Abstract

Abstract The people of North Sumatra Province, especially the South Tapanuli region which are diverse in terms of their religion, there are Muslims, Christians and other religions. However, religious factors or perceptions that are only based on religious reasons do not necessarily affect people's behavior towards decisions about using this type of banking service. Seeing the many factors that determine customer decisions in using banking services. The type of research is a quantitative field research. The marketing mix variable partially cannot be used as a determining factor for community decisions in choosing Sharia and conventional banks in North Sumatra Province. While motivation and perception variables can be partially used as a determining factor for community decisions in choosing Sharia and Conventional Then, the motivation, perception and marketing mix variables can simultaneously be used as a determining factor for community decisions in choosing Sharia and Conventional Banks in North Sumatra Province. Abstrack Masyarakat Provinsi Sumatera Utara, khususnya wilayah Tapanuli Selatan memiliki agama yang beragam, ada Muslim, Kristen dan agama lain. Namun, faktor atau persepsi keagamaan yang hanya didasarkan pada alasan keagamaan tidak serta merta mempengaruhi perilaku masyarakat terhadap keputusan tentang penggunaan jenis layanan perbankan. Melihat banyak faktor yang menentukan keputusan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan perbankan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Variabel bauran pemasaran secara parsial tidak dapat digunakan sebagai faktor penentu bagi keputusan masyarakat dalam memilih Syariah dan bank konvensional di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Sementara variabel motivasi dan persepsi sebagian dapat digunakan sebagai faktor penentu untuk keputusan masyarakat dalam memilih Syariah dan Konvensional Kemudian, variabel motivasi, persepsi dan bauran pemasaran secara bersamaan dapat digunakan sebagai faktor penentu untuk keputusan.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this research is the lack of human resource development and its relation to employee job satisfaction at PT.  Bank Muamalat KC Padangsidimpuan.  The results of observations of various problems that have occurred require complex thinking, this needs to be solved immediately, especially the problem of HR at PT.  Bank Muamalat KC Padangsidimpuan.  Some employees occupy fields of work that are not in accordance with their disciplinary background, besides that there are also complaints that there are difficulties in carrying out their duties as a result of decreased morale.  So that the formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of the program and HR development factors on employee job satisfaction.  Then the purpose of this study was to determine the human resource development program and what factors affect employee job satisfaction at PT.  Bank Muamalat KC Padangsidimpuan.  The theory presented in this study is the theory of human resource development, objectives, principles of human resource development, factors that influence human resource development, training theory, career development theory, compensation theory, job satisfaction theory and factors that influence job satisfaction.  work.  The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, with the research location at PT.  Bank Muamalat KC Padangsidimpuan with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation which aims to find out how Human Resource Development and its relation to employee job satisfaction at PT.  Bank Muamalat KC Padangsidimpuan The results of this study are, based on the discussion that has been presented, the results of the research show that the development of human resources in each company is very important to note because one of the factors that influence the development of human resources at PT.  Bank Muamalat KC Padansgsidimpuan will affect the level of progress of the company and will also affect the employees themselves in order to improve the quality and quantity of employee work so that employees will feel satisfied with the work results and positions or positions of employees at PT.  Bank Muamalat KC Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the existing theory that the higher the level of profit sharing, the Musyarakah financing will increase, conversely if the profit sharing rate decreases, the Musyarakah financing will tend to decrease. This is not in accordance with the financial statements of sharia commercial banks and sharia business units for the 2016-2018 period. So that the formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an effect on the level of revenue sharing towards the financing of Musyarakah in Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units for the 2016-2018 Period. And this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the level of profit sharing on the financing of Musyarakah in Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units for the 2016-2018 Period. This study deals with financial statements that discuss the notion of financing, elements of financing, financing functions, financing benefits, understanding Musyarakah, types of Musyarakah, Al-Musyarakah benefits, Understanding of results, basic principles of the concept of revenue sharing, method of calculation of results , the application of profit sharing in Islamic banking, in connection with the approach taken is the theories relating to the financing of Musharaka, profit sharing. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data source used is secondary data taken through www.ojk.go.id. Data collection techniques used are literature study and documentation based on financial reports on the level of profit sharing, musyarakah financing at Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units for the 2016-2018 Period. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis test, normality test, simple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis test: t test, determination coefficient test (R2). The results of the study partially indicate that the level of revenue sharing affects the financing of Musyarakah.

