Abstract

Simulasi adalah suatu cara untuk menduplikasikan ciri, tampilan, dan karakteristik dari suatu sistem yang nyata. Ide awal simulasi adalah untuk meniru situasi dunia nyata yang secara matematis, kemudian mempelajari sifat dan karakter operasionalnya serta akhirnya membuat suatu kesimpulan dan membuat. FIFO (First In First Out) jarang digunakan secara tersendiri tetapi dikombinasi dengan algoritma lain karena dapat menyebabkan job yang penting harus menunggu selesainya job panjang, atau job yang penting harus menunggu job yang kurang penting. FIFO (First In First Out) cocok untuk sistem batch yang sangat jarang berinteraksi dengan pengguna, tetapi sangat buruk untuk sistem interaktif dan sistem real-time, karena cenderung memberikan response time yang buruk. Antrian adalah kedatangan pelanggan untuk mendapatkan pelayanan, menunggu untuk dilayani jika fasilitas pelayanan (server) masih sibuk, mendapatkan pelayanan dan kemudian meninggalkan sistem setelah dilayani. Dari sudut pandang pihak server, efisiensi sistem dapat diestimasikan dengan mengevaluasi ukuran waktu rata-rata dari antrian tunggal (single queue) atau antrian terpisah. Abstract

The importance of information value causes often the information desired by certain people can then modify it. To be able to validate the information obtained, authentication must be done so that the authenticity of the information is known. Signature is a marker or identity in a document. Signatures have an important role in verifying and legalizing documents. To secure digital signatures, a hash function can be processed, a hash consisting of a Secure Hash Algorithm. The Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA-1) method is a hash function that works in one direction, this means that messages that have been converted into message digest cannot be returned to the original message. Two different messages will always produce different hash values, and results from different string length input will result in an autput with a fixed string length of 160 bits.

Abstract

Position promotion is a transfer or promotion of an employee in a structure within the organizational structure who has the ability to know skills and a responsible attitude in accordance with qualifications based on standards that exist in a company itself with specific functions. In the process of selecting the best employees, for recommendation for promotion, a measurable decision support system is needed. As in the POLDASU HR BUREAU, which does not yet have a decision support system, which so far has recommended promotions at the North Sumatra Regional Police, there are still obstacles in the criteria for evaluating promotions, so does not rule out the possibility that decision making is done subjectively by only looking at certain aspects and requires a long time in making decisions. In general, the recommendation for promotion is given by each work unit, good assessments from superiors and employee performance in carrying out their duties. For this reason, it is necessary to assess data processing employees who can help companies make decisions related to promotion recommendations. There needs to be supporting criteria for using a decision support system. In this study applied a combination of ROC and TOPSIS methods. The weighting of each criterion is carried out by applying the ROC method, then followed by a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives using the TOPSIS method. The TOPSIS method is a method that uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution. The results of the Research Recommendations for Promotion of Positions that are appropriate for promotion are alternative A1 with a preference value of 1,497 on behalf of "Hendrik".

Abstract

In the world of education, teaching activities are the most important thing both at school and at the university.The role of the teacher as a teacher in the teaching and learning process is very important. Teachers as educators who become teachers, mentors, coaches in teaching and learning activities both at school and at the university. A teacher who is said to be professional must have a commitment to students. SMP SWASTA BABUL ULUM is one of the educational units in Darul Aman, Kec. Longkib, Subulussalam City, Aceh. In carrying out its activities, Babul Ulum Private Junior High School is under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture. The principal is the leader in the school. As a school principal, he must be able to regulate and direct teachers to carry out quality education. Teacher performance evaluation aims to determine the quality level of teachers in SMP SWASTA BABUL ULUM . The ongoing teacher performance evaluation system is still carried out subjectively, because there are no aspects of assessment used in evaluating teacher performance in schools SMP SWASTA BABUL ULUM.To overcome these problems, it is necessary to apply decision making using the CRITIC Method and MAUT Method for evaluating teacher performance on SMP SWASTA BABUL ULUM so that the teacher performance evaluation system is no longer carried out subjectively.

