Abstract

An endorsement is a form of support or recommendation given by an individual (usually a public figure, celebrity, or influencer) for a product, service, or brand. Endorsements are typically made by expressing satisfaction or the benefits experienced from using the product, either directly or through media such as advertisements, social media, or testimonials. This study aims to investigate the influence of endorsement and social media marketing on consumer purchasing decisions at Anna Online Shop, both simultaneously and partially. Anna Online Shop is a business operating in the sale of cosmetics, skincare, and makeup through physical stores and digital platforms such as Shopee and Instagram. This study employs a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through a questionnaire administered to 30 respondents who are active consumers. Data were analysed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, F-tests, t-tests, and determination coefficients. The results indicate that, simultaneously, endorsements and social media marketing significantly influence purchasing decisions. However, partially, only social media marketing has a significant influence, while endorsements do not. This indicates that consumers respond more to information conveyed through social media than to the influence of public figures. These findings imply that an effective marketing strategy for Anna Online Shop is to optimise the use of social media as a means of communication, promotion, and interaction with consumers to enhance purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Keterbatasan pemahaman siswa berkebutuhan khusus mengenai perubahan tubuh dan batasan diri membuat mereka rentan menjadi korban kekerasan seksual. Minimnya pendidikan seksual inklusif memperburuk kondisi ini. Sebelum intervensi, siswa belum mampu membedakan bagian tubuh yang boleh dan tidak boleh disentuh, dan guru kesulitan menyampaikan materi sensitif. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai pubertas dan perlindungan diri melalui sosialisasi pendidikan seksual, serta melakukan asesmen tumbuh kembang pada siswa SD kelas 1–2. Program dilaksanakan pada 31 Mei 2025, melibatkan 7 siswa SD dalam asesmen dan 34 siswa SMP–SMA dalam sosialisasi. Metode mencakup persiapan materi ramah disabilitas, pelaksanaan interaktif, serta evaluasi kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman batasan tubuh pribadi dari 26% menjadi 85%, serta peningkatan pengetahuan kebersihan genitalia melalui diskusi dan kuis. Asesmen tumbuh kembang mengidentifikasi gaya belajar dan hambatan perkembangan siswa secara dini. Bagi mitra, kegiatan ini meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menyampaikan pendidikan seksual inklusif dan memanfaatkan hasil asesmen untuk strategi pembelajaran individual. Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 005 Samarinda Seberang, particularly in Mathematics. The research problem addressed in this study is how to improve students’ learning outcomes in Mathematics by using the Cooperative Learning Model of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type assisted by the traditional game Cublak-Cublak Suweng as a learning medium in the fifth grade of SD Negeri 005 Samarinda Seberang. The purpose of this study is to determine how students’ Mathematics learning outcomes can be improved through the Cooperative Learning Model of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type assisted by the traditional game Cublak-Cublak Suweng as a learning medium. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings. The research procedure consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 25 fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 005 Samarinda Seberang, while the object of the study was to examine Mathematics learning outcomes and improvements in each cycle using the Cooperative Learning Model of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type. Data collection techniques included observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used averages, percentages, and graphs. The results of the study show that the average learning outcome in the initial data was 51.2, with 40% of students achieving mastery. In Cycle I, the average score increased to 61.80, with an improvement percentage of 20.70% and 64% of students achieving mastery. In Cycle II, the average score increased to 72, with an overall improvement of 41.18% from the initial data and 84% of students achieving mastery. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that Mathematics learning outcomes improved through the Cooperative Learning Model of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type assisted by the traditional game Cublak-Cublak Suweng as a learning medium in the fifth grade of SD Negeri 005 Samarinda Seberang.
