Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh disiplin kerja (X1) dan kompetensi (X2) terhadap kinerja dosen (Y) pada Akademi  Manajemen Informatika Komputer  Medicom. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research melalui penelitian asosiatif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan  untuk menjelaskan pengaruh  antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen Akademi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Medicom Medan  berjumlah 35 orang. Metode  pengumpulan data dilakukan  dengan kuesioner . studi kepustakaan, dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan  dalam penelitian ini adalah uji hipotesis dengan uji t (uji parsial) dan uji F (uji simultan). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa : (1) berdasarkan uji parsial disiplin kerja Berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Dosen pada Akademi Manajemen Informatika  Komputer Medicom dengan uji t sebesar 3.724. (2) Berdasarkan uji parsial Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Dosen Akademi Manajemen Informatika Komputer Medicom  dengan uji t sebesar 4.065 (3) Berdasarkan uji Simultan  bengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja Dosen AMIK Medicom dengan uji F sebesar 54.416.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation on employee performance at the Medan Marelan District Office. The population and sample used in this study were employees of the Medan Marelan sub-district office as many as 50 respondents. The type of data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature studies that are measured using a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a validity test analysis tool, data analysis conducted in this study is the hypothesis test with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study were obtained that: (1) based on a partial test of leadership style Influenced the performance of Marelan district office staff with a t test of 2.562. (2) Based on a partial test of work motivation, the effect on the performance of Marelan district office staff with a t test of 3.796. (3) Based on the Simultaneous test the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Competence on the Performance of the Employees of Medan Marelan Sub-District Office with an F test of 425,327.

Abstract

The research was conducted to find out how the influence of compensation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Medan City Culture Service. This study uses three variables consisting of the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y), while the independent variables are compensation (X1) and organizational culture (X2). This study uses explanatory research methods through associative research, namely research that aims to explain the influence between two or more variables. The population in this study were all 38 employees of the Medan City Culture Service with the status of civil servants. Methods of data collection is done by literature study questionnaire, and observation. Data analysis carried out in this study was hypothesis testing with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study showed that: (1) based on the partial test, compensation has an effect on the performance of Medan City Culture Service employees with a t-test of 3,724. (2) Based on the partial test, organizational culture affects the performance of Medan City Culture Service employees with a t-test of 4,065. (3) Based on the Simultaneous Test of the Effect of Compensation and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Medan City Culture Service Employees with an F test of 61,318

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine the influence of Education and Compensation To the performance of lecturers at the Medicom Computer and Informatics Academy. This study uses two variables consisting of the dependent variable is Performance lecturers (Y), while the independent variable is the Education (X1) and Compensation (X2). This type of research is explanatory research through associative research, the research aims to clarify the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were all lecturers  of the  Medicom Computer and Informatics Academy amounted to 35. Methods of data collection is done by questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis was carried out with test data quality (reliability and validity), klasik assumption test, t test (partial test), F test (simultaneous test). The results of the t test show that (1) education has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance with a t value of 5.676; (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers with a t value of 5.396 (3) The results of hypothesis testing show that education and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the Medicom Academy of Informatics and Computers. The results of this study showed that: the impact of Education and Compensation To the performance of lecturers at the Medicom Computer and Informatics Academy positive correlation coefficient (R) = 0.691 and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted Rsquare) of = 0.478 This means that the Performance lecturers (Y) at the Medicom Computer and Informatics Academy amounted to 47.8% influenced by the Education (X1) and Compensation (X2) together.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving a pre-test and post-test on the learning outcomes of AMIK MEDICOM student research methods. This study uses three variables consisting of one dependent variable, namely Learning Outcomes (Y), while the independent variable is Pre-Test (X1) Post-Test (X2). The type of research used is explanatory research through associative research, namely research that aims to explain the influence between two or more variables. In this study, the population is students of the Academy of Informatics and Medicom Computers with Informatics Management Study Program Level 2 (two) semester 4 who study at Jl. Land No. 74 Medan totaling 254. The sample in this study was 30% of the population, namely 76 people. The data collection method was done by using a questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis was performed by testing data quality (validity and reliability), classical assumption test, t test (partial test), F test (simultaneous test).

