Abstract

This study examines cooperatives' opportunities and challenges in the industrial era 4.0 by strengthening human resource management to manage market changes caused by the 4.0 competition war in the Indonesian economy in 2045, which affects all aspects of digitalization in cooperative organizations. Business intelligence is also needed to evaluate high-tech breakthroughs in the exchange of design and innovation knowledge and supplier and customer behavior data, which will be conveyed in Industry 4.0. The troubling method approach was used for this study to examine causal relationships, listen to information from multiple parties, and find appropriate solution ideas through a qualitative narrative study. The study found that Indonesian cooperatives require more planning and finance to realize their full potential. The Indonesian economy will be built on this innovation in 2045 to achieve cooperative economic goals. Cooperatives need confidence in their role in the digital platform transformation ecosystem, which requires close collaboration that benefits suppliers and customers

Abstract

Digital consumer behavior has changed because of Generation Z which requires companies to build customer satisfaction together with digital customer delight as their main competitive advantage. The research investigates how access speed and shopping transaction security and unexpected value impact digital customer delight for Generation Z users. The study used quantitative research methods to conduct its research through explanatory research design. The researchers conducted a survey which collected data from 220 Generation Z digital users who participated through purposive sampling. The researchers performed data analysis using multiple linear regression after conducting validity testing and reliability testing and classical assumption tests. The study results show that access speed and transaction security together with unexpected value lead to digital customer delight. Access speed functions as a technical factor which improves efficiency together with flow experience while transaction security establishes trust and psychological comfort and unexpected value serves as the primary emotional factor which creates positive surprises and unforgettable moments. The study results show that Generation Z people experience delight through their technology use and their access to security measures together with the experiential marketing elements. The research outcomes provide digital companies with marketing system design and strategy development guidance which will enhance customer satisfaction and create enduring customer loyalty.

Abstract

The digital economic transformation needs digital MSMEs to create sustainable innovation capabilities which will help them succeed in their business competition. The study investigates how digital leadership and knowledge management capability together with innovation climate evaluation affect the digital innovation capacity of digital-based MSMEs. The researchers executed their research through a quantitative research method which used an explanatory research design for their study. The study collected data by surveying digital-based MSME owners and managers who participated through purposive sampling. The researchers used multiple linear regression to analyze the data after completing validity and reliability testing and classical assumption testing. The research established that digital leadership and knowledge management capability with innovation climate create a positive connection which improves digital innovation capacity. Digital leadership functions as an organizational power that propels digital transformation while knowledge management capability allows organizations to gather new information and apply their existing knowledge and innovation climate establishes a workspace that fosters innovation activities. The research findings offer MSME managers strategic guidance which helps them create policies that enable sustainable technology-based innovation.
