Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine the influence of promotion and process on the decision to use the LinkAja digital wallet application in Seberang Ulu II District, Palembang City Design/methodology – This study employs an associative quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires and documentation. The population consists of LinkAja application users in Seberang Ulu II District, which is considered an infinite population. A total of 97 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS.  Findings - The results of the study show that promotion and process simultaneously have a significant influence on the decision to use the LinkAja application. Partially, both promotion and process individually also have a positive and significant effect on usage decisions. This study provides implications for companies to optimize promotional strategies and simplify service processes to enhance customer satisfaction and usage decisions

Abstract

The development of technology is very rapid so that it makes the wider community need information to meet the need for information and facilitate communication, so a cellphone is needed, many cellphone products issued by manufacturers make consumers to prefer the cellphone product they will choose, therefore it is necessary to conduct a deeper study regarding the factors that affect Product Quality,  Prices for Consumer Satisfaction of Mobile Products, This research was carried out in Pali Regency, with consumer respondents who have used Mobile Products. Data collection using questionnaires, analyzed using multiple linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing and Determination Cooefficients. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the amount of contribution to changes in Product Quality, Price and to Product Consumer Satisfaction is as large as. The results of this study show that together (test F) there is a signific influence. Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi sangat pesat sehingga membuat masyarakat luas membutuhkan akan sebuah informasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan sebuah informasi dan memudahkan komunikasi maka di butuhkan sebuah handphone, banyak produk handphone yang di keluarkan oleh produsen membuat konsumen untuk lebih memilih produk handphone yang akan  dipilihnya, oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan kajian lebih dalam berkenaan tentang factor yang mempengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Produk Handphone, Penelitian ini dilakasnakan di Kabupaten Pali, dengan responden konsumen yang sudah menggunakan Produk Handphone. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Regresi linear berganda, Uji Hipotesis serta Kooefisien Determinasi. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa besarnya sumbangan terhadap perubahan Kualitas Produk, Harga dan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Produk sebesar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama (uji F) ada pengaruh signifikan antara Kualitas Produk dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Produk Handphone. Sedangkan secara parsial/individu (uji t) ada pengaruh signifikan Kualitas Produk, Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1. The Influence of Products and Processes on Purchasing Decisions on Bukalapak E-Commerce in Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency. 2. The Influence of Products on Purchasing Decisions on Bukalapak E-Commerce in Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency. 3. The Influence of Processes on Purchasing Decisions on Bukalapak E-Commerce in Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This type of research is Associative, using the variables Purchase Decision (Y), Product (X1), and Process (X2). The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents taken by Purposive Sampling. The data used are primary and secondary data with data collection methods using questionnaires. The analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test and t Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The results of the f test together show that Products and Processes simultaneously have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions on Bukalapak e-commerce in Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Meanwhile, in the partial t-test, Product has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, and Process has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions.
