Good material management is system consistent management _ and support on moment procurement and on moment construction .with Thus the activity process development project the will could done by good and fluent without experience obstacle . Development process building STFK Ledalero campus need planning good material management so that the material inventory process does not hampered so that no disturbing profession and could walk with good . As for destination in study is for knowing material needs and application field material management . Study started with count material requirements and material delivery processes , material receipts , material storage in the field . Results from study this on material requirements obtained 55775 pieces stone bricks , cement as much as 229.8 bags , and sand as much as 34.26 m 3 on profession wall 2nd floor while work material needs Portland cement stucco as much as 331.46 zak , dan sand pairs 50.99 m 3 . Application field material management it takes a good time schedule for work development can walk with good .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of stiffener shape and spacing on the buckling strength and shear capacity of I-beam steel profiles using the Finite Element Method (FEM) with ANSYS software. The variations examined include triangular and convex stiffener shapes, with spacing of 1 meter and ½ meter. The main parameters analyzed are the critical buckling load, web shear strength, and the stress–strain (σ–ε) relationship of each model. The analysis results indicate that the convex stiffener with a ½- meter spacing demonstrates the best performance in resisting buckling and shear forces, achieving the highest critical load of 5630.49 N and a shear capacity of 1,526,140.98 N. Moreover, the configuration with closer stiffener spacing (½ meter) provides a more uniform stress distribution and better-controlled deformation, making it more effective in enhancing the structural stability of the steel beam. This research contributes to the understanding of efficient stiffener design, which can be applied in the planning of safe and economical steel structural elements.

Abstract

Kewapante District is one of the sub-districts in Sikka Regency with a population of 14,906 inhabitants (BPS Sikka Regency, 2022). With the large number of residents in Kewapante District, this will have an impact on increasing demand and becoming a center of activity both in socio-cultural activities, political activities, educational activities, and economic activities. On the MaumereLarantuka National road section, precisely Geliting, is an area that is crowded with motorized vehicles, at that location there is also a market so that high side barriers often occur and indirectly affect traffic flow and performance on these roads. As a state road that is often traversed by vehicles in Kewapante District, Sikka Regency, precisely on the MaumereLarantuka National road, the conditions in the field are very different. The purpose of this research is to evaluate road performance in the presence of a market. Regarding the method used to analyze the performance of the road section, the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI 2014) are used, especially for urban roads. The survey was conducted for 3 (three) days, namely from Thursday, Friday and Saturday. From the survey results for three days and an analysis was carried out, it was found that the total peak volume was 1740 skr/hour, the capacity was 1771 skr/hour, the total Side Barrier was 549 events/hour and the value of the Degree of Saturation was 0.98, it can be concluded that the level of service the path is at level E. Abstract

Abstract: A shophouse or shophouse is a building that generally has two or more stories, where the bottom floor is usually used for business premises, and the subsequent floors are used as residences. In constructing this shophouse building, there are many factors needed for the smooth construction of the building. One of the factors in question is the availability of funds or budget. The cost budget is a calculation of the amount of costs required.In calculating the planned cost budget (RAB), the 2020 Sikka Regency Regional Government building unit price standard and the 2017 SNI Work Unit Price Analysis are used. – 2018. In preparing the scheduling, the PDM method was used with the help of Microsoft Excel. From the results of the calculation of the budget planning for the existing structure costs, a 2-story shophouse using the standard Sikka district unit price is IDR 4,866,105,714.14 and the time required to complete the structural work (columns, beams and floor plates) has been planned for a duration of 51 day.

Abstract

Pada pelaksanaan perkerasan jalan, suhu pemadatan campuran aspal sangat berpengaruh terhadap karakteristik lapisan aspal yang direncanakan. Campuran aspal panas untuk perkerasan lentur di dalam pembuatan benda uji penelitian di rancang dengan menggunakan metode Marshall. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu pada proses pemadatan aspal panas (asphalt hotmix) AC WC gradasi halus terhadap parameter Marshall dengan acuan Spesifikasi Bina Marga 2010. Pengambilan data Marshall dilakukan sebanyak dua sampel per variasi suhu tmbukan, suhu tumbukan yang di tinjau yaitu 120 oC, 125 oC, 130 oC, 135 oC, 140 oC, 145 oC, 150 oC, dan 155 oC dengan menggunakan kadar aspal 6%. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada suhu 120 oC sampai suhu 140 oC, memenuhi spesifikasi Bina Marga 2010, sedangkan pada suhu 145 oC sampai suhu 155 oC tidak memenuhi spesifikasi Bina Marga 2010, hal ini terjadi karena semakin bertambahnya suhu tumbukan maka ikatan antara aspal dengan agregat tidak maksimal sehingga nilai VMA, VIM, VFA, Fllow dan MQ akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Public transportation that plays an important role in supporting the mobility of rural residents is rural public transportation. The function of rural public transportation is to serve rural communities in the fields of education, economy and trade. The ideal village transportation tariff cost factor is the cost that is most affordable for use and can still provide large profits for the operator as a service provider and can maintain the continuity of the village transportation business. The aim of the research is to find out how much the vehicle operating costs (BOK) for village public transport on the Kloangpopot-Terminal Lokaria route, find out how much the tariff is based on the vehicle operating costs (BOK) on the Kloangpopot-Terminal Lokaria route and find out the suitability between the rates in the field and the rates based on operational costs. Vehicles and rates set by the government. To determine the Vehicle Operational Costs (BOK) for village transportation on the Kloangppopot-Lokaria Terminal route, using the method from the decree of the Directorate General of Land Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia whose components include direct costs and indirect costs. The results of this research are that the tariff based on BOK (vehicle operating costs) per year is IDR 4,057,063 /passenger/year, the BOK (vehicle operating costs) tariff per day is IDR 15,500 /passenger, and the tariff for students is IDR 10,500/ passenger. Meanwhile, the rates are according to Sikka Regent's Decree Number 1 of 2022 concerning temporary rates for public passenger transportation within the Sikka Regency area. For the Lokaria-Kloangpopot Terminal route, it is set at IDR 13,000,000 / passenger for the public and students at IDR 7,800

