Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the medical record storage system on the effectiveness of patient care at the Cikole Public Health Center. The research method used is quantitative with inferential statistical analysis techniques. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Cikole Lembang Public Health Center is one of the first level health care facilities. Based on observations, the storage system used is a regional storage system in which each region starts from the first digit. There are 2 officers who work in the medical records section of the Cikole Public Health Center. With the storage system used, there are several shortcomings, namely the occurrence of misfiles and duplication. To find out whether there is an analysis of the medical record storage system on the effectiveness of the service, the author gives a questionnaire to the Cikole Public Health Center officers. The results of the questionnaire also show that the highest percentage level is found in item no.7, namely the decentralized storage system is in accordance with the target of 71%. Then the second is item no. 8, namely a decentralized storage system that allows the provision of medical record files on time by 61%. From the results of interviews with medical records officers, suggestions and input were given: (1). The storage system used was changed to centralization so that the alignment system was not duplicated; (2). The use of bindex as an additional tool to make storage neater and easier.

Abstract

Seluruh alur proses pelayanan rumah sakit diproses dan diintegrasikan oleh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS), suatu sistem teknologi informasi komunikasi, melalui jaringan koordinasi, pelaporan, dan prosedur administrasi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang tepat dan akurat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penggunaan SIMRS dan metode HOT-Fit pada unit kerja rekam medis di RSUD X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan petugas rekam medis yang bekerja di bagian inseksing, 1 orang petugas tim RME, dan 1 orang petugas SIMRS/IT, observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ketiga komponen model HOT-Fit yaitu Manusia, Organisasi, dan Teknologi memiliki peranan penting dalam menganalisis penggunaan sistem. Pada komponen manusia (Human) menyatakan penggunaan SIMRS sudah diterapkan di semua unit, kemudian belum memberikan kepuasan pengguna secara maskimal karena sistem tergolong baru jadi perlu penambahan fitur. Komponen organisasi (Organization) dukungan pimpinan dan pegawai berjalan dengan baik namun dari segi fasilitas perlu ditambah. Komponen teknologi (Technology) pengembangan sistem secara berkala, pengguna selalu diingatkan untuk mengisi data pasien secara lengkap, terus dilakukan pemantauan jaringan, serta mengecek kembali data pasien yang diambil dari SIMRS lama saat proses pengolahan data guna meminimalisasi kekeliruan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelaksanaan Electronic Medical Record (e-MR) atau yang sering di sebut dengan e-MR di rumah sakit salah satunya di bagian pelayanan rawat jalan. e-MR atau sering dikenal Rekam medis elektronik, merupakan catatan medis pasien dalam format elektronik tentang informasi kesehatan seseorang yang dituliskan oleh satu atau lebih petugas kesehatan secara terpadu. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif jenis literature review yang mana informasi yang didapatkan oleh peneliti berdasarakan artikel atau journal sebagai sumber informasi dan melakukan wawancara online kepada salah satu tenaga rekam medis di bidang pelayanan rawat jalan di rumah sakit. e-MR bisa diakses dengan tujuan utama menyediakan dan meningkatkan sistem informasi kesehatan dalam pelayanan rawat jalan di rumah sakit yang efesien dan terpadu. Pelaksanaan e-MR pada rawat jalan dapat di percaya untuk mendukung kemajuan teknologi informasi kesehatan pada rekam medis di rumah sakit. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa setiap rumah sakit mempunyai hambatan atau kendala yang berbeda seperti masalah financial, SDM yang belum terlatih, dukungan dari pemerintah untuk mengembangkan e-MR di bidang pelayanan kesehatan salah satunya pelayanan rawat jalan di rumah sakit namun ada beberapa rumah sakit yang cukup baik dalam menggunakan e-MR dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Pendaftaran merupakan suatu layanan yang diberikan kepada pasien yang akan berobat ke poliklinik maupun yang akan dirawat merupakan suatu sistem prosedur dari pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis sistem informasi pelayanan pendaftaran pasien pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan menggambarkan pemodelan sistem pendaftaran.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, sumber pengambilannya data yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber aslinya yaitu Puskesmas Kalipucang dan sumber data yang diperoleh atau dikumpulkan oleh orang yang telah melakukan penelitian sebelumnya atau penelitian dari sumber-sumber yang telah ada. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu desain sistem pendaftaran online yang menggambarkan sistem pendaftaran yang di usulkan, merancang pemodelan sistem dengan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), perancangan database dan mendesain antarmuka (interface).

