Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in business development and national economic progress at large. One type of MSME that is mushrooming at the moment is a culinary business that serves fried chicken menus or more specifically fried chicken menus. The strategy for determining product prices or selling prices is of course one that can determine victory in the business competition where many culinary-type businesses are currently emerging. Haji Tan, as the owner of a fried chicken business, wants to know the calculation and determination of the Cost of Production so that he can review the selling price of his product which has been set to adapt to the economic conditions of the community and nation due to the increase in prices of basic necessities. The current price determination for Haji Tan's Fried Chicken business products is based on similarities with competitors or mere estimates. With this community service, the aim is to explain that Kentucky chicken must be sold based on the calculation of the cost of production in order to revise the selling price of the product which will be applied in Haji Tan's business branches and will later get a stable profit. This service carries out training activities using counseling/socialization and practical methods. The implementation of training activities has run smoothly and well so that it can provide benefits in increasing participants' knowledge and skills. Currently, participants can adjust the calculation of the cost of production (HPP )to determine the selling price. Partners have been able to correctly prepare the cost of production so they can estimate the profits they will make and determine their product sales targets.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to evaluate the socio-economic sustainability of 12 coastal tourism destinations in North Jakarta, recognized since 2011, by assessing their levels of social and economic sustainability.Method: The study uses a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach, employing scoring analysis techniques. Data were collected through observations and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with key informants from the 12 coastal tourism destinations in North Jakarta.Result: The scoring-based evaluation ranked the 12 destinations based on their socio-economic sustainability performance. Four areas—Kelapa Gading, Sunda Kelapa, Tanjung Priok, and Ancol—were categorized as highly sustainable, while Bahtera Jaya Yacht Club was identified as the least socio-economically sustainable. Overall, the 12 coastal tourism destinations in North Jakarta were classified as fairly sustainable from a socio-economic perspective.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: This study identifies key areas for enhancing socio-economic sustainability in 12 coastal tourism destinations, which can inform policy and investment decisions to boost local economies and stimulate growth in surrounding sectors such as creative industries, trade, and services, by promoting local products and increasing income for local businesses.

Abstract

Salah satu daerah yang memiliki pelaku usaha lebih dari 90 persen masuk ke dalam kategori UMKM adalah Kelurahan Cijantung. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Cijantung lebih dari 80 persen tidak pernah membuat pencatatan atau pembukuan mengenai laporan keuangan dari kegiatan usahanya, dikarenakan kegiatan tersebut dianggap merepotkan dan yang penting bagi mereka bisa menyisihkan uang untuk belanja harian yang diperoleh dari keuntungan setiap harinya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk pelaku usaha kecil di Kelurahan Cijantung yaitu: 1). Memberi pelatihan mengenai pencatatan atau pembukuan keuangan kegiatan usaha, 2). Memberi pengetahuan mengenai cara pengelolaan keuangan, 3) Memberikan informasi pengajuan keuangan perbankan salah satunya dengan KUR. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan usaha. Para peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan sehingga dengan mengikuti penyuluhan dan pelatihan pengetahuan mitra mengenai literasi keuangan meningkat 35,71 persen, juga peserta atau mitra setelah mengikuti kegiatan membuat laporan keuangan sederhana untuk kegiatan usahanya.

Abstract

Purwakarta has 62 tourist destinations in 2023, one of the interesting places to visit is Pelangi Forest, Mount Cupu, Purwakarta. This destination has been established since 2017 on an area of 5 (five) hectares and is still being developed. It is called Pelangi Forest which means Rainbow Forest because it has a unique theme, decorating the forest with lots of colorful ornaments like a Pelangi. However, the level of tourist visits is still very low, it is known that there were only 2,582 tourists per year in 2020. This research aims to analyze the extent of the natural tourism potential of Pelangi Forest. The method used is quantitative descriptive, where data collection is carried out through distributing questionnaires to 30 tourists. The collected data was then analyzed using the Analysis of Operation Area-Natural Tourism Objects and Attractions (Analisis Daerah Operasi Objek dan Daya Tarik Wisata Alam (ADO-ODTWA)) criteria assessment by the Directorate General of PHKA by providing an assessment of each specified indicator. The results obtained were that the Pelangi Forest was suitable for development as a natural tourism objects and attractions (73.92%>66.67%). It is hoped that this research can become a reference and alternative strategy for managing the Pelangi Forest in developing its tourist attraction to be more optimal so that it can increase the number of tourists in the future, as well as being a source of information for other parties who need it through published journals

