Abstract

The direction of the research objective is to know simultaneously the effect of training, work discipline and work placement on employee performance at the University of Prima Indonesia.. Researchers use quantitative descriptive research using a questionnaire instrument aimed at the employees of the University of Prima Indonesia. Obtaining the multiple linear regression equation that is: Y = 2.292 + 0.531X1 + 0.234X2 + 0.123X3 +0. The tcount value of the Training variable is 6.707 and the ttable value is 1.992 (excel formula = TINV(0.05.75) then the tcount > ttable (6.707 > 1.992) and the sig value < 0.05. The t-count value of the Work Discipline variable is 2.892 and the ttable value is1,992 (Excel formula =TINV(0.05.75) then the value of tcount > ttable (2.892 > 1.992) and the value of sig < 0.05 and the t-count value of the Job Training variable is 2.069 and the t-table value is 1.992 (Excel formula =TINV(0.05.75) then the t-count value > t table (2,069 > 1,992) and the value of sig < 0.05 and the F value of the variable Training, Work Discipline and Job Training is 19,036and the value of Ftable is 2,493 (Excel formula = FINV(0.05,4,75) then the value of Fcount > Ftable (19,036 > 2,493) and sig value < 0,05. The value of RSquare is 0.825 or 82.50%, meaning that the research variable makes a major contribution or contribution in explaining the performance of the employees of Prima Indonesia University Medan by 82.50% while the remaining 17.50% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion of the study, Work Discipline Training, and Job Placement partially have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Prima Indonesia University and simultaneously Training, Work Discipline and Work Placement have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Prima Indonesia University

Abstract

PT. Menara Mas Mega Mandiri merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam pemasaran ban Michelin dan beralamatkan di jalan Jati, Medan. Untuk saat ini, perusahaan mengalami permasalahan penurunan pada jumlah konsumen yang melakukan pembelian dimana setiap tahunnya terus mengalami penurunan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan produk yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan masih kurang memiliki citra yang bagus dalam menarik perhatian konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian produk. Selain itu kualitas produk dari perusahaan masih diragukan sehingga membuat konsumen tidak tertarik untuk melakukan pembelian dan mencari perusahaan dengan kualitas produk yang lebih terjamin. Adapun strategi yang digunakan perusahaan dalam menarik perhatian konsumen masih kruang baik sehingga kurang dapat meningkatkan penjualannya dan menambah jumlah konsumen yang melakukan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, dan Strategi Penjualan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian PT. Menara Mas Mega Mandiri.

Abstract

This research is to examine how stock prices are impacted by Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). The information used in this research came from the industrial companies' annual published financial reports for the 2019–2021 period that were listed on the IDX. Using a total sample of 26 Food and Beverage companies, the sampling method is used. The statistical test with multiple regression method and the previously tried F and T tests for hypotheses are the analysis techniques that were used. According to the findings, for the years 2019 through 2021, NPM, ROA, and ROE all had a sizable impact on stock prices in industrial companies on the IDX. NPM does not significantly affect stock prices, at least not in a major way. Stock prices are unaffected by the ROA variable in a major way. Stock values are significantly negatively impacted by the ROE variable. According to this study's results, the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.310, which indicates that 31% of the Stock Price variable can be explained by the independent variables NPM, ROA, and ROE, while the remaining 69% is explained by other factors outside the equation. Abstract

The research objectives were to test and analyze the effect of price and quality of service on customers’ satisfaction at PT. Telkom (Plasa Telkom Branch Medan). The researcher conducted the research at PT. Telkom (Plasa Telkom Branch Medan) in Medan, North Sumatra. The researcher planned research activities in April 2019 - September 2019. The approach of this research was quantitative research. The type of research was quantitative descriptive research. The nature of this research was explanatory descriptive research. The population in this study was some customers at PT. Telkom (Plasa Telkom Branch Medan), as many as 5219 customers. The population in this study was some customers who made purchases at PT. Telkom (Plasa Telkom Branch Medan) as many as 5219 customers. In testing the validity and reliability, the researcher used as many as 30 customers and the rest 98 customers as sample test. The regression model was used to test the hypothesis. First the model was tested in the classical assumption. The classical assumption tests used included: normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedestity test. The data analysis model used was multiple regression analysis. The results of the study as well as the conclusions of the study were the prices of 5.936 with a significant value of 0.003 partially had significant effect on customers’ satisfaction at PT. Telkom (Plasa Telkom Branch Medan). Service Quality was 2.201 with a significant value of 0.030 partially had significant effect on customers’ satisfaction at PT. Telkom (Plasa Telkom Branch Medan).