Abstract

Bencana merupakan suatu kejadian yang mengganggu kehidupan normal. Penanganan yang segera atau cepat setelah kejadian sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif dari bencana yang bisa menyebabkan kematian atau mengancam nyawa. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara paling rawan bencana di dunia, seringkali dan tidak terduga, yaitu diantaranya gempa bumi, tsunami, tanah longsor, letusan gunung berapi, banjir dan kekeringan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui kesiapan dan pelatihan tenaga kesehatan dalam menghadapi bencana yang sekinya tiba-tiba datang. Motode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian yang spesifikasinya adalah sistematis, terencana dan terstruktur dengan jelas sejak awal hingga pembuatan desain penelitiannya..Pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja kesehatan adalah untuk meningkatkan soft skill petugas kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas . Tenaga kesehatan memerlukan Kesiapan atau respon dalam kondisi tertentu terhadap suatu situasi jika terjadinya bencana. Hasil penelitian pada petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Ngamprah dari total 30 responden. Bahwa 28 responden (93,3) memiliki pelatihan yang baik dalam menangani bencana

Abstract

Traditional SMEs based on local culture face significant challenges in adopting digital transformation, particularly in developing adaptive branding strategies in the digital economy era. This research addresses the urgency of bridging the digital literacy gap and cultural understanding in the marketing strategies of Betawi dodol SMEs in Bekasi Regency. The primary objective of this study is to analyse how local entrepreneurs understand, adopt, and implement digital branding within the social and cultural context of Betawi. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study, utilising semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and visual documentation of Betawi dodol entrepreneurs in Ceger. The research findings indicate that the digital transformation of these SMEs remains sporadic, has not been structured as a comprehensive branding strategy, and relies more on social relationships and product quality. Brand identity is built organically through consumption experiences and local cultural values. The implications of this research highlight the importance of community-based mentoring and strengthening digital branding literacy rooted in local wisdom as a strategy for sustainable SME empowerment.

Abstract

Heart disease is one of the deadliest diseases in Indonesia and in the world, many of the sufferers do not know the risk of heart disease. This research will analyze and identify factors that will affect the risk of heart disease. With the decision tree algorithm approach which is one of the methods of machine learning that can produce predictive models based on a series of logical decisions. The application is done by classifying framingham data to assess the risk of heart disease in the next 10 years. The result is a Decision Tree model used to predict the risk of heart disease based on the Framingham dataset. The model achieved 74% accuracy on the test data

Abstract

The digital industry is rapidly expanding and serves as a crucial driver of the global economy. However, developing countries like Indonesia are confronted with a significant digital talent gap and insufficient structured collaboration among government, industry, and academia, which hinders their competitiveness in the digital services export market. This study aims to review academic and policy literature on digital talent mapping and the Triple Helix model (government, industry, academia) as strategic tools to enhance digital services exports, particularly in emerging economies like Indonesia. Employing a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology, the study follows five phases: problem identification, literature search, inclusion and exclusion criteria, data extraction and synthesis, and thematic analysis, synthesizing insights from 25 publications dated between 2023 and 2025. The findings reveal that advanced economies have effectively integrated talent mapping with the Triple Helix model to foster growth in digital services exports. In contrast, Indonesia faces several challenges, including outdated curricula, a lack of integrated labor market data, and weak cross-sectoral coordination. The study highlights the necessity for further research to explore innovative solutions and collaborative frameworks that can address these challenges, ultimately enhancing Indonesia's capacity to compete in the global digital services market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and trust on interest in using AIS and to answer how these three factors influence business actors' decisions to adopt the system. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey design involving 140 respondents selected through purposive sampling, a 1-5 Likert-scale questionnaire, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have positive, significant effects on interest in using the system, with p-values of 0.000 and 0.002, respectively. Meanwhile, trust had no effect, with a significance value of 0.591. However, the three variables also had a significant impact on interest in using the accounting information system, as indicated by the F test (p = 0.000). These findings contribute to a stronger understanding of technology acceptance factors and provide a practical basis for business practitioners and system developers to improve the system's ease of use and benefits, thereby increasing user interest.

Abstract

The study is expected to help entrepreneurs develop successful and efficient digital marketing strategies, focusing on using Brand Ambassador and the enhancement of Brand Image on e-commerce platforms. The search aims to analyze the influence of Brand Ambassadot and Brand Image on Purchase Intention of Azarine bauty products on Shopee Platform, both individually and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected from 100 Shopee users in Klapanunggal District through Likert Scale questionnaire and analyzed using Multiple Linier Regression. Primary data were obtained online via Google Form, whie secondary data were drawn from various literature sources. The dependent variable is Purchase Intention (Y), while the independent variable examined Brand Ambassador (X1) and Brand Image (X2). Data management this study includes Descriptive Analysis, Instrument Testing, Multiple Linier Regression, Classical Assumption Testing, and Hypothesis Testing. The results shoes dad Brand Ambassador and Brand Image have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. The findings emphasize the importance of selecting public figure and strengthening Brand Image in increasing consumer buying interest on e-commerce platforms. The study demonstrates that high-quality Brand Ambassador and Brand Image positively impact consumers Purchase Intention to make purchases.
