Abstract

Humidity is the measure, generally expressed as a percentage, of water vapor that presents in the air. Each place has different percentage of humidity. It happens since humidity is affected by solar radiation intensity. In this study, the percentage of relative humidity is being predicted by applying least square method and Gauss elimination. The data used in this research is the data of relative humiditity and solar radiation intensity during 2018 until 2022 which have been collected by Trunojoyo Stationary of Meteorology. The result shows that the approximation function generated by linear square method is powerful enough in order to predict the relative humidty, based on the relatively small error accumulated.

Abstract

The SARS-CoV-2 transmission dynamics in low- and middle-income countries remain poorly understood. This study aimed to estimate the SARS-CoV-2 antibodies seroprevalence in Jakarta, Indonesia, and to increase knowledge of SARS-CoV-2 transmission in urban settings. A population-based serosurvey among individuals aged one year or older was conducted in Jakarta. Employing a multistage sampling design, samples were stratified by district, slum, and non-slum residency, sex, and age group. Blood samples were tested for IgG against three different SARS-CoV-2 antigens. Seroprevalence was estimated after applying sample weights and adjusting for cluster characteristics. In March 2021, this study collected 4,919 respondents. The weighted estimate of seroprevalence was 44.5% (95% CI = 42.5-46.5). Seroprevalence was highest among adults aged 30-49 years, with higher seroprevalence in women and the overweight/obese group. Respondents residing in slum areas were 1.3-fold more likely to be seropositive than non-slum residents. It was estimated that4,717,000 of Jakarta's 10.6 million residents had prior SARS-CoV-2 infection. This suggests that approximately 10 infections were undiagnosed/underreported for every reported case. About one year after the first COVID-19 case was confirmed, close to half of Jakarta's residents have been infected by SARS-CoV-2.

Abstract

Anak tunarungu menunjukan kesulitan mendengar dari katagori ringan sampai berat, di golongkan ke dalam kurang dengar dan tuli. Tunarungu memerlukan media pembelajaran dengan menunjukan foto-foto dan video untuk memperkaya kosa kata bahasa isyarat dalam aktivitas pembelajaran. Karakteristik anak tunarungu dari segi fisik tidak memiliki karakteristik yang khas, karena secara fisik anak tunarungu tidak mengalami gangguan yang terlihat. aktivitas belajar anak tunarungu dapat sangat bervariasi tergantung pada tingkat pendengarannya dan kemampuan belajar anak, serta lingkungan mereka. Karakteristik pada anak berkebutuhan khusus seperti tunarungu ialah memiliki kesulitan dalam komunikasi tetapi seringkali memiliki kemampuan komunikasi visual yang kuat, seperti bahasa isyarat, dalam pembelajaran mereka juga memerlukan bantuan dalam belajar. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan di sekolah, penulis mengambil populasi 9 orang anak dan sampel 5 yang bersekolah di salah satu SLB yang ada di Banda Aceh yang mengidap tunarugu. Subjek yang di amati ada 5 orang anak yang mengalami kelaianan tunarungu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana karakteristik anak tunarungu dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah SLB-B YPAC Banda Aceh.