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja karyawan bisa disebabkan dari beberapa aspek seperti pengembangan karir, gaji, dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bermaksud guna mengetahui determinansi motivasi kerja, kompensasi serta pengembangan karir atas kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Sri Sumatera Sejahtera. Perusahaan ini berlokasi di Jl Sentul, Lk II, Kedai Ledang, Kisaran, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Sampel pada penelitian ini total jumlahnya 97 karyawan. Pada penelitian ini, sampel jenuh diterapkan. Sebagai populasi dari 97 karyawan PT Sri Sumatera Sejahtera, penelitian ini menerapkan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisa data yang dipakai untuk penelitian ini yakni analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya kompensasi, pengembangan karir, serta motivasi kerja memiliki signifikansi serta dampak positif atas kepuasan kerja karyawan. Skor signifikansi dari motivasi kerja, yakni 0,015 lebih kecil dikomparasikan dengan 0,05, serta fakta bahwa t-hitung (2,470) lebih tinggi dari t-tabel (1,986) mendukung hal ini. Pengaruh pengembangan karir adalah positif dan signifikan; t-hitung (2,286) lebih besar dikomparasikan terhadap t- tabel (1,986), serta skor signifikansinya adalah 0,025, lebih kecil dikomparasikan terhadap ambang batas 0,05. Gaji berpengaruh signifikan serta positif atas kepuasan kerja, yang skor signifikansinya sejumlah 0,019 lebih kecil dibandingkan 0,05 serta t-hitung (2,392) lebih besar dikomparasikan terhadap t-tabel (1,986). Kompensasi, pengembangan karir, dan motivasi kerja semuanya memiliki dampak secara bersamaan. Seperti yang dapat diamati, sig (0,000) kurang dari 0,05 serta skor F-hitung (14,428) lebih tinggi dari nilai Ftabel (2,70). Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya kepuasan kerja dari karyawan PT Sri Sumatera Sejahtera dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja,  dan kompensasi, dalam konteks bersama-sama dan pada tingkatan yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

The main problem faced by UMKM Sri Kandi is not based on science and technology. Indicators of problems that occur are financial management that has not been based on good planning/budgeting. Most members of Srikandi Bakti Nyata run a business with information that is not well organized. The purpose of this PKM is to help UMKM actors in preparing budgets better, so they can predict future sales and costs. The implementation of community service activities uses the method action research. The form of the activity carried out was in the form of training socialization in compiling a budget to be able to increase operating profit at the Srikandi Bakti Nyata UMKM in the village of Tanjung Rejo Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang. UMKM budget training activities can also improve the financial performance of the Srikandi group so that income also increases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PTPN III (Persero), tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan karyawan pada PTPN III (Persero). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PTPN III (Persero). Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif statistik, jumlah populasi, sebanyak 250 karyawan serta sampel sebanyak 84 karyawan. Sumber data dengan kusioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan, pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan, dan gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan. This research was conducted at PTPN III (Persero), the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation, and career development on employee satisfaction at PTPN III (Persero). This study aims to determine whether leadership style, compensation, career development affect employee performance at PTPN III (Persero). The research approach used is qualitative, with this type of research is descriptive statistics, the population, as many as 250 employees and a sample of 84 employees. Data sources with questionnaires and data analysis techniques using IBM SPSS version 22.0. The results showed that leadership style affects employee satisfaction, compensation affects employee satisfaction, career development affects employee satisfaction, and leadership style, compensation, career development affect employee satisfaction. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh Pelatihan kerja, pengembangan karir dan produktivitas kerja RSU Royal Prima Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, populasi yang digunakan yaitu berjumlah 127 orang dan menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan pengambilan anggota secara acak. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner,wawancara dan buku-buku serta jurnal lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara persial Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Produktivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Secara simultan Pelatihan kerja, pengembangan karir dan produktivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan RSU Royal Prima Medan. Hasil dari Determinasi menunjukkan sebesar 0.559 artinya Pelatihan kerja, pengembangan karir dan produktivitas kerja RSU Royal Prima Medan sebesar 55,9%.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Employee Relations on Employee Performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II. This research method was carried out by conducting a survey by distributing questionnaires and direct interview methods to PT employees. Perkebunan Nusantara II. The total population and sample in this research was 100 employees. The results of partial hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value < t table or 0.174 < 1.984 and the significance obtained was 0.863 > 0.05, the calculated t value > t table or 2.371 > 1.984 and the obtained significance was 0.020 < 0.05, the calculated t value < t table or 1.266 < 1.984 and the significance obtained was 0.209 < 0.05. This means that leadership style, motivation and employee relations simultaneously influence employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II.
