Abstract

Coronavirus (CoV) adalah keluarga besar virus yang menyebabkan penyakit mulai dari gejala ringan sampai berat. Berdasarkan Surat Edaran walikota, maka semua sekolah di Kota Padang diaktifkan dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada anak sekolah tentang pentingnya penggunaan masker dalam lingkungan masyarakat sesuai anjuran untuk penerapan protokol kesehatan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya pencegahan dini dari virus COVID-19. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Sosialisasi Pentingnya Penggunaan Masker Pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19 sebagai upaya penerapan protokol kesehatan demi terciptanya pencegahan terhadap virus Covid-19 pada masyarakat dalam menghadapai situasi pandemik saat ini. Pelaksanaanya adalah melakukan presentasi kesekolah dengan memberikan sosialisasi kepada siswa/anak sekolah dan juga memberikan brosur agar mahasiswa memahami pentingnya penggunaan masker selama melaksanakan pembelajaran disekolah. Pada dasarnya sebenarnya siswa/siswi memahami betul pentingnya menggunakan masker dimasa pendemi COVID-19 seperti sekarang apalagi di dilingkungan sekolah. Namun terkadang masih banyak siswa/siswa yang tidak ingin memakai masker dengan alasan susah bernafas, panas dan mereka berada dalam ruangan yang cukup lama. Dari 10 SMA yang akan dilakukan sosialisasi hanya 5 SMA yang bersedia untuk melakukan sosialisasi yaitu: SMA SIMA,PGRI 3,SMAN 6,PGAI, dan Pembagunan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan serta pemahaman siswa/anak Sekolah Menegah Atas (SMA) mengenai pentingnya pengunaan masker dimasa pandemi COVID-19. Sehingga untuk selanjutnya kualitas kehidupan masyarakat akan meningkat dan penyebaran COVID-19 bisa di kurangi. Kata kunci: Masker, Pembejaran, Covid-19

Abstract

Mortality reports are a reference to see the number of death in hospital due to certain diseases. The current mortality report is still experiencing problems, namely the processing of reporting data is still manual, there is no determination of the cause of death code because there is no death certificate. This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of the mortality report at the hospital Dr. M. Zein Painan in 2021. Type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data analysis using collaizi method.  Research was conducted by in-depth interviews with 4 informants, namely reporting officers, head of the medical record room, coder and death certificate issuance officers.  Results of the study indicate that the implementation of the mortality report has experienced problems including insufficient number of employees resulting in double jobs, staff knowledge is still minimal because they have never attended training, there are no policies, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and evaluation monitoring has not been carried out, thus affecting the output results. Implementation of mortality report has not been carried out completely because officers prioritize reports that have a direct impact on services. Therefore, it is necessary to recruit reporting officers, develop SIM RS for processing mortality data, make policies on mortality reports and evaluate the performance of officers on a regular basis.

Abstract

Pengelolaan dokumen dengan menggunakan sistem yang berbasis komputer/elektronik di sektor kesehatan yang sedang menjadi trend global adalah rekam medis elektronik (RME). Pihak rumah sakit, khususnya rekam medis bagian assembling melakukan pemantauan kualitas mutu berkas rekam medis dengan melaksanakan analisa kuantitatif untuk mengetahui kelengkapan suatu berkas rekam medis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan analisa kuantitatif rekam medis berbasis elektronik di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 182 rekam medis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan analisis kuantitatifdiantara keempat komponen yaitu identifikasi pasien, kelengkapan laporan/catatan yang penting, auntentifikasi penulis, dan catatan yang baik diperoleh rata-rata presentase kelengkapan sebesar 95%,kelengkapantertinggi ditemukan pada komponen identifikasi pasien sebesar99,5%, sedangkan persentasekelengkapan terendah ditemukan padakomponen kelengkapan laporan/catatan yang penting sebesar89%. Sebaiknya dilakukan evaluasi dari hasilanalisis kuantitatif guna mengurangiketidaklengkapan rekam medis agar dapat mendukung dalam pengambilansuatu keputusan.

