Abstract

Information technology can be applied to identify endemic diseases in an area, in this case Sabu Raijua Regency. Endemic diseases can be identified early using the Clustering K-Means method where this method partitions data into one or more clusters/groups, so that data with the same characteristics are grouped into the same cluster and data with different characteristics are grouped into groups. another group. The data used in this study are medical record data at the Seba Health Center as many as 1020 data with year, village, diagnosis, age and gender variables. Due to the large amount of data, the K-Means Clustering process will use Weka 8.5 as a tool. The results of this study indicate the characteristics and patterns of endemic diseases in the service area of ​​the Seba Health Center with variables of year, village, diagnosis, age and gender, the characteristics used are based on the most optimal number of clusters. The most optimal number of clusters can be found using the Elbow Method. The results of clustering of 1020 medical record data showed that the most optimal number of clusters was 2 clusters with the characteristics of ARI diagnosis. Keywords:

Abstract

Ant algorithm is a methodology, that is generated through the observation of theants. In Ant algorithm, ants serveas an agent assigned to find a solution to a problem the shortest route. Ant algorithm has been applied in many fields, one of which is to see a solution in the search for the shortest routeto theTraveling Salesman Problem (TSP). Research conducted Ant algorithm is to make an application to the determination of the shortest distanceas the coding matlab program in the selection of the shortest route in order to help determine the shortest distance from a trajectory. The test results showed Shortest Route Program applications using ant algorithm with alarge value of Alpha=1.0; Beta=1.0; Rho=0.5andT-Beginning =0:01with city coordinates[10 0; 300; 15,20; 25,20; 1030; 30,30] withthe number of iterations or 10cycles to obtain the path length of the shortest path length=1-3-5-6-4-2so that the shortest path is: 103.5917cm. Effects of changes in the variation of the experiment Rho. Rho smallest value obtained for a total of 10 cycles or iterations with the shortes tpath length is103.5917. At Rho: 12:50 with a large average value of 3 times the trial time calculation is: 3.815sec.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the water potential of the Pahambur Wai River, in Nggongi Village, Karera District, East Sumba Regency to be used as a driving source for Micro Hydro Power Plants.This study aims to measure the water potential of the Pahambur Wai River, in Nggongi Village, Karera District, East Sumba Regency to be used as a driving source for Micro Hydro Power Plants. The research methods used are observation, area mapping, measurement of water flow and elevation, calculation of potential for electric power generated, Detail Engineering Design, cost calculation and economic feasibility.From the analysis and calculation, the maximum water flow of the Pahambur Wai River is 1,687 m3/s, minimum water flow is 0.054 m3/s. Probability availability is 70%, or 0.240 m3/s, with an effective elevation of 15 meters. The actual electric power generated is 20.44 kW. Type of turbine of MHPP is the Crossflow T14, D300 turbine, and coupled using a V belt, to a 3 phase synchronous generator, with a capacity of 25 kW.The plan for the construction and operation of the MHPP is economically feasible, as can be seen from the indicators of investment feasibility NPV, IRR, and Profitability Index.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem pembagian air secara otomatis yang berbasis pada mikrokontroler atmega 16 yang berfokus pada efisiensi dan keterlibatan teknologi dalam kehidupan sehari hari. Sistem ini masih dalam bentuk prototipe yang nantinya dapat menjadi gambaran terhadap masyarakat ketika ingin direalisasikan ke dalam sistem pembagianair yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan padapenelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan tahapan berupa studi literatur, identifikasi kebutuhan sistem, perancangan dan pembuatan prototipe sistem, pemograman mikrokontroler pengujian dan analisa sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh sistem dapat bekerja dengan baik yang didukung dengan mikrokontroler atmega 16 dan relay 4 chanel dapat beroperasi dengan baik pada tegangan kerja 5 V DC, akurasi sensor-sensor yang digunakan mencapai 99% dan Solenoid valve yang digunakan dapat beroperasi dengan baik setelah dilengkapi dengan modul RC-Snubber.

Abstract

Image retrieval systems with a fast search process are still challenging for researchers. Fast search methods are one of the most important parts of image retrieval. One of the techniques used is reducing feature dimensions using the Locality Sensitivity Hashing (LSH) method. Apart from that, feature types and image extraction methods are selected. Image feature extraction uses the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method in this research. Measuring similarity using the Hamming Distance (HD) and Euclidean Distance (ED) methods. The datasets used are TenunIkatNet and Batik300. The LSH method forms a hash table as a bucket to group similar images based on probability and in the form of binary code. The research results show that the LSH+HD+ED method provides faster search results than ED. The image retrieval time for the LSH+HD+ED and ED methods is 0.252 seconds and 4.5 seconds, respectively, for the TenunIkatNet dataset. Meanwhile, the Batik300 dataset is 0.03 seconds and 0.9 seconds. Using the LSH method is very effective for large datasets. Retrieval accuracy using the LSH+HD+ED method was 99.705% and 84% for the TenunIkatNet and Batik300 datasets, respectively. Meanwhile, the ED method produces 94.17% and 82% retrieval accuracy, respectively.

