Abstract

This activity aims to develop the character of the young generation with good physical health through military education at Dodik Belanegara Rindam III Siliwangi, West Bandung. The methods applied include the preparation and implementation of the program, involving the entire academic community. The evaluation results show that the activity went smoothly, and the participants successfully achieved the set goals, showing improvements in physical health and character strengthening through discipline and teamwork. The discussion covers the program's success, involvement of all parties, and benefits felt by the participants. Limitations in logistics and the need for more in-depth evaluation are identified as areas for improvement. Meanwhile, suggestions for further development include the application of comprehensive evaluation methods, increased inter-institutional collaboration, and the development of a more contextual curriculum. Key findings from this study include the program's success in shaping the character and health of the younger generation, highlighting the importance of military education as a means of holistic character formation at the higher education level. These findings provide a basis for the development of similar programs in the future, with a focus on the necessary improvements to enhance their positive impact.

Abstract

Heart disease is one of the deadliest diseases in Indonesia and in the world, many of the sufferers do not know the risk of heart disease. This research will analyze and identify factors that will affect the risk of heart disease. With the decision tree algorithm approach which is one of the methods of machine learning that can produce predictive models based on a series of logical decisions. The application is done by classifying framingham data to assess the risk of heart disease in the next 10 years. The result is a Decision Tree model used to predict the risk of heart disease based on the Framingham dataset. The model achieved 74% accuracy on the test data

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ulasan dan peringkat produk terhadap peringkat penjual di platform e-commerce Shopee, yang merupakan salah satu platform terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Dengan pertumbuhan e-commerce yang pesat di Indonesia, ulasan dan peringkat produk telah menjadi faktor penting dalam membantu konsumen membuat keputusan pembelian. Studi ini menggunakan data dari 50.000 produk yang mencakup berbagai kategori seperti elektronik, fashion, dan kebutuhan rumah tangga, dengan total 500.000 ulasan dan peringkat yang dikumpulkan selama enam bulan. Analisis statistik dan machine learning diterapkan untuk menjelajahi hubungan antara ulasan, peringkat, dan peringkat penjual. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa peringkat produk dan jumlah ulasan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peringkat penjual. Setiap peningkatan satu unit dalam peringkat bintang dapat meningkatkan peringkat penjual sebesar 0,45 unit. Selain itu, jumlah ulasan juga memberikan dampak positif pada peringkat penjual. Analisis machine learning menggunakan algoritma Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, dan Neural Network menunjukkan bahwa model Neural Network mencapai akurasi tertinggi sebesar 87% dalam memprediksi peringkat penjual berdasarkan ulasan dan peringkat. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya ulasan dan rating dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan reputasi penjual di platform e-commerce Shopee. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi penjual untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan, serta bagi platform e-commerce seperti Shopee untuk mengoptimalkan fitur ulasan dan algoritma pencarian. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memperkaya literatur mengenai pengaruh ulasan dan rating pada performa penjual di platform e-commerce, khususnya di pasar Indonesia.

Abstract

Seluruh alur proses pelayanan rumah sakit diproses dan diintegrasikan oleh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS), suatu sistem teknologi informasi komunikasi, melalui jaringan koordinasi, pelaporan, dan prosedur administrasi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang tepat dan akurat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penggunaan SIMRS dan metode HOT-Fit pada unit kerja rekam medis di RSUD X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan petugas rekam medis yang bekerja di bagian inseksing, 1 orang petugas tim RME, dan 1 orang petugas SIMRS/IT, observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ketiga komponen model HOT-Fit yaitu Manusia, Organisasi, dan Teknologi memiliki peranan penting dalam menganalisis penggunaan sistem. Pada komponen manusia (Human) menyatakan penggunaan SIMRS sudah diterapkan di semua unit, kemudian belum memberikan kepuasan pengguna secara maskimal karena sistem tergolong baru jadi perlu penambahan fitur. Komponen organisasi (Organization) dukungan pimpinan dan pegawai berjalan dengan baik namun dari segi fasilitas perlu ditambah. Komponen teknologi (Technology) pengembangan sistem secara berkala, pengguna selalu diingatkan untuk mengisi data pasien secara lengkap, terus dilakukan pemantauan jaringan, serta mengecek kembali data pasien yang diambil dari SIMRS lama saat proses pengolahan data guna meminimalisasi kekeliruan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of the administrative system consultation programme and blood donation services as a form of social care. The focus of this research is how the effectiveness of the administrative system can increase community participation in blood donation and improve the quality of blood donation services in Bandung City. In addition, the level of public awareness about the importance of blood donation is also a factor that affects the amount of participation. The Business Administration study programme has an important role in developing a better administrative system to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of blood donation services. With a deeper understanding of service management and administrative systems, health institutions can design more effective strategies in promoting blood donation as a form of social care. The importance of improving administrative systems and blood donor services that are more inclusive, efficient, and data-driven to increase community participation in blood donation. By understanding the complexity of challenges in the administrative system of blood donation services, relevant institutions can develop better policies to improve the quality of services, so that blood donation becomes a more organised and accessible activity for the wider community.

