This study was motivated by the predominance of conventional learning media in Science and Social Studies (IPAS) learning for fifth-grade elementary school students, resulting in limited student engagement during the learning process. In addition, teachers’ limited time in developing digital learning media has hindered the optimal integration of technology into classroom instruction. This study aimed to: (1) describe the design and development of an interactive E-worksheet assisted by Liveworksheet for IPAS learning, (2) analyze the validity of the developed media, and (3) analyze its practicality. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The research subjects included material experts, media experts, language experts, two fifth-grade teachers, and twenty fifth-grade students from Cluster VII, Sukasada District. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques. The results indicated that the interactive E-worksheet assisted by Liveworksheet was successfully developed based on students’ needs, learning characteristics, and the learning outcomes specified in the Merdeka Curriculum. The validation results showed scores of 0,94 from material experts, 0,91 from media experts, and 0,91 from language experts, of categorized as very valid. The practicality test yielded a score of 96% from teachers and 94% from students, both categorized as very practical. These findings indicate that the developed interactive E-worksheet assisted by Liveworksheet is highly feasible for use in IPAS learning for fifth-grade elementary school students due to its excellent validity and practicality levels.