Abstract

Classifying the quality of corn seeds by manual visual observation takes a long time. It also produces products with uneven quality due to visual limitations, fatigue, and differences in observer perception. This research aims to classify superior corn seeds using the machine learning method, namely K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN). The research data uses 500 images of corn seeds consisting of 400 training images and 100 test images. Extraction of corn image features uses the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) method to obtain texture characteristics. The texture characteristic values ​​of metric natural corn images concist of contrast, energy, homogeneity and correlation. Based on the image texture characteristic values, classification is carried out using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method. The classification results consist of classes of viable and non-viable corn seeds. The performance evaluation metric method calculates accuracy, sensitivity and specificity using a confusion matrix. This research shows that the value of k=5 is the most optimal, and the accuracy, sensitivity and sensitivity values, respectively, are 75%, 77% and 72% found in the ninth fold

Abstract

Abstrak Penggunaan sistem komputerisasi sangat dibutuhkan karena dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat pekerjaan manusia. Tetapi tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa ketrampilan menggunakan teknologi tidak serta merta meningkat, hal ini dialami oleh guru di SDK St. Arnoldus Penfui dimana masih minimnya ketrampilan dalam mengoperasikan dan memanfaatkan aplikasi Microsoft Excel, sementara aplikasi tersebut dapat membantu memudahkan pekerjaan mengolah angka, maupun teks untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa yang sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013. Berdasarkan alasan tersebut, dibuatlah kegiatan pengabdian “PKM Pemanfaatan Microsoft Excel untuk Menunjang Proses Belajar Mengajar pada SDK St. Arnoldus Penfui Kupang”. Adapun metodologi pelaksanaan kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat adalah sebagai berikut tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan serta dilakukan evaluasi sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan program. Kegiatan PKM dapat terlaksana dengan baik dengan pemberian materi (30%) dan praktek atau tutorial (70%) adapun materi yang diberikan adalah Pengenalan Microsoft Excel, Workbooks & Worksheets di Excel, Formula & Function di Excel, Conditional Formatting di Excel, Logical & Mathematical Function di Excel, Charts di Excel. Sementara luaran yang dicapai pada kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru SDK St. Arnoldus Penfui menjadi terampil dalam menggunakan microsoft excel untuk membuat rekapan absensi dan daftar nilai hasil belajar siswa. Abstract A computerized system is needed because it can simplify and speed up human work. However, it is undeniable that the skills to use technology do not increase immediately. Teachers experience this at SDK St. Arnold Penfui, where there is still a lack of skills in operating and utilizing Microsoft Excel applications, while these applications can help facilitate the work of processing numbers, as well as texts to describe student learning outcomes by the 2013 curriculum—supporting the Teaching and Learning Process at SDK St. Arnold Penfui Kupang". The methodology for implementing Community Partnership Program activities is as follows: preparation stage, implementation of activities using training and mentoring methods, and evaluation as a measure of program success. PKM activities can be carried out well by providing materials (30%) and practice or tutorials (70%) while the material provided is Introduction to Microsoft Excel, Workbooks & Worksheets in Excel, Formulas & Functions in Excel, Conditional Formatting in Excel, Logical & Mathematical Functions in Excel, Charts in Excel. While the outcomes achieved in this activity are the SDK St. Arnoldus Penfui became skilled in using Microsoft Excel to make attendance records and lists of student learning outcomes

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi numerasi merupakan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa sekolah dasar sebagai fondasi dalam menguasai berbagai mata pelajaran. Namun, hasil asesmen nasional menunjukkan capaian literasi dan numerasi siswa tergolong rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa melalui pembelajaran matematika berbasis media interaktif di SD Inpres Naimata. Metode yang digunakan adalah menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis media interaktif menggunakan aplikasi Kahoot pada materi operasi bilangan serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test bagi kelas 5 SD Inpres Naimata. Sebanyak 19 siswa dengan rerata nilai pre test adalah 70,53 dan rerata nilai post test adalah 91,32. Hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan adanya peningkatan antara nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test siswa. Hal ini membuktikan penggunaan media interaktif berdampak nyata terhadap peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi serta meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran matematika berbasis media interaktif direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu strategi inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.