Abstract

The Kewapante Ferry Port, located in Maumere City, Sikka Regency, is a seaport that plays an important role in inter-regional sea transportation traffic in Sikka Regency. Starting from the need for sufficient and sufficient port facilities, this research was conducted to study or analyze the capacity of the Kewapante Ferry Port Passenger Terminal. This research was carried out by collecting and analyzing data from the relevant agencies for the last 5 years (2016 to 2020), as well as data on the area and layout of the research location. This research uses a simple linear regression method to predict or forecast passenger flows based on 2016-2020 data, and then analyze the need for facilities or space at port terminals for the next few years. Based on the results of the passenger terminal demand analysis, it can be predicted that the overall demand in 2021 will be 842 m2, in 2022 it will be 772 m2, in 2023 it will be 703 m2, in 2024 it will be 631 m2 and in 2025 it will be 561 m2. From the results of this analysis, it is possible to develop facilities at port terminals that are still inadequate or do not meet existing needs.

Abstract

Based on Minister of Public Works Regulation Number 14/PRT/M/2015 dated April 21, 2015, Sikka Regency has 35 irrigation areas under the authority of the Regency where the irrigation network channels water to an area of 3,106 hectares of rice fields; In 2024, the Sikka Regency Government will handle 3 irrigation networks, 2 of which are the Koro irrigation network and the Kojablo Irrigation Network. The quality of the infrastructure facilities handled by the Government needs to be analyzed and maintenance and repairs need to be carried out if they are damaged so that the irrigation network infrastructure facilities can function optimally in channeling flow to the rice fields. This research is urgent to provide information to readers regarding the quality index of irrigation network infrastructure in the 2 longest irrigation networks in Sikka Regency, namely the Koro irrigation network and the Kojablo irrigation network. The research method used is a case study/field study method, then the data is processed and analyzed using Microsoft Office Excel version 19 and conclusions are drawn. The research results show that the infrastructure quality index for the Koro irrigation network is 31%, and the Kojablo irrigation network is 86%. The percentage index for the condition of the irrigation network from both locations is 58,50%, based on Ministerial Regulation Number 12/PRT/M/2015, the percentage value for the condition of the irrigation network is in the moderately damaged category.

Abstract

Scheduling in projects involves determining the timeframe for project activities, including raw materials, labor, and time required for each task. Commonly used approaches include the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) to enhance Project planning and control quality. In utilizing the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) in the IFTK Ledalero Development and Rehabilitation Project, the process involves detailing the plan and sequence of work activities, calculating normal time (m), determining optimistic time (a), and pessimistic time (b) for each task. Additionally, Microsoft Excel 2007 application is utilized for data input, which includes time required for each task, labor requirements, labor wages, task sequences, and interdepencies. The critical path planning for the IFTK Ledalero Development and Rehabilitation Project identifies activities with a TF (Total Float) value of 0, resulting in a Project duration of 200 days. The acceleration efforts reduce the duration to 196 days with a 99.88% probability.

Abstract

Asphalt is a road-supporting component that is commonly found on every road. In pratice, the temperature of the hotmix asphalt is critical to pay attention to when spreading. Therefore, asphalt will melt if heated to a certain temperature and then freeze again at lower one. Distance and temperature are always inversely related; the separation between the Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) and the place of the spreading is what determines how much the temperature drops. This research aimed to determine the effect of distance and time on reducing the temperature of hotmixasphalt. The research method used the experimental method (direct measurement). Temperature measurements were taken when the asphalt had just been poured into the truck and when the asphalt arrived at the spreading location. The research result of the temperature reduction on hotmix asphalt at the Route 1 laying location were 130 c over a distance of 66 km and the results of temperature reduction on Route 2 were 100 c over a distance of 26 km. This density test aimed to determine and take samples of pavement in the field so that the thickness and characteristics of the pavement mixture can be identified. The density result for test object one was 98.46%, test object two was 100.26%, and object test three was 98.06% density.
