Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan tingkat keberhasilan dengan menggunakan 12 variabel respon mahasiswa terhadap dosen dan proses pembelajaran dari kuesioner kepada mahasiswa. Hasil kuesioner pada mahasiswa dilakukan dengan klasifikasi Baik, Sedang, Kurang yang sebelumnya dianalisis berdasakan uji validitas dan reabilitas hasil kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil penilaian variabel menghasilkan skor yang tinggi. Kemudian uji validitas variabel total adalah valid serta uji reliabilitas metode Cronbach’s Alpha adalah reliabel atau dapat dipercaya dan konsisten.

Abstract

Puanhayati is an organization of women adherents of the Indigenous Faith (Kepercayaan Terhadap Tuhan YME) that serves as a platform for self-actualization and the advocacy of women's rights in social, cultural, and national spheres. Since its declaration in 2017, Puanhayati has expanded its network to the provincial and district/city levels, with Central Java being one of its most active regions. The organization runs programs focused on economic empowerment, education and regeneration of spiritual values, advocacy of constitutional rights, strengthening of identity and leadership, and the preservation of local culture. Through culture-based training such as batik-making, Puanhayati plays a role in both preserving cultural heritage and enhancing the capacity of women adherents. Its commitment to national unity and diversity makes Puanhayati not only a platform for rights advocacy but also an agent of cultural and spiritual preservation. Puanhayati has proven its strategic role in empowering women adherents toward a more inclusive and just society.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study entitled An Analysis of Figurative Language on the Song Lyric “Style” by Taylor Swift’s aims to find out the types of figurative language used in Taylor Swift lyrics and to describe the contextual meaning of the figurative language used in Taylor’s lyrics. The research data was obtained from Taylor Swift’s song entitled Style. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method such as observation and library research in collecting research data. The researchers used qualitative theory which goes through a series of steps and iterations: gathering data, examining data, comparing prior data to newer data and developing new data to gather. After analyzing and discussing the lyrics of the song titled Style by Taylor Swift, the researchers can conclude that there are many types of figurative language found in this study. In this study, figurative language found is personification, metaphor, imagery, symbolism, repetition, allusion, consonance and irony. Thus, we can see that the listeners of the song can interpret a song better. Keywords: figurative language, qualitative, descriptive analysis, song.

Abstract

The application of a learning method in the learning process has an impact on students’ acceptance. This can be seen in the use of offline-based learning methods: lecture and group presentation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) course at 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang University (Untag) in the 2021-2022 academic year in the odd semester. Students' perceptions of offline-based learning methods: lecture and group presentation in Islamic Education course were studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interview, observation, documentation, and questionnaire. From the result of the interview, which was then related to the result of observation during the learning process and compared with the result of the questionnaire, it was seen that the use of offline-based learning methods: lecture and group presentation in PAI courses caused different perceptions among each student. The application of the lecture method through explaining the material from the lecturer makes it easier for them to understand the material rather than having to learn and explain it themselves. It is proven that 79.8% of students like the offline lecture method compared to group presentations. As many as 52.9% of students chose group presentations. The group presentation learning method can train them to actively discuss and hone public speaking. However, after attending PAI lectures, students gain insight into religious knowledge and will apply it in their daily lives.