Abstract

Community Service aims to foster the society on the advantages of the information technology in the Implementation of Water Resources Network Sumatera II Province of North Sumatera Sungai Pantai II in the society of the people in Lingkungan PKL Mashyur, Kecamatan Medan Johor. The community service is to socialize and to empower the people of the area to get knowledge and skill in using the media of technology of information in public service of how to get the public service fast, right and simple. This nurturing is related to the condition of the information service to the society on how to build the information comes at the right time, the right place to the right target and right usage more in the situation of pandemic Covid 19 today. The use of computers in society is quite affected more by the attitude of the people as users. The community that will be trained are the people who live in the Environment of PKL Mashyur, Kecamatan Medan Johor, of the total of 25 people whose livelihoods area as farmers and farm laborers. The availability of adequate academics in giving lectures about the use of technology of information in the program of study Computerization of accounting of AMIK MEDICOM, the enthusiasm of the participants, the support of the Village Head and the Head of the Environment for the implementation of activities and funds supported by AMIK MEDICOM are the supporting factors of the implementation of this activities. The problem came when the time used to give the learning and coaching is too much limited. This training will give benefits to the participants, they are to enable the society to understand and to develop their skill in using the technology of information as a medium to get the right information at the right time, for the right use and target.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja,Gaya Kepemimpinan dan iklim Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pusat Rehabilitas Dan Kemandirian Anak klinik Terpadu Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat variabel yang terdiri dari variabel terikat yaitu Kepuasan Kerja (Y), sedangkan variabel bebas yaitu Stres Kerja (X1) dan Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) Iklim Organisasi (X3). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research melalui penelitian asosiatif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Karyawan Pusat Rehabilitas Dan Kemandirian Anak klinik Terapi Terpadu Medan. Instrumen pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah anaalisis regresi, setelah dilakukan uji asumsi kelasik. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dimana thitung > ttabel (2,599>1,675). (2) Terdapat pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dimana thitung > ttabel (2,204>1,675). (3) Terdapat pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dimana thitung > ttabel (9,226>1,675). (4) Terdapat Pengaruh Stres Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Iklim Organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pusat Rehabilitas Dan Kemandirian Anak klinik Terapi Terpadu Medan dimana Fhitung >Ftabel (246,824>2,79). Hal ini berarti bahwa Kepuasan Kerja (Y) dipengaruhi oleh Stres Kerja (X1), Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) dan Iklim Organisasi (X3) secara bersama-sama.

Abstract

Peningkatan kemampuan siswa pada saat ini sangat dibutuhkan, kurikulum merdekan bagi siswa yang dicanangkan oleh Bapak Menteri Pendidikan menuntut seluruh siswa baik tingkat SD, SMP, SMA memiliki pola pemikiran dan dapat menuangkan ide –ide kreatif selama aktivitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Pada Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) kali ini, pengabdi ingin melakukan pelatihan, workshop serta pendampingan kepada para siswa yang juga didampingi oleh para guru sekolah (28 Guru) dalam pembuatan materi ajar edukasi khususnya dalam pembuatan poster edukasi kepada para siswa (30 siswa), materi ajar untuk para guru juga media proposi bagi pihak manajemen sekolah (Kepala sekolah, tata usaha (5 orang)). Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan skill atau kemampuan para siswa dalam menvisualisasikan pemikiran dalam bentuk Poster edukasi maupun materi edukasi lainnya seperti untuk presentasi di kelas dengan mengunakan aplikasi Canva oleh para guru. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan karena melihat hasil survei materi visualisasi bagi anak sekolah SMK sudah ada namun masih belum menarik siswa generasi Z yaitu masih mengunakan power point yang terbatas untuk image kekiniaan begtu juga materi ajar bagi para guru –guru. Perlu peningatan kemampuan penyediaan media atau bahan pembelajaran melalui pendampingan pembelajaran mengunakan canva sebagai salah satu metode penerapan TI mengunakan softaware aplikasi canva. Juga bagi pihak sekolah untuk melakukan promosi untuk membuatan poster edukasi dapat dipergunakanoleh pihak sekolah untuk membuat media promosi sekolah dari Mitra.

Abstract

Pengelolaan cicilan biaya pendidikan di SMA Free Methodist 1 Medan masih mengandalkan sistem manual yang menyebabkan ketidakakuratan data, keterlambatan laporan, dan kurangnya transparansi bagi pihak terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan cicilan biaya pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem dengan Microsoft Visual Basic .NET, SQL Server, dan Crystal Report, serta implementasi dan pelatihan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan berhasil mempercepat proses administrasi dan mengurangi kesalahan dalam pencatatan pembayaran, dengan 85% orang tua murid dan 90% staf administrasi melaporkan kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap sistem baru ini. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah bahwa teknologi informasi dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan keuangan sekolah menengah, dengan peningkatan efisiensi dan akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini juga menyarankan pengembangan sistem yang lebih terintegrasi dan pelatihan berbasis modul untuk pengguna di masa depan.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Lecturer's Teaching Style and Learning Motivation on Student Learning Achievement in higher education. The motivation behind this research stems from the need to understand how teaching methods and student motivation collectively influence academic performance, especially in the context of modern learning environments. The research employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis to analyze data from 51 students. The findings indicate that both Lecturer's Teaching Style (β = 0.554, p = 0.028) and Learning Motivation (β = 0.342, p = 0.036) significantly affect Student Learning Achievement, with Lecturer's Teaching Style showing a slightly stronger influence. These results suggest that enhancing teaching strategies and fostering student motivation can improve academic outcomes. The study underscores the importance of adapting teaching methods to diverse learning needs and creating a motivating learning environment to boost student performance. Educational institutions are encouraged to invest in training programs for lecturers and strategies to enhance student motivation. Future studies may explore additional factors influencing student achievement, such as self-regulation and socio-cultural aspects.