Abstract

This research addresses the decline in consumer purchasing decisions for PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. and Bogasari Flour Mills, emphasizing the growing importance of green marketing in shaping consumer preferences for environmentally friendly products. The study aims to evaluate the influence of green marketing, brand image, and purchase intention on consumer purchasing decisions. Employing a descriptive associative method, the research utilizes a questionnaire distributed to 300 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS 24, focusing on validity, reliability, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, and multiple regression. The findings reveal a positive and significant impact of green marketing, brand image, and purchase intention on the sales of Bogasari flour by PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk., indicating that these factors are crucial in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. The results suggest that companies should prioritize green marketing strategies and enhance their brand image to align with consumer preferences, ultimately improving sales performance in a competitive market. In conclusion, integrating green marketing, brand image, and purchase intention into sales strategies is essential for effectively influencing consumer purchasing decisions, enabling companies like PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. to navigate market challenges and seize growth opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the medical record storage system on the effectiveness of patient care at the Cikole Public Health Center. The research method used is quantitative with inferential statistical analysis techniques. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Cikole Lembang Public Health Center is one of the first level health care facilities. Based on observations, the storage system used is a regional storage system in which each region starts from the first digit. There are 2 officers who work in the medical records section of the Cikole Public Health Center. With the storage system used, there are several shortcomings, namely the occurrence of misfiles and duplication. To find out whether there is an analysis of the medical record storage system on the effectiveness of the service, the author gives a questionnaire to the Cikole Public Health Center officers. The results of the questionnaire also show that the highest percentage level is found in item no.7, namely the decentralized storage system is in accordance with the target of 71%. Then the second is item no. 8, namely a decentralized storage system that allows the provision of medical record files on time by 61%. From the results of interviews with medical records officers, suggestions and input were given: (1). The storage system used was changed to centralization so that the alignment system was not duplicated; (2). The use of bindex as an additional tool to make storage neater and easier.

Abstract

The rapid environmental degradation currently compels governments and organizations to implement effective preventive measures. This study highlights the urgent need for the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices and Personal Moral Norms in enhancing Employee Green Behavior within the banking sector. As governments adopt policies related to GHRM, Personal Moral Norms, and Employee Green Behavior, banks, as financial institutions, play a strategic role in promoting sustainability. The objective of this research is to analyze the effects of GHRM and Personal Moral Norms on Employee Green Behavior in the banking sector. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a descriptive and associative research design, involving 92 employees from the studied bank branch, with a sampling technique using a census method. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, as well as multiple regression analysis with the aid of SPSS 24. The results indicate that GHRM and Personal Moral Norms significantly influence Employee Green Behavior, contributing to 97.8% of the variance in environmentally friendly behavior. These findings provide new insights into the importance of integrating Green values into human resource management and underscore the necessity for banks to adopt policies that support environmental sustainability. This research is expected to serve as a reference for banking institutions in formulating more effective strategies to enhance environmental awareness among employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan pengetahuan konsumen terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam memilih layanan GrabCar Hemat di Kabupaten Bekasi. Mengingat pesatnya perkembangan layanan transportasi berbasis aplikasi, pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen menjadi penting bagi pengelola layanan untuk meningkatkan kualitas serta daya saingnya. Kualitas pelayanan dianalisis berdasarkan lima dimensi: Bukti Fisik, Kepedulian, Daya Tanggap, Keandalan, dan Jaminan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengevaluasi tingkat pengetahuan konsumen mengenai fitur-fitur yang tersedia dalam aplikasi Grab. Metode yang digunakan adalah mix methode. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei yang disebarkan kepada 130 responden pengguna layanan ride-hailing di Kabupaten Bekasi, menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode insidental. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengelola layanan ride-hailing untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan memberikan edukasi yang lebih baik kepada konsumen mengenai fitur-fitur layanan, sehingga dapat mendorong adopsi layanan yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memperkaya literatur tentang perilaku konsumen dalam konteks penggunaan layanan berbasis teknologi di Indonesia.

Abstract

Digital transformation and sustainability demands are driving the need for the integration of E-HRM and Green HRM to achieve sustainable organizational performance. This integration serves as a solution to the challenges of resource efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, and enhanced employee engagement in the digital era. This research aims to analyse the role of E-HRM in enhancing Green HRM practices and its impact on sustainable organizational performance. The research methodology employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), utilising the Scopus database, with selection based on inclusion-exclusion criteria, data extraction, and thematic analysis of selected journals. The anticipated impact of E-HRM is its support for Green HRM through the digitalization of HR processes that reduce resource usage, the establishment of digital platforms for environmental awareness, and data-driven impact measurement. The integration of both significantly enhances sustainable performance across three dimensions: environmental (a 20-30% reduction in carbon footprint), economic (15-25% cost savings), and social (30-40% increase in employee engagement). Key implementation factors include technological readiness, management commitment, and alignment with ESG strategies. This research contributes a conceptual framework for the integration of E-HRM and Green HRM, along with practical recommendations for achieving sustainable competitive advantage in the digital age.