Abstract

Superior oil palm seed is a plant derived from fruit that is 1.57 cm long and 0.92 cm wide, with a roundness of 80% and a weight of 1.11 grams. There have been a large number of 1.4 million oil palm seeds distributed by the end of 2021. There are several problem factors that influence choosing superior seeds for oil palm, namely the problem of circulating wild seeds and being traded on the illegal market, frequent pests and diseases in oil palm growth, coconut production capacity sufficient oil palm is still relatively lacking compared to demand, and many of the plantations are forcing the yield of oil palm fruit. the consequences of the problems above are the lack of knowledge and knowledge that can be obtained by anyone who has an oil palm plantation. So from the results of this study alternatives A1, A6, A9, A10, A13, A18 are in one cluster, and alternatives A2, A5, A8, A11, A14, A15, A16, A17, A19 are in one cluster, while alternative A3 ,A4,A7,A12,A20 are also in one cluster.

Abstract

File Audio adalah file untuk menyimpan data audio digital pada sistem komputer, perkembangan teknologi umumnya pada bidang komputer sudah menjadi suatu kebutuhan, terdapat salah satu fitur digital yang banyak dimanfaatkan adalah file audio. Dengan maraknya kecanggihan digital serta teknologinya dan perangkat lunak menimbulkan keinginan bagi pengguna untuk memalsukan file audio yang bermaksud untuk melakukan pemalsuan demi keuntungannya sendiri. Saat ini ada banyak perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk memanipulasi file termasuk file audio. Dengan adanya kecanggihan perangkat lunak tersebut bisa membuat file audio yang dimanipulasi tidak memiiki kejanggalan sehingga sangat sulit untuk dideteksi. Orisinalitas atau keaslian data menjadi sangat penting, karena merupakan suatu kemurnian yang harus dijaga isi dan sebagainya, Demi keamanan sistem harus memiliki kemampuan untuk mendeteksi keaslian atau orisinalitas dari file audio tersebut. Dengan kemajuan teknologi saat ini salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi keaslian dari suatu file adalah dengan memanfaatkan fungsi hash yang menghasilkan kode yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendeteksi file audio tersebut. Abstract

Information about the performance of a BTS (Base Transceiver Station) is needed to help improve a Network service. But in the selection of a good or bad BTS (Base Transceiver Station) it can be caused by several factors such as Transmission, Power, and Celldown BTS. Therefore we need a system that can provide recommendations using the right method, here are the decision support system methods including Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making TOPSIS. The TOPSIS method uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the closest distance from the positive ideal solution and the longest (farthest) distance from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view using Euclidean distance (distance between two points) to determine the relative proximity of an alternative with the optimal solution . Positive ideal solutions are defined as the sum of all the best values ​​that can be achieved for each attribute, while the negative-ideal solution consists of all the worst values ​​achieved for each attribute. while the negative-ideal solution consists of all the worst values ​​achieved for each attribute.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi adalah merupakan hal yang sangat di perlukan di setiap kegiatan seperti di bidang usaha. Dengan adanya teknologi informasi dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan rakyat di berbagai bidang apapun. Dan juga dapat meningkat daya saing bangsa yang serba menggunakan teknologi. Dalam pelatihan pengenalan teknologi ini sangat perlu sekali terhadap masyarakat desa helefanikha khusus di bawah pimpinan kepala desa helefanikha. Strategi implementasi teknologi informasi harus dapat menawarkan jalan keluar untuk melengkapi teknologi yang diterapkan, agar dapat lebih menjamin keefektifannya dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat pedesaan. Sesuai dengan tema pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu pemanfaatan canva untuk membangun media pembelajaran interaktif adalah sebagai berikut (1) Memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. (2) Mengenalkan dan memberikan pelatihan dalam pengenalan teknologi apa saja yang di perlukan. (3) Memberikan pelatihan dalam menggunakan aplikasi teknologi dan memanfaatkannya. Manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah sebagai berikut (1) Menambah pengetahuan masyarakat dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi. (2) Memahami perlunya teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to identify purchasing patterns of food menus in the campus cafeteria of STMIK Mulia Darma by applying the Apriori algorithm within the data mining framework. The background of this research is based on the increasing volume of transaction data that remains underutilized in supporting managerial decision-making. The Apriori algorithm is employed to uncover associations between items frequently purchased together by calculating their support and confidence values. A dataset of 20 daily digital transactions was used as the basis for analysis. The results revealed a single valid association rule that met the minimum threshold: Nasi Goreng,Teh Manis with a support value of 15% and a confidence value of 60%. This finding indicates a strong tendency in student consumption behavior, which can be leveraged for marketing strategies such as menu bundling and predictive inventory management. The study demonstrates that the Apriori algorithm can offer practical and strategic insights in the context of a campus cafeteria and holds potential for further development using larger datasets and more advanced analytical methods.