Abstract

Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses that cause illness ranging from mild to severe. Based on the mayor's circular, all schools in the city of Padang are activated while still observing health protocols. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to school children about the importance of using masks in the community according to the recommendations for implementing health protocols as an effort to increase awareness about the importance of early prevention of the COVID-19 virus. The method of activity used in this community service activity is the dissemination of the importance of using masks during the COVID-19 pandemic as an effort to implement health protocols in order to create prevention of the Covid-19 virus in the community in dealing with the current pandemic situation. The implementation is to do presentations at school by providing socialization to students/school children and also providing brochures so that students understand the importance of using masks while carrying out learning at school. Basically, students really understand the importance of wearing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the school environment. But sometimes there are still many students who don't want to wear masks on the grounds that it's hard to breathe, it's hot and they are in the room for a long time. Of the 10 high schools that will be socialized, only 5 high schools are willing to do the socialization, namely: SMA SIMA, PGRI 3, SMAN 6, PGAI, and Development. This service activity can increase the knowledge and understanding of high school students/children about the importance of using masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. So that in the future the quality of people's lives will improve and the spread of COVID-19 can be reduced.

Abstract

Qualitative and quantitative analysis often found the number of incomplete medical records, analytical reports based on daily recaps, manual data input, and processing of the percentage of data that did not exist. So, medical record analysis requires database Microsoft Excel Fast and accurate Excel VBA programming language. The purpose of this study was to determine the database design for qualitative and quantitative analysis of inpatients using Microsoft Excel in the RSJ. Prof. Hb Saanin Padang. The type of research used is Research and development. In May – June 2022. The number of informants is 2 people and this study uses in-depth interview guidelines. The results showed that in the qualitative analysis database component there were 6 components and 15 data, while in the quantitative there were 4 components and 30 data. The person in charge of filling out the database is one officer. The database design uses UML including, Usecase, class and activity with VBA Excel programming language. The use of a database using Microsoft Excel has been tested and is in accordance with the hospital format. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the database design is in accordance with the hospital format. It is hoped that the database design can be used by hospitals and this research can be continued by further researchers.

Abstract

A medical resume is a summary of all services received by patients during treatment or treatment carried out by health workers. The incompleteness of filling in inpatient medical resumes in hospitals still exists such as lack of attitude and knowledge of health workers, busyness of doctors, absence of SOPs, disagreement with the time limit for filling out medical resumes, which is 1x24 hours. The purpose of this study was to describe the attitudes and knowledge of medical officers to the completeness of filling out an inpatient medical resume. The data used is secondary data, then the data is analyzed by looking for similarities, dissimilarities, views, comparisons and summaries of several research results. The results of the study from 10 journals showed that there were still incomplete medical resumes, due to the lack of knowledge and attitude of officers regarding the importance of completing medical resumes, the unavailability of SOPs for filling out resumes, busy doctors serving patients, resulting in limited time to complete them and the discipline of the doctor in charge. which is still low. From the researcher's analysis, it was concluded that the high number of completeness of completing inpatient medical resumes in hospitals was due to undisciplined officers and the lack of knowledge of officers about filling out resumes. In order to increase the completeness of filling in inpatient medical resumes in hospitals, health workers need to cooperate with each other in filling out medical record documents, especially medical resume sheets in order to create a good, complete and accurate filling.

Abstract

Internal reports are reports that are used and utilized by the hospital. Based on the initial survey that the researchers conducted, it was found that there were delays in collecting outpatient internal reports and processing was still done manually. The purpose of this study was to determine the design of an outpatient patient reporting database application based on Microsoft Excel's Visual Basic For Application (VBA) in Mental Hospitals Prof Hb Saanin Padang. The method used is Research and Development. The results of the study found that the flow was in accordance with the flow of medical record documents. The basic patient data components used are 20 basic patient data components and 7 outpatient internal report components. The person in charge of recording and reporting outpatient care is 1 officer. The database application design uses UML visual modeling with the types of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams and the programming language is VBA Excel. The use of database applications has been effective and speeds up report processing with usage results of 03.60 minutes. So it can be concluded that the database application design has been effective and in accordance with the needs of the hospital.

