-masing berkategori rendah hingga sedang. Komposisi jenis (%) yang ditemukan di ketiga situ masing-masing cenderung sama dengan jenis tertiggi Chlorophyceae sebesar 35– 53% dan jenis terendah Chryptophyceae sebesar 4–6% dan Euglenophyceae  sebesar 4–7%.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the impact of digitalization of social media on four Arabic skills. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive methods. The results and discussion of this study show that digitization can be accepted and entered into various groups in Indonesia through its use in several applications. The impact of digitalization has also made Indonesians interested in social media. From this, social media can also be used to improve foreign language skills, including Arabic by using the features available in several of these applications, including Instagram. There are various features such as follow, direct message, photo upload, video upload, and others that can be used to hone the four Arabic language skills, namely Maharah al-Istima', al-Kalam, al-Qira'ah, and al-Kitabah. But for al-Kitabah (writing) in the application it can only be done by typing via the keyboard, while writing by hand is done offline. There are also accounts of other users who can provide education about Arabic. Therefore, this study recommends communities of Arabic language lovers or learners to develop shared language skills remotely both in Indonesia and abroad.
