Abstract

The gap between the demand and availibility of rice production in Pandeglang District must be maintained and even increased in number to maintain the availability of rice in Pandeglang District. This research aims to analyze the sustainability of rice availability at Pandeglang District based on sustainability index and status using a RAP-RICE ordination technique with Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS) method. This study used primary and secondary data. Results of the MDS analysis RAP-RICE ordinary technique showed that a sustainability index of rice availability at Pandeglang District was 51.88 which categorized as sustainable sufficient. Analysis for five dimensions (ecology, economy, socio-culture, institution and technology) showed that a sustainability index of rice availability at Pandeglang District for economic dimension was relatively high, 57.10, respectively, which categorized as sustainable sufficient; the index for institution, ecological and technology dimensions were 42.58, 40.88, and 27.86 respectively, categorized as less sustainable; and the index for sosio-culture dimension was 22.54 which categorized as not sustainable. Results of leverage analysis indicated that 10 out of 30 attributes were sensitivity influential to sustainability of rice availability.

Abstract

This research is to describe the marketing mapping abon of tuna fish by using quantitative mapping, market mapping, price mapping, and traffic mapping. This study used survey method to determine the location of the intentionally (purposive) that is in Business Karya Mandiri "Bu Bedah" Muara Village. Population in this study is the production abon of tuna fish Business of Karya Mandiri "Bu Bedah" Muara Village Wanasalam Lebak Banten. Research use descriptive analysis method where data analyzed by describing collected data. Respondent method taking by snowball sampling. Result of the research 1) The quantitative mapping that total production abon of tuna fish in Business Karya Mandiri "Bu Bedah" is 300 kg / month. 2) Market mapping abon of tuna fish conducted in the market area and outside area. 3) Price mapping abon of tuna fish in Business Karya Mandiri "Bu Bedah". For the price abon of tuna fish to a wholesaler at the price of Rp.140.000 / kg, the price abon of tuna fish to retailers according of the size, the size of 90 grams with the price of Rp. 12.000 and size 140 gram with price Rp. 22,000. The price abon of tuna fish to the consumers the varied in according with the size, the size of 90 grams with the price of Rp. 15.000 and size 140 gram with price Rp. 25.000. With the brand "Bu Bedah". Large traders sell with retailers price Rp. 35,000 with the brand "Sarinah". While retailers (giant, carefour, and hypermart) sell abon to consumers price Rp. 48.900. 4)  Traffic mapping used in the delivery of product abon of tuna fish using four-wheeled vehicles and motorcycles. Delivery time in the morning and evening.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the influence of product quality, distribution and digital marketing towards the marketing performance of the UMKM of pecak bandeng as local culinary in pandemic era. The kind of data used in this study is the primary data based on questionnaires given to the owners of pecak bandeng UMKM in Serang city which have used digital marketing. The measurement techniques using likert scale 1-5 and tested with the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer a hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that product quality, distribution and digital marketing have an influence on the marketing performance with a significance value 0.00 < 0.05. The result means that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. And the result means the coefficient of determination indicates product quality, distribution and digital marketing has an influence towards the marketing performance is 96% while the rest 4% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of price, attitude, income, product quality and sales location on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted in Pasar Anyar, Tangerang City. The study time was conducted in December - Maret 2022. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this study was incidental sampling with a total sample of 50 people. The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis test. The results of the t-test (partial) indicate that the product quality variable (X4) have a significance value of < 0,05 and t-test > t-table. It can be concluded that partially the independent variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). While the price variable (X1), attitude (X2), income (X3), and sales location (X5) has a significance value of > 0,05 and t-test < t-table. It can be concluded that partially price variable does not affect the purchase decision (Y). The results of the F-test show a significance value of < 0.05 and f-test > f-table. It can be concluded that the variable price, attitude, income, product quality and sales location together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Cabai Rawit