Abstract

Payment by QR code is a digital payment method that does not require physical contact between the seller and the buyer. Apart from that, the presence of QRIS facilitates various types of payment transactions which can have an impact on visitor satisfaction. The aim of this research is to find out how the implementation of the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS) impacts the level of satisfaction of visitors to art and ceramics museums. This research is field research using descriptive quantitative methods. The research results show that the use of QRIS has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Jakarta Fine Arts and Ceramics Museum. While the value given by respondents for visitor satisfaction at the Museum of Fine Arts and Ceramics is very satisfied and the use of QRIS is very useful in carrying out transaction activities, the Museum of Fine Arts and Ceramics still has to improve the quality of service in order to reduce and even eliminate visitor complaints so as to increase the number visit.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Cikolelet di Serang, Banten pernah masuk dalam peringkat 50 besar desa wisata terbaik kategori rintisan berdasarkan Anugerah Desa Wisata Indonesia (ADWI) tahun 2021. Dengan segala potensi dan keunikannya, informasi dan promosi melalui media digital masih sangat terbatas terutama untuk usaha akomodasi (homestay). Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat Desa Wisata Cikolelet tentang konsep homestay dalam pariwisata berkelanjutan, serta melakukan pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram sebagai media promosi homestay. bisnis. PKM dilaksanakan secara tatap muka dan diikuti oleh 4 (empat) orang pemilik homestay dan 2 (dua) orang perwakilan Pokdarwis. Metode program PKM terdiri dari identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, pendidikan dan pelatihan, serta evaluasi dalam bentuk praktik. Keberhasilan pencapaian program tersebut merupakan terbentuknya akun media sosial Instagram pemilik homestay yang akan digunakan sebagai media promosi. Diharapkan kegiatan ini berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan rangsangan siklus perekonomian di Desa Wisata Cikolelet

Abstract

Persaingan pasar digital menuntut UMKM untuk membuat konten visual yang menarik dan profesional. Namun, banyak UMKM yang menghadapi keterbatasan dalam menghasilkan konten promosi yang efektif. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini meningkatkan kemampuan promosi digital pada UMKM dalam bentuk konten visual dengan mengoptimalkan pada aplikasi Canva. Pelatihan ini mengajarkan keterampilan dasar desain menggunakan Canva, sebuah platform desain yang mudah diakses, sehingga peserta dapat membuat materi promosi, seperti poster dan konten media sosial, tanpa memerlukan keahlian teknis yang rumit. Metodologi yang digunakan dengan pemaparan materi, workshop membuat konten visual dan penugasan mandiri yang diberikan kepada peserta untuk menghasilkan desain visual dari Canva. Pelatihan ini diberikan kepada 38 peserta UMKM yang merupakan binaan dari PPKUKM Jakarta Selatan, yang terdaftar di Kecamatan Setiabudi Jakarta Selatan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya kemampuan peserta dalam menghasilkan konten visual secara mandiri, dalam bentuk poster, logo, kartu nama, brosur, banner, flayer yang yang dibuat menarik dan digunakan sebagai media promosi digital. Pelatihan ini berhasil membantu UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan promosi digital dan diharapkan dapat mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis mereka melalui strategi visual yang efektif

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Anyar, Banten, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas karyawan penginapan dalam mengelola hubungan dengan pelanggan lintas generasi. Permasalahan utama mitra mencakup kurangnya pemahaman terhadap karakteristik pelanggan dari generasi Baby Boomers, X, Y (Millennials), dan Z, keterbatasan penerapan Customer Relationship Management (CRM), serta minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk membaca tren pasar dan mengelola umpan balik pelanggan. Program pendampingan dilaksanakan melalui tiga pendekatan, yaitu workshop tentang pelanggan lintas generasi, pelatihan dan implementasi CRM, serta pendampingan digitalisasi layanan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, simulasi, dan evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman peserta, dengan rata-rata nilai post-test naik sebesar 50,8% dibandingkan pre-test. Peserta mampu merancang kolom evaluasi feedback pelanggan, mengoperasikan sistem CRM sederhana, serta memanfaatkan dashboard analitik media sosial untuk menyusun strategi layanan dan pemasaran berbasis data. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi, responsivitas layanan, serta kemampuan adaptasi karyawan dalam menghadapi pelanggan dari berbagai generasi.
