Hal ini tentu membutuhkan keamanan yang baik agar aplikasi chatting yang digunakan mampu menjamin pesan yang dikirim tidak bisa dibaca oleh orangorang yang tidak berkepentingan dengan pesan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini digunakan algoritma RC-5 untuk mengamankan pesan chatting Client dan Server. Aplikasi yang dirancang melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi dengan menerapkan algoritma RC5 (Rivest Code-5).]]>

<![CDATA[As the development of research technology on Digital Image Processing continues to grow. Likewise, the improvement of the quality of sharpness / subtlety of the Gorga Batak images is an important thing to improve. This is one of the ways to preserve the Batak tribe area so that Gorga-gorga are still remembered and more interpreted. The cause of the need to be improved is the image of Gorga Batak is caused by several factors that cause the image to be less beautiful if it is interpreted by human beings such as the shape has been blurred (dark) due to shooting / shooting, has noise black spots on the image (noise), and the color is dull out of date. As an effort to improve image, the segmentation process is carried out by doing edge detection on the image, then the Morphological Operation Method will be implemented as one of the methods in Digital Image Processing that implements image quality improvement based on the shape and structure of the image. In this image processing, the Dilation Operation Technique and Operation Technique will be carried out. In Operation Dilation Techniques works by adding several segments (pixels) in the image so as to increase the integrity / sharpness of the structure of the image. While the Erosion Operation Technique will reduce / refine unnecessary parts / segments of the image so that the resulting image looks smoother, so that it can be more interpreted by humans and can be reused both as documentation of regional culture and so on. Using this method is expected to be able to improve and improve the quality / sharpness of Citra Gorga Batak. <![CDATA[Peranan komputer dalam peradaban manusia bukan hanya lagi sekedar sebagai alat bantu pekerjaan, namun sudah sampai ke arah pemenuhan kebutuhan. Untuk menunjang posisi komputer yang sudah melekat kuat dalam kehidupan manusia, maka komputer perlu dibuat semakin user-friendly. Salah satunya adalah dalam cara memasukkan data. Data atau informasi tidak hanya disajikan dalam bentuk teks, tetapi juga dapat berupa gambar, audio, dan video. Keempat macam data atau informasi ini sering disebut multimedia. Template matching adalah sebuah teknik dalam pengolahan citra digital untuk menemukan bagian-bagian kecil dari gambar yang cocok dengan template gambar. Template matching merupakan salah satu ide yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana otak mengenali kembali bentuk-bentuk atau pola-pola. Template dalam konteks rekognisi pola menunjuk pada konstruk internal yang jika cocok (match ) dengan stimulus penginderaan mengantar pada rekognisi suatu objek.]]>

<![CDATA[Metode pembelajaran pemberian tugas merupakan alat dalam menunjang proses tercapainya tujuan pendidikan dan merupakan salah satu komponen yang harus dikuasai seorang guru sehinggga proses belajar dan mengajar dapat efektif. Pemberi Tugas merupakan salah satu cara pemberian pengalaman belajar yang cocok dalam mengembangkan ketrampilan motorik baik ketrampilan motorik halus maupun kasar. Pembelajaran Disesuaikan bagaimana tema, peralatan atau bahan yang ada sehingga prakteknya mudah dimengerti oleh para peserta. Diharapkan dengan pembelajaran melalui pengabdian masyarkat ini guru dan siswa semangat dalam menuntut Ilmu Pengetahuan. <![CDATA[The existence of transvestites in Indonesia has become a subject of debate in postif law until now due to the pros and cons. If his group supports allowing transgender people on the basis of human rights they can do what they want. While that defies the idea that transgender people are against nature and even transgender is a non-human right. So they are steamed and treated discriminatoryly. This study aims to obtain a picture of rejection experienced by transvestites not only from the normal and religious society but the first rejection from parents and families because of normal behavior. This study uses qualitative methods. The results of the analysis showed that the dominant society did not know what and how transvestite was, and further saw that their values tended to stay away from transvestites unless they were concerned with their existence.]]>