Abstract

ROA and ROE affect the Financial Distress that is if the percentage value of ROA and ROE is at a high value, it can be said that the company is still far from financial distress. The higher the return on assets means the higher the amount of net profit generated and vice versa. ROA and ROE which have increased and financial distress have increased occurred in Muamalat Indonesia bank in 2016, Bank Rakyat Indonesia in 2016, Bank Negara Indonesia in 2016 and 2018, Bank Central Asia in 2017, Bank Syariah Mandiri in 2016, Bank Panin Syariah in 2017 , Bank Mega Syariah in 2015, Bank Bukopin Syariah in 2016, Bank Victoria Syariah in 2018, Maybank Syariah in 2017, Bank Syariah State Pensioners in 2015 and 2018 and the value of Return on Assets which declined and the value of financial distress also decreased in banks. Mega Syariah in 2018, Bank Victoria Syariah in 2018, Bank Panin Syariah in 2015, and Bank Bukopin Syariah in 2018. Formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of ROA and ROE on financial distress in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in 2014-2018 . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROA and ROE on financial distress in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in 2014-2018. The discussion of this study deals with the analysis of financial statements and profitability ratios and financial distress by using the Zmijewski X-score method. This research is a quantitative study using panel data regression analysis. The data used are time series data for 2014-2018 published through the official website of each Islamic commercial bank in Indonesia, which was analyzed using Software Eviews 9. Partial ROA has a tcount value Ftable (4.664855 2.77) which means that both variables affect the financial distress variable in 2014-2018. Based on the results of the acquisition R2 of 0.592051, it means that 59 percent of financial distress is influenced by ROA and ROE while 41 percent is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The lack of interest of the people of Batang Toru District in using gold installment products. The increase in gold prices makes some people tend to want to own gold. This causes people's interest to own gold to also increase. Gold installment products attract people's attention to own gold. However, what happened to the people of Batang Toru Subdistrict they felt burdened with the down payment given by the bank to the community, which was 20%, so that the community preferred to pay in installments for gold in a conventional way compared to sharia. The purpose of this study is to determine whether promotion, price, and service quality affect the interest of the people of Batang Toru District using gold installment products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Batang Toru. The theory used in this research is public interest, promotion theory, price, service quality. This study is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis, data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 people in Batang Toru District. The sampling technique is incidental sampling. Data processing was carried out with SPSS version 23. The results of the analysis carried out by researchers, the results of the partial study (t test) showed that promotion had an effect on the interest of the people of Batang Toru District using gold installment products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Batang Toru. Price has an effect on the interest of the people of Batang Toru District using gold installment products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Batang Toru. And the quality of service has an effect on the interest of the people of Batang Toru District using gold installment products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Batang Toru. Judging by the promotion F test, price and quality of service have a simultaneous effect on the interest of the people of Batang Toru District using gold installment products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Batang Toru.

Abstract

Return On Assets (ROA) is a ratio used to determine the bank's ability to generate profits. The problem in this research is that there is a phenomenon that is not in accordance with the theory. Where, in 2011 the fourth quarter of Non Performing Financing (NPF) decreased accompanied by a decrease in the value of Return On Assets (ROA), as well as Earning Asset Quality (KAP) increased but was not followed by an increase in Return On Assets (ROA). This research is a quantitative research, with the research location at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah, Tbk using secondary data as many as 40 samples in the form of quarterly consolidated financial statements obtained from the website www.ojk.go.id. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, coefficient of determination (R2), as well as t test and F test. The results of the partial study (t test) show that Non Performing Financing (NPF) has a significant effect on return. On Assets (ROA), as evidenced by tcount ttable (2.464 2.026) with a significance level of 0.019 0.05, and Earning Asset Quality (KAP) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), as evidenced by - tcount -ttable that is (-3.385-2.026) with a significance level of 0.002 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Earning Asset Quality (KAP) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) as evidenced by Fcount Ftable (8.981 3.25) with a significant level of 0.001 0.05.The Effect of Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Earning Asset Quality (KAP) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Abstract

Sharia banking in Indonesia has approached 24 years of age. This age implies that it such sharia banking has shifted to maturity phase. It has developed significantly compared to that of previous years. It can be observed from its average growth of its assets, DPK, PYD which is 45% higher than the years of 2000 up to 2014. However, it is expected that it must able to make use of opportunities which are presently available to encounter challenges in the future, Consequently, it should be able to take advantage of supports and contributions of other such related parties as government, ulama, society, academicians, and students majoring in sharia banking as well. Abstract

Abstract                There is an increase or decrease in zakat followed by the ratio of Net Profit Margin (NPM), which is not in accordance with the theory. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of zakat on the ratio of Net Profit Margin (NPM) at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Tbk. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data source used is secondary data. The analytical tools used are descriptive statistics, normality test, linearity test, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, and partial regression coefficient test (t test). The results of the study with the equation NPM = 5,299 - 0.135 X + 0.066 and the R Square data is 0.131 or 13.1%, this means that the zakat variable explains that the Net Profit Margin ratio (NPM) in PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Tbk. influenced by 13.1%, while the remaining 86.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. For the t test results, there is a significant influence between zakat and the ratio of Net Profit Margin (NPM).Keywords: Net Profit Margin Ratio (NPM), and Zakat

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of customers who have had problems with murābaḥah contracts from 2015 to 2018. In 2015 there were 329 people, in 2016 it decreased to 251 people. But in 2017 the number of problem financing customers increased to 295 people and in 2018 there were 343 people. The formulation of the problem in this study is twofold, firstly what are the factors that cause financing problems in the murābaḥah contract at PT? Bank Syariah Mandiri Sibolga Branch office with the aim of research to find out the factors that cause financing problems in the murābaḥah contract at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Sibolga Branch Office. Secondly, how to deal with problematic financing in the murābaḥah contract at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Sibolga Branch office with the aim of research to determine the handling of problem financing in the murābaḥah contract at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Sibolga Branch Office. This research is qualitative research, the data source used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The results showed that the factors causing problematic financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri Sibolga Branch Office were caused by two factors namely, internal factors which consisted of weak analysis, lack of supervision of the flow of funds, and disorderly administration. And external factors consist of customer lifestyle, bad faith, declining business conditions, and business competition. Handling problematic financing is done by billing via telephone and direct billing to the place of the customer. Then the other way is by restructuring which consists of three stages, namely rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring and the last way is by carrying out a guarantee execution.
