Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the marketing mix of oyster mushrooms at UPT BLK Wonojati Malang, as well as the obstacles faced, so that oyster mushroom business managers at UPT BLK Wonojati Malang need to develop the right marketing strategy in dealing with problems in order to achieve opportunities, so that company goals can be achieved. This study uses a qualitative method (case study). Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, literature and library studies and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study indicate that the marketing mix of oyster mushrooms at UPT BLK Wonojati Malang has implemented the four elements of the marketing mix including product, price, place, and promotion. The obstacles faced in marketing include fraud, declining product quality, unable to meet market targets, no business agreement, promotion is not optimal, packaging or repacking is not attractive, the location is too far, the production machine is still manual, and competition. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan bauran pemasaran jamur tiram di UPT BLK Wonojati Malang, serta kendala-kendala ang dihadapinya, sehingga pengelola usaha jamur tiram di UPT BLK Wonojati Malang memerlukan pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dalam menghadapi permasalahan guna meraih peluang, agar tujuan perusahaan bisa tercapai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif (studi kasus). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi literatur dan kepustakaan serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran jamur tiram di UPT BLK Wonojati Malang telah menerapkan keempat unsur dari bauran pemasaran diantaranya produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi. Adapun kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pemasaran tersebut diantaranya adanya penipuan, kualitas barang menurun, tidak bisa memenuhi target pasar, tidak ada perjanjian usaha, promosi belum maksimal, kemasan atau repacking belum menarik, lokasi terlalu jauh, mesin produksi masih manual, dan adanya persaingan. Kata Kunci: Bauran Pemasaran, Jamur Tiram.

Abstract

Tuberose (Polianthes tuberosa L.) is a floricultural commodity with high economic value and growing market demand. This study aims to analyze marketing channels, marketing margins, farmer share, and marketing efficiency at Berkah Bunga Rembang, Pasuruan Regency. A descriptive qualitative method was used, using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results revealed three main marketing channels: producer → consumer, producer → retailer → consumer, and producer → collector → retailer → consumer. The direct channel provides the highest farmer share of over 80% with minimal margins, making it the most efficient. While the long-distance channel reduces farmer share to below 50% despite absorbing larger volumes, the main constraints are limited logistics without refrigeration facilities and low utilization of digital marketing. Overall, the marketing of tuberose at Berkah Bunga Rembang is relatively efficient through direct and short-distance channels, but distribution improvements and digitalization are needed to increase competitiveness in the regional market.   Bunga sedap malam (Polianthes tuberosa L.) merupakan komoditas florikultura bernilai ekonomi tinggi dengan permintaan pasar yang terus meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis saluran pemasaran, marjin pemasaran, farmer’s share, dan tingkat efisiensi pemasaran pada usaha Berkah Bunga Rembang, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga saluran pemasaran utama, yaitu produsen → konsumen, produsen → pengecer → konsumen, dan produsen → pengepul → pengecer → konsumen. Saluran langsung memberikan farmer’s share tertinggi lebih dari 80% dengan marjin minimal sehingga paling efisien, sedangkan saluran panjang menurunkan farmer’s share hingga di bawah 50% meskipun menyerap volume lebih besar. Kendala utama terletak pada keterbatasan logistik tanpa fasilitas pendingin dan rendahnya pemanfaatan pemasaran digital. Secara keseluruhan, pemasaran bunga sedap malam di Berkah Bunga Rembang relatif efisien melalui saluran langsung dan pendek, namun perlu perbaikan distribusi dan digitalisasi untuk meningkatkan daya saing di pasar regional.

Abstract

Animal waste management is an environmental challenge that can be turned into an economic opportunity through the right approach. This service program aims to assist the Pokdarwis Pilang community of Probolinggo City in managing animal waste into organic compost to support the sustainability of urban farming. The Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach is used to empower the community by utilizing existing local assets, such as animal waste, community skills, and infrastructure support. The service process includes five stages: Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny. The Discovery stage focused on identifying local assets, where animal waste was found to be a valuable asset that was previously not managed properly. Through the Dream stage, the community formulated a shared vision to create a sustainable waste treatment system. The Design stage implemented technical training and procurement of composting infrastructure. At the Define stage, the community began to manage the waste treatment independently, followed by an evaluation of the results and social impact at the Destiny stage. The results showed an increase in the technical skills of Pokdarwis members, the establishment of a compost production unit, and changes in community behavior in waste management. In addition, the formation of partnerships with local markets helped improve the economic welfare of the community. The ABCD approach has proven effective in creating sustainable social change through community empowerment. Recommendations from this program are to expand the application of the ABCD approach to other communities and strengthen collaboration with stakeholders to support the sustainability of waste management and urban farming.

Abstract

Sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan pilar ekonomi yang memiliki daya tahan tinggi, namun sering terkendala aspek legalitas formal. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi pelaku UMKM di Pasar Senggol Pondok Pesantren Ngalah, Pasuruan, dalam memeroleh Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) melalui sistem Online Single Submission Risk-Based Approach (OSS RBA). Menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), kegiatan ini melibatkan 20 mitra UMKM melalui empat tahapan: sosialisasi regulasi, pelatihan teknis, verifikasi/penerbitan, dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan literasi digital yang signifikan, di mana pengetahuan mengenai laman OSS meningkat dari 15% menjadi 100% pasca-pendampingan. Seluruh peserta (100%) berhasil menerbitkan NIB pada hari yang sama, yang mencakup Perizinan Tunggal (termasuk SPPL dan KKPR) sesuai amanat PP No. 5 Tahun 2021 dan PP No. 7 Tahun 2021. Meskipun terdapat kendala ketidaksinkronan data NIK, pendampingan personal terbukti efektif meruntuhkan stigma bahwa perizinan itu sulit dan mahal. Keberhasilan ini memberikan kepastian hukum dan rasa aman bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengakses pembiayaan perbankan (KUR) serta memperkuat ekosistem ekonomi formal di lingkungan pesantren.
