Abstract

Abstrak. Media sosial berperan penting dalam menyebarkan opini publik terhadap isu-isu kebijakan. Revisi Undang-Undang (UU) Penyiaran menimbulkan perdebatan, terutama di kalangan konten kreator digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur jaringan interaksi pengguna Instagram terhadap unggahan Deddy Corbuzier terkait revisi UU Penyiaran, serta mengidentifikasi aktor sentral dan sentimen publik yang terbentuk. Metode yang digunakan adalah Social Network Analysis (SNA) dengan visualisasi jaringan melalui perangkat lunak Gephi. Temuan menunjukkan adanya 1168 aktor dengan total 1117 interaksi, serta aktor paling berpengaruh seperti @tretanmuslim dan @kpipusat berdasarkan empat indikator sentralitas. Analisis sentimen dari 4.396 komentar menunjukkan mayoritas bersifat netral (51%). Implikasi dari temuan ini memperlihatkan bagaimana opini publik terbentuk dan menyebar melalui figur populer di media sosial, serta bagaimana media digital menjadi arena kritik terhadap kebijakan negara. Abstract. Social media plays a significant role in shaping public opinion on policy issues. The revision of the Broadcasting Law (UU Penyiaran) sparked debate, especially among digital content creators. This article aims to analyze the interaction network structure of Instagram users in response to Deddy Corbuzier's post about the broadcasting law revision, and to identify key actors and the prevailing public sentiment. The method used is Social Network Analysis (SNA) with network visualization generated through Gephi software. The findings reveal the presence of 1,168 actors with a total of 1,117 interactions. Influential actors such as @tretanmuslim and @kpipusat were identified based on four centrality indicators. Sentiment analysis of 4,396 comments indicates that the majority were neutral (51%). These findings demonstrate how public opinion is formed and disseminated through popular figures on social media and how digital platforms function as arenas for policy critique.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pengelolaan sampah organik rumah tangga di Desa Bojong Nangka, secara khusus berfokus pada pengembangan kompos dan eko-enzim sebagai alternatif yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk mengurangi jumlah sampah organik dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang tepat. Teknik yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pengawasan dalam pelaksanaan pengolahan sampah organik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa konversi sampah organik menjadi kompos dan eko-enzim menghasilkan pengurangan sampah dan menghasilkan produk yang bernilai. Program ini juga mendukung upaya Kampung Iklim, yang berupaya untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih bersih dan menyehatkan.

Abstract

This study discusses television media policy as an old media that looks at new media trends, participates in the flow of trends by using new media as a means of disseminating the material owned, attracting viewers and reaping the benefits of new media. On the other hand, this television policy has a direct impact on the television broadcast regulator, the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI), which has no authority over content on the internet. The researcher took the main case to be analyzed, namely the Jakarta-based free to air television and the attitude of the Central KPI commissioner. The core theory determinism is the discovery or development of communication technology is a factor that changes human culture. The discovery or development of communication technology is what actually changes human culture. If Karl Marx assumed that history was determined by the power of production, then according to McLuhan human existence was determined by changes in modes of communication. Changes in modes of communication form a culture by going through several stages, namely, discoveries in communication technology lead to cultural change, changes in the types of communication shape human life and how the tools for communication affect our own lives. On the other hand, the transition of content from conventional television to the YouTube channel directly reduces the role of the KPI that shares public power in the supervision of broadcast content as a spirit of Reformation, with the transition of broadcast content to the YouTube channel precisely returning the role of supervision and enforcement to the Government through number law. 11 of 2008 concerning electronic information and transactions.