Abstract

Kue gipang singkong adalah panganan lokal  Cilegon yang saat ini jarang dijumpai. Salah satu produsennya adalah UMKM IKA-KE. Guna mempertahankan  keberlanjutan bisnis kue gipang singkong, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik konsumen, persepsi dan daur hidup produk Kue Gipang Singkong IKA-KE. Atribut yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitas produk, kemasan, label, merek dan harga. Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) digunakan untuk menganalisis persepsi konsumen, sedangkan daur hidup produk dianalisis dengan metode Polli and Cook. Skor IPA berdasarkan rata-rata tingkat kepentingan diperoleh sebesar 4,24, dan tingkat kinerja  sebesar 4,12. Hasil perhitungan CSI sebesar 82,45% dimana konsumen merasa sangat puas dengan produk kue gipang IKA-KE. Product life cycle  Kue Gipang Singkong IKA-KE saat ini masih berada pada posisi growth, artinya usaha masih mengalami peningkatan penjualan yang relatif pesat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the variables that influence consumer behavior in purchasing decisions in buying bananas at Toko Tani Indonesia Center Pasar Minggu. This study was conducted from October 2021 to June 2022.  The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 40. The independent variables in this study suffered from a multicollinearity problem. One method to overcome this is applying the regression of Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (LASSO).  LASSO regression can solve the problem of multicollinearity by shrinking the estimated coefficients towards zero or setting them to exactly zero so that LASSO regression can select variables in the regression model. The result of the LASSO analysis, variables that had a significant influence on consumers' decision to buy bananas were physiological factors, i.e., motivation, perception, knowledge, belief, and attitude.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Beji, Kota Depok yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran alpukat dan pemetaan pemasaran alpukat (pemetaan kuantitatif, pemetaan harga, pemetaan wilayah pasar, dan pemetaan lalu lintas). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode sensus untuk pengambilan sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pemetaan kuantitatif alpukat di Kecamatan Beji menghasilkan 95.680 Kg/tahun. Wilayah yang paling banyak menghasilkan alpukat adalah Kelurahan Kukusan dengan 55.130 Kg dan wilayah yang menghasilkan paling sedikit adalah Kelurahan Tanah Baru dengan 2.700 Kg. 2) Harga alpukat di Kecamatan Beji di tingkat petani langsung ke konsumen sebesar Rp 35.000/Kg, harga jual ke tengkulak sebesar Rp 30.000/Kg, dan harga jual ke pedagang pengecer sebesar Rp 35.000 - Rp 40.000/Kg. 3) Pemetaan wilayah pemasaran alpukat di Kecamatan Beji mencakup Pasar Induk Depok, Pasar Baru Depok Jaya, Pasar Kemiri Muka, Happyfresh Depok, Happyfresh Jakarta Selatan, Pasar Induk Cikema Bogor, dan Pulau Sumatera. 4) Pemetaan lalu lintas menunjukkan distribusi alpukat di Kecamatan Beji dilakukan dengan menggunakan sepeda motor, mobil, pick-up, dan kargo.Kata kunci: alpukat, beji depok, pemetaan pemasaran, saluran pemasaran.AbstractThis study was conducted in Beji Subdistrict, Depok City, aiming to understand the marketing channels and mapping of avocado marketing (quantitative mapping, price mapping, market area mapping, and traffic mapping). The research method used was descriptive qualitative, using a census method for sampling. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that: 1) Quantitative mapping of avocados in Beji Subdistrict produced 95,680 Kg/year. The area with the highest avocado production was Kukusan Village with 55,130 Kg, and the area with the lowest production was Tanah Baru Village with 2,700 Kg. 2) The price of avocados in Beji Subdistrict at the farmer level directly to consumers was Rp 35,000/Kg, the selling price to middlemen was Rp 30,000/Kg, and the selling price to retailers was Rp 35,000 - Rp 40,000/Kg. 3) Mapping of avocado marketing areas in Beji Subdistrict covered Depok Central Market, Depok Jaya New Market, Kemiri Muka Market, Happyfresh Depok, Happyfresh South Jakarta, Cikema Bogor Central Market, and Sumatra Island. 4) Traffic mapping showed that the distribution of avocados in Beji Subdistrict was carried out using motorcycles, cars, pick-ups, and cargo.Key words: avocado, beji depok, marketing channel, marketing mapping