Abstract

Good distribution of medical record files is the distribution of medical record files that is fast, precise, and efficient. One of the problems found in 5 (five) internal medicine polyclinics that have the most patients and often experience delays in file delivery resulting in missed files (layout). The purpose of this study is to analyze the delay in distributing medical records in internal medicine polyclinics using the fishbone method in kindergarten hospitals. III. Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at the Kindergarten Hospital. III. Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang in February-June. The informants in the study amounted to 8 (eight) people with data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation guidelines. Data processing using the triangulation method with collazzi data analysis.The results of the study were obtained from the fishbone method, namely from Man There are still officers who experience delays in the delivery of files. Money was not found to have any financial problems. Methode does not have an SOP on distribution. Machines and materials were not found to be a problem because they were sufficient. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are still obstacles, namely that there are still officers who experience delays in distributing files, and there is no SOP regarding distribution. It is hoped that hospitals will immediately make SOPs regarding distribution and overcome problems with delays in the delivery of medical record files. Keywords: Delay,distribusi,medical records

Abstract

System design aims to prepare a new/proposed system implementation plan. System design stage are carried out after the analysis stage, because after system analysis activities a system analyst has a clear picture of what must be idone. Thei aimi ofi thisi researchi isi toi findi outi thei design ofi coding learning media for chapters XIV, XV, XVI, XVII based on Microsoft Access at STIKESi Dharmai Landbouwi Padangi in 2024. This typei ofi researchi isi quantitative with a researchi method, namely researchi andi idevelopment, whichi willi bei carriedi outi at STIKES Dharma Landbouw Padang from March to June 2024. Thei populationi for thisi researchi isi 97 RMIK level 3 studentsi withi ai samplei of 14 istudents. Datai collectioni techniquesi werei carriedi outi usingi iquestionnaires, observationi andi simulation as well as collection tools, namely questionnaires, observation tables and simulation tables. Thei researchi resultsi showedi thati thei coding application hadi ai process flow with 5 steps and 5 required data components and was successfully executed well and was designed using a prototype and UML. This application was successfully run with an average ICD 10 code search time of 20.5 seconds. Abstract

Ketepatan diagnosis utama yang ditetapkan pada akhir episode pengobatan pasien mempengaruhi kualitas berkas rekam medis dan dinilai dari kesesuaian diagnosis dengan ICD-10. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk diketahuinya bagaimana tinjauan ketepatan kode diagnosis dan kelengkapan penulisan diagnosis pasien rawat jalan obgyn di RSU Aisyiyah Padang tahun 2024. Penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif ini dilakukan di RSU Aisyiyah Padang dari 01 hingga 06 Mei 2024, dengan populasi 303 lembar SBPK dan sampel 75 lembar SBPK. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dengan instrumen tabel checklist dan pengolahan data menggunakan teknik editing, coding, processing, dan cleaning. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelengkapan penulisan diagnosis sebanyak (33.3%) dari 25 lembar SBPK yang tidak lengkap dan sebanyak (66.7%) dari 50 lembar SBPK yang lengkap dan ketepatan kode diagnosis sebanyak (36.0%) dari 27 lembar SBPK yang tidak tepat dan sebanyak (64.0%) dari 48 lembar SBPK yang tepat.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa masih banyak terdapat ketidaklengkapan penulisan diagnosis dan ketidaktepatan kode diagnosis. Diharapkan dokter menuliskan diagnosis penyakit dengan lengkap dan tepat sesuai kaidah dan aturan yang ada dalam ICD-10.
